It was recommended I visit here when another salvage yard had only one of the two parts I was looking for. Shay and Jose were very personable and helpful. Shay located several vehicles that possibly had the part I was looking for. Shay went and looked over the possible donors, then came back and had me go along to make sure it was the part I needed. It was. The price was extremely fair and the service was awesome. Shay even told me if the part didnt work, to bring it back and theyd make it right. It shows me they want to take care of their customers and satisfaction is their goal. Job well done, guys! Ill be visiting them again in the future, as I am sure my old truck is going to need more love down the road.

We are rebuilding our truck and They have all the parts we need. So far our experience has been very pleasant. They are good about teaching how this auto parts store works. It’s not the traditional kind where you go get your own parts and bring them what you got off the old car. They get everything for you and you pick it up within a day or two.

Amazing service, called in to check if they had a part in stock and they referred me to another auto parts store that did have it in stock, gave me a name and contact number. Incredible customer service for someone who wasnt even going to buy something from them that day. I will definitely call them first for any auto parts needs!

Drove all the way from Chandler to get a part that I called to confirm and when I showed up, guy said sorry and frowned...waste of time don’t bother going here. They don’t keep track of their own parts and are very disorganized.

They have an excellent computer system that can verify the make of your vehicle through the VIN if needed and tracks parts. What I like best is they do all the work of finding and removing the parts and do offer a guarantee that it is good to use. You order the parts over the phone and go get them when they call you. One time I got the wrong size window for my truck but I just went back the next day and exchanged it for the right size. No problem.

These guys are amazing. They are so nice and their pricing is really good. I have only gotten one or two parts from them that didnt work and each time they have given me another part that did work or gave me my money back if they didnt have it. I always recommend these guys!

I called looking for an alternator for my car and the had it! They said they would have it ready in about 2 hours and when I got there they let me know I was the next one and it would only be a few minutes. So I waited inside (they have cold A/C) and I didnt have to wait too long. They were very nice and answered all my questions. My car is running now and the part was very affordable!

I highly recommend this place if you ever need a vehicle sold quick and if it’s no longer running. I had the pleasure of working with Shay for a little over a month after randomly calling his business to get a quote on a 2006 Toyota Tacoma with a blown engine. He offered me the best price for it, towed it to his yard on his dime, and allowed me to square away the lien and title without penalty. I’m not used to this kind of service, since I’m a woman and not taken seriously in this business. Shay more than took care of my truck issue and now I know who to call in the future for parts and or used vehicles (currently looking for a great running older model Honda under $1100). Great service. I went in for a Fuel Pump for my Chevrolet Cavalier 1997 2.2L engine and the one they had on their lot was so damaged they could not sell me it, so they ordered a brand new one for only $100.00 (plus tax) and it came the next day at 10:30am. Very fast service. Auto Zone would have charged me $270.00 dollars for a new Fuel Pump. AA Auto parts is the best.

Purchasing a used engine from over a 1,000 miles away can be a little concerning, but I am happy to report that I had a wonderful purchasing experience with AA Auto Parts! Jose and the rest of the folks at AA went above and beyond to get the engine in question running and even sent me a video of the engine running to my cell phone to confirm that there were no knocks, etc. They also cleaned the engine and did a great job in prepping it for shipment. Specifically, they capped all coolant openings, covered the carb, wrapped up the engine and secured it to the pallet for its cross country journey. I would certainly buy another engine from AA and I would recommend them to friends.

Called for a part 8am said give them 2hrs and give them a call to pickup part .4hrs later nothing said they would call me back when its ready to pickup never received that call .. or explnation why .... dont waste youre time or money with this b.s place...

The person I dealt with was very helpful at first contact and said that what I needed would be available the next day and he would call me when it was delivered, so when 2:13 PM the next day came I called him. I was told he was busy buying a car and I said I would call back, I called back at 2:29 he was still busy, again at 2:53 still busy, again at 3:48 was put on hold about 12 minutes and finally was able to speak with SHAY, he said the part wasn’t delivered yet and he would find out what was going on and call me back in a few minutes, that never happened. At 4:42 I called back because they close at 5:00 and knowing how busy Shay can be I wanted to make sure I could talk to him before they closed, I was put on hold immediately for almost 10 minutes then someone other than Shay answered, he said Shay was busy again and maybe he could get me some answers, so after I explained what I ordered the day before to this new person he told me that it would be delivered tomorrow. All of this “run-a-round” in 2+ hours just to be told the part would be delivered tomorrow made me a little upset so I cancelled the order.

Called and asked about an Alternator and they had it at a great price that was 20% of a rebuilt. I got a 90 day warranty and it was the correct part the first time.

Worst customer service ever!! You’d really have to improve to be bad. We called to verify they had the part in stock still they would not go check before we made the trip to pay them for the part. From there we had to wait 6 hours for them to pull the part and then go up again. We waited for the call which was late, so we called them to verify it was ready and ask them to hold the nuts and such for us because some were destroyed in the removal of the old part. After calling them we get the call its ready. They told us to come in they would get us the nuts and bolts. We chose to wait until the next day after reading other reviews. We arrive in the afternoon expecting to pick up the part and nuts and bolts, an hour and half later we have the part but no nuts and bolts to attach it with. So it took them 3 days to pull a wiper motor they could offer the customer service to hold the nuts and bolts even for us to buy from them. I absolutely will never do business with these people again, they were close and affordable, but far from easy or convenient.

I called AA auto in search of an interior trim piece for my Silverado. Shay helped me figure out what piece I needed. I asked if they wouldnt mind holding the piece for a week for me as I live in Oracle ( very far from AA auto...). I called later on in the week to ensure that the piece was still on hold, a lady answered who kept putting me on hold and I honestly could not understand what she was saying. However the piece was still on hold and I made the trip down to pick it up. When I arrived I talked to Shay about upgrading my stock mirrors to newer styled Silverado towing mirrors. Neither of us had much experience on the subject and he was hesitant to sell me something that may or may not work for my truck. Shay however went above and beyond and called his resources to figure out exactly what mirrors we needed to purchase brand new from their parts dealer. I may have been able to purchase them cheaper from amazon but the convenience of him researching with me and figuring out exactly what mirrors to purchase sold me. The mirrors came in quick and when I came to pick them up we realized we had a minor miss understanding on the options I needed. I needed power mirrors and these were powerless. Shay once again exceeded my expectations, called the parts dealer and got them to drop ship the powered mirrors to my house the next day! I couldnt be more happy with the mirrors after install and how Shay handled the situation. The only reason I am giving a 4/5 star is just from interactions over the phone mentioned above. If AA auto just works a little more on initial interaction and customer service over the phone I think these guys could take the company to the next level. Thank you AA auto and Shay!

I called aprox 8:30 in morning 5/14/ 2017.they hard my part, price was fair. Typicaly i would expect 1-2hr wait time. They never called me so i went over tryin to wait patiently, kept asking about door they are working on it he said. Finally after all my time wasted his worker comes to front office. Hasnt even started pulling my door off. Couple bolts &1connector .so i had them reverse my payment went to different junkyard $10more way better service
