Had a very specific battery for my car. One of the only places on the city thatcarried it. They installed it. Great service.

It’s hot 107 degrees and my car battery just died. Had to jump start the car and drive to autozone to get it replaced. Fortunately they replace the battery and recycle it for you so I don’t have to worry about it. The man replacing the battery got called in as there was a shoplifter but another guy that was off duty offered to finish the job for him, nice guy!

I bought a 3 year car battery less than a year ago. It completely died and I needed to buy a new one. I purchased a replacement battery a few days ago and brought back my old one expecting a prorate and my core money back. The cashier stated my battery was in bad condition, so I would just get my core money back which I was understanding of; although, I disagree. The cashier’s customer service was still rude and out of pocket being on his phone the whole time forcing me to repeat myself multiple times.

Ive had recent problems I dont think were related with them, but quality control with companies who furnish OEM type replacement parts to Auto Zone were lax. The store came through to replace the faulty parts (twice, two separate components-same system). Two 40 mile round trips on separate days to remedy the hydraulic clutch problem. Im sure this isnt a normal situation. Prices on the new replacement cylinders were surprisingly reasonably good!My visit to them on recent date was to get something that another auto parts store did not have, scotch guard fabric protector, a locking air chuck and fittings. They didnt have the fabric protector. I went to a hardware store for that. Auto parts they will personally help you and make recommendations. They do have loaner tools you can rent. Other tests they will perform like battery testing in parking lot for example. Call and ask what they can do. Some product lines they have I dont like, but that would be true and vary amongst other stores. Their training makes most of them want to remedy the problem you may have automotive.

Friendly, people and helpful. Was able to use there auto computer scanning service.

I will never buy anything in this store, worse customer service over the phone or in person. I rather to take my business to other auto parts, cant count on them for nothing. I got several cars to get parts but they dont care.

Mike B. At AutoZone on Speedway and Silverbell went out of his way to find the right part needed for my car and installed the part without being asked to do so. That was so cool! I was going to take the part for someone else to do it but, Mike took initiative and saved me money!

Came into the shop on the verge of tears after my check engine light turned on and I was 3,000 miles away from home. They read the code and found me a mechanic same day - but ultimately helped me change my own spark plugs in the parking lot. So glad I came to this location, 10/10! I had bought a digital clock there and spent an hour trying to get it set with no luck so I took it back in and the man took the time to get it set up for me so I was very impressed with that

In over 30 years purchasing and changing batteries... I have never had an employee handle everything from picking the battery to delivering it to my vehicle. Then proceeded to change out my battery for me. Thank you Aaron for all your help and the cashier too. I explained my battery issue and she handled the warranty part without any issues. I have to say, this was the best experience in changing out a battery. Will i shop again at Autozone, you know i will..

Took my daughter and her 2015 Kia Soul and purchased air filters for cabin and engine $35 for the pair, the dealership wanted $90 + tax and a wait time of 2 hours, changed both outside store in 10 minutes BOOM!!!

Super friendly Staff. Went in to have my engine light checked. The rep was so patient on explaining what I might need for repairs. I also purchased some motor oil and he offered to put it in my motor for me. Will be coming back for my auto needs

Jacquhie is so helpful (I’m sorry if I botched the spelling of her name). As soon as we walked in she asked what we needed and walked us over! She even offered to help me put my windshield wipers on my car! Such great service :)

Slow. They do not know what they are doing plus there is no acknowledgement for the customer. As I stood at the counter waiting for service the store manager and her redshirt ignored my existence as they spoke to one another about a recent firearm purchase.

Service could be better. I go here because its close to my house and easy to get in and out. Customer service is somewhat lacking though.

Went in for a simple 5 min battery test was first in line. When I got up to the counter and told them what I needed they asked me to go outside and wait for a little . They serviced everyone else in the store and then finally received service about 20 min later. I thought thats why we have lines, to service in order.

Last night I was traveling back home to Phoenix and was not expecting the sudden downpour of rain. My windshield wipers were of no use so I searched for the nearest auto zone and came across this one. The staff immediately helped me find the correct wipers for my vehicle and answered my questions. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.Pamela S. ( I really hope I’m remembering her name correctly!) put on the new wipers for me with a smile on her face and was so incredibly helpful and friendly-despite the fact that it was cold and raining. She really went above and beyond and made a stressful situation so much easier. Thank you, Pamela!

Every autozone is different and it just depends on the time if you go on non-regular work hours then you wont have to wait In line as long. But usually they have the things you need. If not they will get it to you the next day. Also I had lost my recept and they had no problem returning It no questions asked. Just very busy

Salesman are useless, No customer service at all. We went there for a return because they have the available parts that we need. We been told us that it was not in the phone number that we gave for the warranty. I told him that we went to the other autozone and they check it and it was there. He said it was not there. Doesn’t even bother to look up closely in the files. We end up going back again to the 1st autozone that we went and they said it was there and we just need to wait for oneday to get the parts. I will never gonna go back to this place. Even answering the phone they were rude.

Good service. Went to my car to measure windshield wiper size

They had my part, but... they made me come down to the store to check the shelves myself to see if the part was in stock. The parts guy on the phone literally would not take 30 seconds to go over to the shelf and tell me on the phone whether the part was in stock or not. He kept saying, If you want to come down and see if we have it you can. I gambled and made the drive to the store. Fortunately they had my part. This is bad customer service.

When a customer is standing in line and someone calls on the phone, dont answer the phone and take care of the guy who didnt bother to drive down to the actual store.
