Editing this post. Customer service is pretty good but I had to find that out after a week. Things happen I gutless but Chris stepped up to the plate and really is helping us out! I don’t like some of the issues with my base but it’s hardly something that mattress firm has done and they are helping resolve the issue! I guess you can’t ask much more than that if you have a problem!!

Chris was our salesperson, and he did a great job explaining all the different mattresses as we were in a quest to visit all the different stores and get the best prices and best features. They will bring our mattress to our home and dispose of our old mattress for a nominal fee. We even just put a small deposit on our mattress for them to hold it for us. We don’t want to do credit. So that worked out for our budget as well.

We were extremely happy with our service at this location. They were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. We would do business with them in a heartbeat.Update: April 2020Changed from 5 to 4 stars. Mattress is still great and would buy it again. Frame is definitely cheap but does the job. The $200 mattress cover they sell to help maintain the warranty is complete garbage. Has pilled all over and elastic has stretched and doesn’t fit bed well. Will probably have to buy another soon and is only 5 mo old.

Chris and Rob were great! This location is super clean. Both were very professional, very informative. I am someone who prefers a lot of background and history when going into long term purchases and Chris did just right by us there. We had to leave and come back the next day and the energy and kindness by Chris and honoring the quote from the day before was nothing short than stellar! Rob and Chris partnered very well together, they supported each other to take care of me, the customer. I thank you both for their level of customer service, its a rare find these days! We purchased the Sealy hybrid and the Mattress firm 600 base! Let me say, the base is not something I wanted until I was informed! Highly recommend it. Only thing that would have made this the cream of the crop first time with Mattress Furm is if I couldve had the frame as quickly as the mattresses availability. They did inform us that Cal King is not something typically in stock readily available, but maybe Mattress Firm can reconsider that policy. It is a lot of money we are spending to have to wait a month to enjoy. Not something Chris or Rob could control.

We have needed a new mattress for a while now, and decided to bite the bullet this weekend. We visited a few different retail shops and tried a variety of mattresses. We found our favorite one at Mattress Firm, which happened to have a great sale going on for Labor Day. Once we picked the mattress, we tried a few adjustable bases, with all options being carefully explained to us. Robert and Chris both helped us at varying times while helping other customers as well, which allowed us to be able to chat about our options and how we wanted to proceed. Robert and Chris worked together like a well oiled machine. Great experience. Cant wait until it gets delivered!
