Always an absolute pleasure working with Louie. His deep and wide knowledge of the off-road industry and vendors is key to ensuring I get the right parts for my LJ and JL Jeep builds. Beyond that, he always goes the extra mile to check in-store parts stock and when needed, stays on top of parts orders to ensure I get the parts as fast as possible.

I probably had the worst experience you can possibly have dealing with these guys, placed an order in store for a for a couple parts (new shocks etc) roughly $5,000 and a month goes by and I still don’t Receive anything.. give them a call they take about a day to figure out what’s wrong and then send me my stuff 2 weeks later. The day comes to install everything and the mechanic says I’m still missing the most important part of the build. This is the first and last time I’ll ever talk about this place to anyone. If you want to be ripped off of your hard earning money and time by all means support this place.

I scheduled an appointment over a week prior, they asked for 1/2 the balance up front to “secure” my appointment. I don’t live in the area and drove approx 45 mins to come in on my day off to drop off the vehicle at the time of appointment. Staff tells me they don’t have me on the schedule and my appointment was several days prior. This was blamed on a new computer system scheduling error. Was told if I leave my truck there all day they “might” be able to fit in, but the schedule is full and most likely don’t have time. Very frustrating that they did not attempt to correct their mistake besides saying sorry. I also had my wife and children follow me in a separate vehicle to pick me up wasted their time as well

Louie Henken was awesome! I wanted to surprise my husband with a birthday present, I knew he wouldnt give himself. I called 4 Wheel Parts and Louie seemed just as excited as I was to make this present happen. He immediately scheduled an appointment and made sure this was going to make my husband very happy. His customer service was top notch from beginning to end. My husband loves the new look of his truck and actually says it drives much smoother. Stopped in to check on product availability but there were only two attendants who were very busy and very slow.It wasnt worth my time to stand around and hope theyd get around to helping me so I went to Desert Rat Offroad instead.

These people are super busy and doing their best so be patient with them... they do great work and were super helpful after I had my drive shaft put in Derrick( I believe his name is) helped me diagnose an issue after I had drove off the lot and had to drive back to shop and also worked with me talking about which drive shaft to get. I really appreciate his positive attitude and patience! You deserve a raise my friend! :)

DisappointedOn May 26th I purchased a Rhino Rack system for my truck, I prepaid $2800 and then took my truck in as scheduled for installation on June 8th. I expected it to take a full day maybe longer, so I called on June 10th and found out it still hadn’t been started because they didn’t have all the parts. Worse that the missing parts MIGHT not arrive until mid July. First, they took my money and then waited almost 3 weeks to tell me they didn’t have what I had already paid for. Second, if I had not called them, no one would have called me as the person I was working with was off and hadn’t handed the project off to communicate back.What a waste of time and money.* I can appreciate the follow up of send us an email I actually tried to talk to someone there other than the sales team, even went into the store. No one was available to talk to so they just said send them an email. I did, my money was refunded- no attempt to solve that problems, just let the deal fall apart. Oddly I ended up at another shop in town, spent less money and it did take them time to get the parts, they were able to get it done. Just a little bit of effort on their part, and now they have a customer for life.

This outfit was honest and efficient!! We lost the back drivers side tire off our Chevy while moving across country. They did not try to over sell but rather ensured our safety with a complete repair and we were back on the road! Not one single complaint here!

These are some stand-up guys. They know their stuff and they do great work. They just installed a three and a half inch lift on my Toyota Tundra and I am more than happy. They were willing to match the rates of some suspension that I found online. And, I like the fact they are willing to give the veterans and military discount.

The service is awesome here.. The counterperson helped me find a replacement for a obsolete shock.. And they were able in a really quick time frame.. Thats what i called great service

If I could give them less then a 1 star I definitely would!! I bought 2 shocks and one was faulty so I called and explained what happened, they told me to come in and exchange it but they didnt have the shock in stock. They order it from Phoenix and guaranteed me that it would be in the next day so I came in and it wasnt there. Im a volunteer firefighter/small business owner and theh wasted 2 hours of my time now plus gas!! I tried explaining that my deer hunt was coming up and I really needed it so they just said they could ship it to my house and wouldnt work anything else out to help me. I would never come here again!!!

