I had a dent in my back right quarter panel they were able to fix rather than replace (which 3 other businesses across town wanted to do). Their response time was quick after I put in an initial inquiry and they were able to get me in within a few days. The best part of the whole experience was that they were honest with the quote and honest with the expected time frame. Definitely recommend their work, cant even tell there was a dent in the panel and the paint job looks awesome. They have a great team and business.

I feel like I avoided a complete auto scam from Scott and Megan. I brought a 2008 Toyota Sienna to them for a pre-purchase inspection on May 6, 2021, and unfortunately paid $130 for the scam attempt. Scott recommended replacing the serpentine belt $90, power steering pump (leaking) $450, return power steering hose $87, and power steering flush $90 (in addition to other fluid services). The vehicle drove fine! There was absolutely no power steering symptoms… the steering wheel was easy to turn and there was no noise at that time. I purchased the vehicle in the early afternoon that same day and left the vehicle with them overnight. Initially I decided to have the power steering work done and also repair to the windshield for a chip $40. Later that same afternoon, I called and canceled the power steering work as the situation just didn’t add up to me, (no symptoms). The next day, I picked up the van and drove it back to Sierra Vista (where I live). The original windshield chip was repaired, however, there was a new chip! In addition, a new noise: a clunking sound when the steering wheel was in a sharp turn. I took the van for 2 new tires and the owner of the tire shop told me that the bolts holding the rack and pinion were loose and that they wouldn’t fix it, as they just do tires, but those loose bolts were the source of the clunking noise with sharp turns. So I next took the van to Midas because I wanted to be sure about the power steering pump and hose, and to get the rack and pinion bolts tightened. The mechanic there had me walk under the van while it was suspended in the work bay. He showed me the power steering pump. One bolt looked moist. He said that there was a small seepage and that it was nothing to worry about at this point, just to keep an eye on it in the future. The Midas mechanic tightened the loose bolts on the rack and pinion and told me that it was actually quite dangerous to drive with loose bolts, that turning a corner at even low speeds could result in the front tires going sideways and the van could flip. Ouch. The next day I took the van into the Toyota dealership. They changed the oil and did a multi-point inspection. They also noted a power steering pump seep, with recommendation for watching it. They did not recommend replacing the serpentine belt.I not recommend Performance Complete Auto Care shop to anyone. Zero stars.

Passing through the Area of Tucson Arizona the gas tank of my Chevy Silverado Duramax decided to come loose I have no family in the area to help so I decided to Google auto repair shop and this repair shop came up read the reviews they all look good and check out perfect so I decided to give them a try and give them a call to see if they can get me in as soon as possible because as we all know most of these guys you have to make an appointment and I just didn’t have time for that at the moment. So when I called i explain my situation the lady up front said hold on let me check if I can fit you in and sure enough she said bring it in. I got there and with in minutes they had a mechanic looking at the problem and a gentleman by the name of Scott explained everything that was going to be done and how long it was going to take from that point on I feel comfortable the way explain things so I left the truck for a few hours then when I returned he said it was ready and did exactly what he had explained. So let me say that these guys did it right the first time they explain the situation before they touch it the pricing is perfect the lady at the front has so much patience and I appreciate her patients so I do recommend you take your auto repairs to this guy totally trustworthy if I am ever in the area I will be returning to him and For the rest of my life. Thank you guys u are the best and save my life and money and a hassle with other shops. THANK YOUUU 🙏🏽

I just wanted to start off by saying I rarely ever leave reviews but I felt that this place deserved one. Just like previous reviews have stated, he takes his time to fully explain everything and doesn’t try to up charge unnecessary fixes. I brought in my Jeep for some suspension work and everything was shown and explained fully. He even stayed open longer than scheduled close time to insure the Jeep was given back by the end of the day. I couldn’t be happier with the work and the end product is phenomenal. After reading lots of reviews on line, I decided to come to this shop for an oil change and to discuss other leak related issues with my older model car.Scott checked out the leaks, made his judgement on what it was and the cost. I have had other mechanics look at my car over the past 7 months when I went in for oil changes in other cities. Their costs were too high and their repair ideas were slightly different from Scotts, as in more complicated, more to repair.After patiently walking me through what he suggested, I agreed for him to do the work.By end of day, my car was returned, he said what he found matched his prognosis....and showed me what he had done .It has been 2 weeks and there are no engine leaks anywhere!!My little car is fixed.I highly recommend this shop....honest, reliable,reasonable and quick. My 2002 Infiniti i35 broke down on me and I didnt know what I was going to do. I heard about Performance Complete Auto Care. I found out that I was going to need a new engine. Scott went out of his way to help me find a good used engine and had it shipped to his shop. I didnt have the money to pay in full for the engine and for the labor, so once again Scott came to my rescue and helped me to set up a great payment plan. Been going to Performance for years - best car care in Tucson! Scott, Dottie, and crew are always so nice and take the time to explain everything including why they prefer certain car parts (i.e., brands, models) over others as well as the cost differential between them. They are very thorough and extremely affordable, always trying to save the customer money. I really appreciate having them on the East side not too far from us, though we used to come here even when we lived 45 min away - it was worth kt! Their new location is also much nicer than the old one on Golf Links.

I was looking for a shop to bring my Mazda to after a pretty bad accident with a Sun Tran bus. The people at Performance Complete were polite, professional, and courteous. I knew right away I made the right choice for a repair shop.Not only did their staff give me the option of a black or chrome grill, they painted the sun faded roof free of charge, and not included in the repair instructions. They turned a stressful and sad situation into a comfortable one. My car looked better than before the accident!

I called in the morning and was able to make a same day appointment to get a brake job, when I took my car there Megan was very polite and professional and she let me know that they would take a look at my car and call me with an estimate before performing any work so I was able to spend the day with my daughter. When they did call me they let me know exactly what needed to be done how much it would cost and said I could pick it up in about two hours I was very happy with the work and the pricing and I would definitely take my vehicle here again.

Took The old green ford truck in to get a oil leak fixed. The oil leak costed me more in two years than the repair.Thank you for fixing the bad work done by the last mechanic that replaced a oil pump. It is great to park on customers drives and not have to worry.

Went in to get my breaks worked on after going to big o tire and then giving me an outrageous amount to get it done for. Gave Scott a call and he got it done for cheaper and it was great customer service!

Best auto repair ever my fuel pump went out and i was told by my usual mechanic it was going to be 680 dollars i called performance and it was more than 200 less and they sent a tow truck for my car for just 40 bucks and did my fuel pump same day never seen such dedication they stayed a hr after closing and got me back on the road .

This is the only shop I trust with my old cars. Theyve done my oil changes, brakes, an intake and carb install, new a/c install, and various hard to find fixes for more than two years, on two troublesome Oldsmobiles. Their new shop is streamlined, well-stocked, and comfortable. Four bays means jobs move quickly. These are the rare breed of loyal, honest, and skilled mechanics. They do tint and tires now, too.

My engine mounts needed to be replaced and Scott explained everything to me right up front. As it turned out, there were other issues with the car as well and he was able to spot what needed to be done and fixed it for a fraction of what other people quoted me for inaccurate diagnosis.

Performance Automotive has been reliable asboth vehicles are 18 years old but still run like new.Performance automotive keeps both my vehicles running perfect........my Town and Country has 250,000 miles on it......my Winnebego has 150,000 miles on it...... thats commendable.For 17 years, I have saved money on repairs because Performance Automotive repair rates are more reasonable than other shops.When I drop my car off, Performance Automotive gives me a free lift home and then picks me up at home after repairs are completed.A+ service.
