We have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership. Each time, we purchased from Zeke and Bobby, the sales manager. They delivered on their promises, provided outstanding service and follow up. I contacted Zeke months later for recommendations on where to take our vehicle for some work (wanted to replace the clear bra on our Mercedes.) Zeke was always quick to respond and gave excellent recommendations... which is why we asked for him when we went back to purchase another vehicle 18 months later. Our new Landrover Defender was just delivered a few weeks ago and we could not be more pleased. The Defender is an amazing vehicle and blends the best technology available in a vehicle that drives like a sports car and will literally climb telephone poles. That part is a bit of an exaggeration, but not by much. It is the most versatile vehicle on the road today and a true pleasure to drive.The purchasing experience was also great, especially the care we received from our consultant, Cesar Miranda. Cesar was exceptionally knowledgeable of the vehicle options and allowed us to design the vehicle to fit our specific needs. In addition, Cesar gave us regular updates throughout the production and shipping process.At the time the Defender arrived, unfortunately, my wife was undergoing heart surgery and we were unable to take delivery. It was several weeks before my wife had recovered sufficiently to accept delivery of the Defender. During that time we were in touch with Cesar every couple of days. He always expressed concern for my wife and was extremely patient with us during this trying time. Just recently had an issue at the end of the day on a Friday, called the service department spoke with James. We recently moved to AZ and while in town for the closing on our new home, we wanted to buy a vehicle so that it would be here when we moved here permanently a month or two later. We recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. The process was smooth from beginning to end, thanks to the salesperson Jackie. She provided excellent customer service, starting with bringing the car to our residence for a test drive. She allowed us plenty of time to test drive, including trying out rough roads, and steep windy mountain roads. There was no hard pressure to buy, and she informed us of relevant information about additional warranties besides the excellent drive train warranty provided by Royal. Jackie prepared the paperwork ahead of us arriving at the dealership, so we only spent minimum time there. It was easily the least stressful car buying experience Ive ever had, and we love our new (to us) vehicle.
