I took my 2015 Malibu to Caliber after it was hit by someone insured by Farmers Insurance. Ive been screwed by more body and paint shops over the years than I can count. Shoddy work, mega miles put on my car, paint mismatch or huge scratches on my hood. So I went in Jaded, admittedly. Caliber was a breath of fresh air!! Patrick at Caliber over at Research Loop was kind, very professional and completely upfront with all of the steps regarding my cars repair steps. The repair was done on time and the paint and body work was perfect (they send texts to you to tell you where the car is in its process daily). Patrick even noticed my rim had been scratched and sent it out for repair. The car was aligned and drove like a dream. The cool part about Caliber is that I didnt have to return the darn rental to the rental company. Patrick handled all those steps because they are tied into Enterprises systems. No fuss at all and I was done. Lifetime guarantee in writing, professional work and kind people....heck ya just cant beat that. I would like to thank Patrick for taking such good care of us. Caliber Collision was great to deal with. The two service advisors that we dealt with were great (Patrick and Mike). The status of our vehicle was texted to us weekly until the repair was complete.Caliber made sure that everything was done to our satisfaction and beyond.

Was not a helpful auto body.shop even though the car damage was not my fault. They simply would not call the insurance company to see what was taking so much time. As a result the process took three weeks from the time of accident to even determine the car was a total loss.

For how known the name is they could have done a better job on my vehicle even though not a dime came out of my pocket and the insurance company paid. Inwas inspecting a some what better job then what was done. Parts to my truck were left off alignment wasnt done like they said it was going to be and a few other little things. other then that they did alright but not for how big the companys name is. I got side swiped in an accident and when my insurance company asked me where I wanted to take my 4 runner for repairs I had no clue where to go. I dont really trust my dealership so I asked who was closest to me and Caliber Collision came up so I thought Id give them a try and they were awesome. They gave me an estimated time for repair that was about 15 days and finished it in half the time, but the thing that impressed me most was they sent me text messages everyday keeping me informed about the progress of the repairs. And when I picked up my vehicle it looked wicked great all repairs were amazing and they even detailed my vehicle. Also I would like to send out a big thanks to USAA for making this happen. Im a customer for life.

Had to come back two years later and I found the same faces with the same outstanding customer service and professionalism as I did back then...feels like walking in my “hometown” shop! As I read the negative reviews I’m baffled. I can attest I’ve been here three times to get work done and never seen/experienced anything like those reviews describe. Here is the latest which I can honestly say they could have easily turned me away. But instead they went out of their way to help!So two years ago I wiped out a deer which resulted in one headlamp assembly being replaced. As those two years past I never really drove on dark roads at night like between Tucson and Vail or out in the country. About six months ago I started traveling to Vail quite a bit at night. I noticed everyone kept flashing me as if I were deliberately “brighting” them. Made me wonder if my headlamp alignment was out so I checked it to discover it was actually a possible defect with the housing. I just dropped by to have it checked for warranty knowing it was probably long overdue. They looked it over...pulled it apart...and fixed it right there...simply amazing!

So, I get back from my deployment for the military and my second night home, vehicle gets broken into and parts are stolen. What a jerk. Anyways, my insurance recommended these guys to do the repairs on my vehicle. I talked to David, a really awesome guy, and they said they could do it, take a week or two depending on when parts showed up. I turned it in on a Monday, they finished on a Friday. Less than a week, I was happy with that for sure. They walked me through all the details of what went on with my vehicles repairs. I really appreciated that aspect of service they provided. Lifetime warranty to boot on all repairs, what a deal. Id definitely go back to them again, hands down.

Our vehicle was sent to this location after car wreck in February of 2017. They had our vehicle for more then 3 weeks. Once inspected I had to return the next day because of Over spray on hood, had to pop in fog lights on bumper from not being installed right, clutch was making noise, inside of car was dirty, back bumper didnt line up to body, front side panel didnt line up with body, fog light chips, back side panel had a build up of some kind, truck spoiler was messed up and 2 rims on right side had scrapes with red paint like someone had drove it hard which did not happen iduring wreck since it was a rear end accident on i-10 which caused the car to hit another in front. Total of a 5 car pile up which was a chain reaction.When returned next day they made excuses for rims and other things like it wasnt their fault but said if we have them a good review on survey they would fix it. So under duress I agreed but felt they should have fixed the problems regardless since its life time warranty for as long as we own vehicle.Now after getting clutch fixed at our own expense since they denied anything happen to it while in their shop, I noticed our hood isnt aligned with body and front lights are not adjusted right. Even though they said they would fix the problem I am hesitant on taking my vehicle back to them. For a collision center who does body work their job is to pay attention to detail which they did not do.After talking to my insurance company who has contacted them on many occasions they have been rude to my Allstate agent / manager and to us the customer. Seems like once they get paid they do not care. Also the manager Blake even said their job is to get cars in and out quickly . Plus their business statement is to restore the rhythm back in your life which never happened. If you have a choice do not choose Caliber Collision.

