As soon as I walked out of the car a salesman approach me. He was super nice and very friendly. He was not pushy and I explained I was here to pick up a part. Its a pretty big location so he walked me right over to where the pick up desk was. I was extremely impressed that although the salesmen knew I wasnt buying he still provided top notch service. Upon arriving at the counter they found my order within seconds and had it out to me! Great job. I was able to save over $700 buy ordering the part at this Toyota vrs a Canadian dealer. Not sure why but thats a big win in my books.

This dealerships service yesterday was very disturbing. I have always had good experiences at Toyota dealerships in Colorado, so was not expecting anything less. They had my appointment time and car model listed incorrectly in their system and didnt seem to believe me when I showed them their own confirmation email listing the correct information. They then said that my car would take 2 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. When I asked the status of the car at the time they gave me, they said it would take another hour. It wound up taking an additional hour and 15 minutes. Then the bill didnt even add up to the total!! When they emailed me a summary bill, it was a different price from the paper bill at checkout. I just hope the technician knew how to do his job! In any case, I do not recommend the service here and will be looking for an alternative in the future.

My car vehicle sat for an hour in the lot with out any work done on it. I got there half hour before my appt. The technician was friendly and felt bad but you probably need more mechanics working. And my service was going to be simple. Im just going to start doing the pm myself.

I was in there for a minor service on my brand new Tacoma. The entire experience was smooth, and effortless. I was approached immediately upon entering the service reception area, the service advisor was polite, professional and thorough. The advisor also priced a couple parts for me while the service was being performed and it turns out the dealer had a better price on the rubber bed mat than I could find on Amazon. I made a last minute purchase of the bed mat and they had it brought up to my truck as I was getting ready to leave. I will definitely give Precision Toyota a look any time I need parts, accessories, or service!

I came in looking for a car after totaling my mom van, and i couldnt be happier! I had an idea of what i wanted and a budget. I worried with Pablo who gave me his honest opinion on the cars i was looking at. He wasnt pushy, listened to my budget and needs and was very helpful! I didnt pay a penny over sticker and was in and out in less than 3 hours. Im going back next time i need another car! It was wonderful not wasting an entire day and leaving with a good quality vehicle that i enjoy.

Tried to make me pay for an oil change when I still had Toyota care, when I refused, they then tried to tell me I needed 4 new tires. The car had less than 6000 miles on it. Took it right over to Desert Toyota and they confirmed the tires were still brand new and had at least 3-5 years of life left in them.

Parts are super expensive there, more than any other yota dealership Ive ever shopped at. Customer service is terrible, And get this they dont price match, and my military discount was a one time deal. It was so bad that the lady behind the counter gave me a dirty look and asked if I had covid-19 just for mentioning Id been home for 2 weeks. Tell me that isnt un perfessional or what. I didnt even get coffee.

I had an unpleasant incident at this location recently. I scheduled for an oil change early in the morning with my Toyota care car that I had purchased when buying my 2017 sequoia. At that time I declined an alignment and balance because less than a month previously I had to have a new tire immediately at discount tire the closest location to where I was when I heard my tire leaking air. When I got my car back it was wobbling and I was not able to drive it. I took it back to Toyota and voiced my concern that my car drove beautifully before I brought it in and would like it driving the way it was before I brought in. The associate informed me I needed an alignment and balance which was over $200 at the time. I declined that and explained it had just driven to Roosevelt lake and back just fine before I took bought it in. They said they would look at. After an hour I voiced my concern I needed my car for work or a loaner vehicle since I’m a home health nurse and needed it for appointments I had with patients that day. They again voiced I needed service to my vehicle I requested they just undo the tire rotation they did that I did not know was going to be done as soon as possible. At this time I spoke to the manager Garrett gepar and he insulted me several times asking if I knew anything about cars I explained my car was fine prior and no I did not know anything about cars that’s why I purchased a new vehicle with extended Toyota car car before my son was born. I was visibly starting to get upset in my urgency to return to work. They directed to me to Greg Stewart another manager who continued to ask if me if I knew anything about cars and was pressuring me to purchase an alignment and balance which I could not do at the time. I again requested they undo whatever was done to my car so I could safely drive it. I eventually got my car back took it discount tire who balanced my car for FREE no alignment was needed tires were fine. I have since been driving to pheonix and Roosevelt lake with no problems. Sunny Davis has contacted me about an unsavory review on google and said she was there and has insisted they did nothing wrong. Word from this experience is avoid this locations service center. Good luck.

Nice dealership. Near some restaurants. Plan to spend the day if getting car serviced. I waited 5 hours for oil change and minor attention to electrical. Only one person who can work on hybrids.