Only sell new parts no repair parts

Been waiting on one shock from them for 2 weeks now. Was told it would take 3 days to come in. So I waited the first three days then went in to pick it up but they didn’t have it and said to come back the following Wednesday. So I waited and when I went in for the 3rd time they said it would be there later that day around 1. So I gave them an entire day to figure it out. Went back in again to try and get my part but it is still not there. Zero answers from the staff except “it will come in”. Every time I go in they look up a “tracking Number” and say “oh it’s out for delivery”. Once I eventually get my part from them I will not be going back. Save yourself the headache and order from somewhere else.

Terrible service and customer service!Start with the 2010 Jeep JK. Took it in for front and rear gears, all new axle seals, steering stabilizer, diff covers, and alignment. Go to drop it off the first time and some of the parts havent arrived so we reschedule (30 min drive, no one called). Parts arrive, so i go to drop ot off a second time. Jeep is up on the lift, I decide to look at the parts. They were going to put in 456 gears instead of 513s which is what i wanted. Gears come in, so i drop it off a third time. Then they call and say they stripped the nuts on the front axle shafts, but they can have some tomorrow. Three days later still no axles so I go pay over $900 to buy new ones and have them overnight shipped from another off road shop. They call again and say the diff covers they got were the wrong ones but they have another brand they can use G2. I want the vented covers so we decide to put the stock covers on for now until the 500 mile fluid change. Go to pick it up and they never did the alignment. OK ill get it done in 500 miles when they put on the covers and change the fluid. Drop it off for the alignment, fluid change, and diff covers 2 months later, when i drop it off he says covers are in. Girlfriend goes and picks it up a few hours later, she gets home, i look at it and they put the damn g2 covers on. They were cheaper covers so i look at the reciept and they charged me to install them. I call the store, at this point im just keeping the diff covers. They apologize and say they will issue me a refund. Days later nothing on the card so I call back. They issued it as a store credit. What the hell.OK. one bad experience doesnt define a company. After all they are the biggest Off road shop in town right? So i give them a second chance.Round two. Bought a new fifthwheel so i need Gears, all new axle seals, and airbags for the Ram. I go to the store and explain what i need. I ask him to come out and look at the truck for the airbags because it has an 8 lift with traction bars and a fifthwheel hitch. He says no need, these airbags will work, so i buy them. I am putting them on because we leave for a trip in 2 weeks and they cant get it in to do them in time. Get home, dont even take them out of the box and realize they wont work. They require a 6 spacer because of the lift, and the lower mounting bracket bolts to the axle right where the traction bars mount. Two days later off to the store again (30 min drive each way). Still havent heard back on pricing and to schedule gears and seals. I speak to a different guy who actually comes out and looks at the truck. Return the airbag kit and he orders one he is sure will work. Get a call a few days later that they came in with the spacers. Off to the store again (still nothing on the gears or seals btw). Im just glad they came in. Im leaving in less than a week and running out of time to get them installed. Within minutes I realize it is the exact same style kit just different brand. It bolts to the axle in the exact same place and will not work. Box says right on it will not work with a fifthwheel hitch. He says he will find one and call me. That was 3 weeks ago. Still nothing on the bags or gears.Now the reason i decided to write this review. Went to drive the Jeep today and heard a metal on metal noise so I turned around and pulled it into the shop. Slid under it and immediately found the noise. The bracket that bolts around the axle for the steering stabilizer was just hanging. No u bolts or hardware in sight. The axle has a gusset kit they drilled through to get the bolts in the correct place. It looks like my 12 year old son did it. The holes were oblonged to get the bolts in and they used the axle tube as leverage to oblong them. The tube is all thinned out, defeats the purpose of a gusset no? On top of that both the seals front and rear where the driveshafts connet are dumping fluid and the underside is covered in gear fluid. Less than 7k miles since the work was done. This is what you get when you spend over 4k?