My experience with Caliber Collision was horrible, they dont even deserve the one star that I gave them. They do not deserve to be in business or attached to a corporate company. They still do just as bad service as they did when they were 911 Collision.I brought my car for some simple repairs which took them over a week to complete. They pulled some dents out of my hood and repainted my bumper also replaced my passenger side mirror. But when I got my car back my speaker in my door and my window was broken, ironically the door they worked on. Contacted my insurance company which contacted them to fix the issue, over a month later still broken my window still does not roll down or up and they supposedly replaced my regulator motor and switch (wrong switch) and still not satisfied. Not to mention the weird sounds coming from my engine now at idle and the fact that they also broke the connections on my fog lights located in my bumper which they also try to take no blame for. Every time I have dealt with them they have been extremely rude even the receptionist. The manager treated me like I did not know anything about my car and brushed me off regularly, just not the way you do business.In conclusion, this is a horrible establishment and you should never do business with them, my car came out with more problems then it did when it went in. Now I have to take my car to another collision center for them to fix the issues they missed and created. Most unsatisfying experience I have ever had with a company.

Im surprised by how many negative reviews posted for Caliber Collision. I dont think its the whole picture of their service quality. I had several encounters with them and every time was very smooth and pleasant. The price is good and they really try to use quality used parts to lower the cost.

I had an accident went there for an estimate on my truck. They just wanted to fix my bumper but I went somewhere else to do the work because I wanted my bumper replaced not fixed.

No issues, brought it in and got it the next day. Solid work done, looks nicer then the rest of the car. Carlos was very friendly and very helpful working with esurance. I would absolutely use them again.

What can I say???? Pretty much speechless about Blake at Caliber.. Had my first auto accident with my 2016 WRX. was rear ended in a parking lot while parked. bumper only damage..brought the vehicle in on a Thursday expecting the car wouldnt be ready until Monday so I got a rental on Thursday.Well I didnt need it my car was painted fixed and hung properly by the end of Friday equaling 1 day of rental cost WOW. I guess Im not speechless about Blake at Caliber I have a lot to say. Second time at Caliber and ONCE AGAIN I WASNT A NUMBER OR CHECK I WAS TREATED LIKE A PERSONTHANKS BLAKEFOREVER A DEDICATED CUSTOMER

I brought my car in after a blow out pulled me into a curb. I felt like I was being lied to from the first time I met with the estimator. When my car was ready, I was harassed and pressured because it took me one week to come up with the deductible . When I got my brand-new car back it didnt drive like a new car anymore. The front suspension rattles all over the place and the bearings make a whining sound. I brought it back to have them warranty it. They kept my car overnight, called me and told me that parts were replaced. When I picked it up they couldnt produce any paperwork to back up the parts being replaced. The car drove exactly the same. I called them on it and they continued to lie to me. I do not trust this place so I am taking my car to another place, having them fix it, and letting my insurance sue them.Dont waste you time. Do some reasearch and read some reviews before taking your car here.

Bad experience. I cant comment on the work because I didnt get my car fixed here. The service however is one of the worst. I was in an accident and the other persons insurance asked me to go here to have an estimate because they could not send someone to look at my car. The first time i went they had not received the paperwork from the insurance but were willing to do the estimate and fax over the info once they got the paper work. Great right.... NOO. The insurance never received the estimate. I had to go again. They couldnt find the first estimate but had the paper work under a different name. Ok maybe not their fault. Again the estimate was not received. Finally on my third time visiting this place i spoke with the GM (who was apologetic) and was able to finally move on with my case.

I ran over a dead horse on I-8 (no joke) and suffered front and underside damage to my Grand Caravan. Fortunately, AAA covered this as comprehensive and even towed my van back to Tucson to my local recommended collision center Caliber Collision. Ill preface this and say this is not a story of a smooth experience, but I think Caliber handled my situation well and in the end, I now have a working vehicle. They had my vehicle for about 3-4 weeks as there was a lot of damage. When theyd fix one thing and give me a notice that the car would be complete soon, another problem would be uncovered when putting everything back together. This would lead to additional parts being ordered, etc and another week of waiting. When the van was returned to me, we had it for about a week before the van lost all power and we had to tow it back to Caliber. I had assumed thered be no question that the problem was related to the accident and everything would be taken care of. It turned out the problem was with the fuel pump and making the connection between that and the accident was something my insurance company was not willing to accept... I was going to be faced with a $700 repair. This is when Dave at calliber worked with my insurance company to help them see that the damage was related, almost like having a lawyer on my side. In the end, they took things apart and saw that the fuel pump (which is located on the underside of the van in the tank) was cracked and must have been jostled when we had the impact as scrape marks were seen on the fuel tank. Problem was covered and now my family has been driving on the road for a couple months now without issue. Overall, Calibers service was professional and friendly. Im a happy customer with both Caliber and AAA though it was a rough road getting here (pun intended).