Joe did an awesome job putting together a nice build for my stock TJ. It looks great and drives great with a lift, new tires and wheels. Honestly, It drives better than before actually! They’re helpful in the shop and over the phone. Overall, the shop has a good set up, and the guys are great!

Happened across them in Tucson and needed adjustable control arms and adjustable track bar so I ordered them and had them shipped since I was on my Harley. Parts were supposed to be there in 3 business days 2 hours away in globe AZ. Well, several phone calls and 10 days later the parts finally got there. But instead of the track bar being for the 4.5 lift I have they sent the one for the 1 to 3 inch lift. A phone call later and they did shop the right part but took 2 days after initially stating they would overnight it. All being said they did end up getting the right parts to me but it took 12 days to send them 2 hours away. Plus the parts were a little over $100 more than on extreme terrain where I do order stuff from time to time.

Nice 4 wheel shop. A little pricey.

Got a $120 better deal than my favorite Discount Tires on the same All Terrain tires for my 1st time 4x4 experience. Plus great information regarding lifting the vehicle and all the potential additional costs. A much calmer experience as well. These guys know 4x4s :)

4wps has great parts, sales staff that know these parts and fantastic technicians who install them with expertise and care.

My auto body shop purchased the smittybuilt M1 front and rear bumpers from 4WP (despite being $500 cheaper on Amazon) and mounted them but told me to get the lights wired @4wheel parts, said it should be $150 for front and $100 for back bumpers. I called to schedule the wiring and spoke with Shawn as directed by auto body shop. He quoted me a price of $700.....just to wire the lights!! Was supposed to call me back after speaking with his manager but havent heard back. That was a week ago. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES. WHAT A RIP OFF THIS PLACE IS

Worst customer service experience Ive ever had. Called to inquire about a part for my Jeep that I couldnt find on the website. Customer rep was the rudest CSR Ive ever dealt with. Wouldnt provide me with a part number I could take to the local 4 Wheel Parts store to order the item. When I said if he wasnt interested in helping me order from the local store, he hung up on me. I guess 4 Wheel Parts wasnt interested in making a $1200+ order today.

I hadnt been there in awhile and I found that the shop had been remodeled. It was nice! I also found fresh, FRIENDLY faces which was even nicer. The guy behind the counter had what I needed in stock and I was back on the trail in no time at all!!!

Now I see why they don’t guarantee their work and only the parts, they did a terrible job installing my electric side steps to the point that I had to go home and fix it myself. I had a six inch pro-comp lift put on at their shop as well and two weeks later I had to replace the front struts which I thought came along with the lift. My truck is a 2015 Silverado with 20,000 miles on it I shouldn’t have to replace the struts already. Customer service from 1-10 I give them a - 5 the sales staff wants you to spend as much as possible to the point that they wanted me to put the wheels and tires that they select for you rather than getting what you want so I just didn’t buy the rims and tires only the lift and side steps which I regret. And by the way you don’t want to wait in the small waiting room they have it was filthy the first time I went there and the same the second time I went there. And don’t even get me started on the restroom not sanitary for customers. All in all worst experience at a business that has shops nationwide would not and could not refer this shop in my town to anyone. Your better off going to Desert Rat for your four wheel drive needs. Bad bad bad !!!!!!!!

I dont even want to give them 1 star. My brother ordered sliders for his Rubicon and sent him the wrong ones not powder coated. He had to send them back and when he tried to get the correct ones they canceled his order. They screwed up his order and didnt fix it. DONT DO BUISNESS WITH THEM GO LOCAL!!!!!!

Pros: Great location, tons of parts and gear in stock. Good prices.Cons: Poor customer service.I went in with a few thousand dollars to spend to get my truck trail ready and the guy behind the counter had an obvious chip on his shoulder. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and pushed forward trying to get a good deal on the gear I wanted. We had it all figured out and when I decided to pull the trigger i got my wallet out and the salesperson says ok great, hang on and starts helping the customer in line behind me. Needless to say I decided against giving my hard earned money to this establishment, and left since they obviously care very little about treating their customers right.Striking out for 4x4 shops in Tucson. I tried Desert Rat before these guys and dont think Ill never return to either desert rat or 4 wheel parts.

Hey they were awesome very helpful I got a great deal on my optima battery and Im bringing my truck down to have some rear end work and the price seems so reasonable lets hope when I go to buy other things they give me that save great deal LOL

I just got a set of wheels from them, which they took the info of the truck they were going on. When I took them to get mounted at another shop, (due to expensive charges @ 4wp) they would not work on the truck.when I went to return them I had to eat a 10% restocking fee. Even though they said they would fit no problem. I have gone there out of necessity for other projects and never been impressed with their products prices, or service. Its hard to support a local shop and not shop online when they are such a hassle.

Update: Customer service sales manager called and offered me the bare metal at their cost. I accepted. On 16 Oct 2018 I ordered rock sliders for my JL Rubicon 2 door from 4 Wheel Parts online. The order was for $784 for powder coated rock sliders. After about 6 weeks I received my order however they were bare metal. I called and had them returned. I waited 4 more weeks and received another set however they were the wrong style, I called and they told me the price was wrong (they admitted it was their mistake) and they wanted to charge me more. I said no please send me what I ordered and paid for. I have all documentation proving this. They said OK it will be 4 more weeks, I said ok. After 4 weeks I called them to check and was told 3 more weeks. I said I know these are made to order so mine should be made first since I ordered in Oct 2018. They said they understood but it will be 3 more weeks I said fine Ill wait. Meanwhile I called JCR to see what the turnaround time was and they told me they have them in stock and it would be only a week. Another person from 4 wheel parts called me and said they cant honor this order at this price. I said not my problem send me my parts. He told me he is going to refund my money, I said no I do not want a refund I want my parts, he kept arguing with me, it got heated and he hung up on me. I called today and said just send the bare metal ones and ill worry about powder coat. They said we cant we refunded your money and closed the order. Do not and I repeat do not order from 4 Wheel Parts again. I have another $8000 worth of parts I need to finish my build and will take my business elsewhere. If you need good parts, contact Next Veture Motorsports in Tucson AZ, they are awesome, have great products and the best customer service.

Had a great experience with this shop as well as a few other 4wheelparts stores. Had lockers and gears installed into my JK. Something went wrong in my front differential with the new gears and these guys replaced everything no hassle, no questions asked. A month or so later I was negligent and didnt tighten down a sway bar connect and lost it on the highway again no questions asked the manager offered to replace the missing link. Didnt take him up on the offer but my experience with this particular shop exceeded my expectations

Ive always had great service at the counter, or over the phone. Everything Ive ordered has been recieved within quoted time frames, and correct.I cant speak to the shop, as I do my own work, etc.

Went up there and try to get parts and did know how long it only take to get to me and they said they will call me with and answer with in 2 days. So I went through the same deal and got the part myself for the same price as them and they told me when the part going to be at my house. So bad customer service. It seem they dont want your money at all.

Never go here to have work done to your rig.My fj cruiser came out with no diff drop, the icon upper control arms are two completely sizes. This caused stress to the steering knuckle which had been bending slowly.Toyota wont cover any of their connected parts because of the less than proffesional install.Pretty much $3, 000 dollars of usless and busted parts.If you nees anything don to yiur rig get it done somewhere else!!!!

This is my first 1 star but the truth is Im P.O. I went in asking for a level kit tires and wheels. I specifically asked if it required trimming and I was told no. So when I came back to pick my truck up the day of install my truck had trimming done and my cup holders inside my truck were missing. I know that missing cup holders sounds stupid and crazy but its the truth. I did not care at first until I looked online and they are 30$ a piece. I told the guy at the front desk and he didnt offer to help just asked for my phone number and said hed call me later. That was 3 days ago. Both problems I had are not a big deal just pissed they could care less. Wont be going back.
