My brand new truck was T-boned. The insurance company allowed me to choose FixAuto since I had used them before with a different vehicle. I went there after getting rear-ended. It was a minor dent and a little cracking. I dropped it off on Monday and here it is Wednesday all done and I have it back! From the minute they called me and I went there and dropped it off to when Steve was working on it he gave me a call and updated me. Then Steve called me the next day left me a message telling me that my car was ready. I went to pick it up and there was a lifetime warranty. The office people were very nice and courteous and friendly. They adhere to facial coverings and social distancing. Steve did a final walk around with me to show me what he did and he told me that they do a special disinfecting and vacuuming such that it pulls out all the air in the vehicle and disinfects the whole inside of my car! I was very pleased from start to finish with the service and the communication and friendliness of this company and its employees! They even set up the rental car for me; which was right down the road by the way ! I highly recommend this company if you want great service!

The manager, Stephen, did a great job repairing the rear end damage to my Dodge ram truck. I was very happy with the result of the work that they did. He kept me posted throughout the process. He was very professional and the shop got the job done in a shorter period of time than I expected.

I took my 2014 Tundra to them after a minor accident and they did great work! Replaced my fender flares and even painted them to match the truck free of charge! I recently attempted to install a mesh grille from Rough Country on my truck myself and ran into some problems!! I took it to them and they completed it in time for me to have my truck for work! I took it in at 430pm on Wednesday they had it done by 9am on Thursday and it looks amazing!! They did not gouge me on the price either they were fair and honest when other shops wanted twice what they charged me!! Very reputable shop honest and trustworthy!! Will definitely be returning for any work in the future!

My car is built low to the ground and I ripped the bottom out on a concrete parking stanchion. Got an estimate, they ordered the parts and got repaired. I was lucky they were able to do the work from underneath instead of removing the grill and saved money on having a sensor recalibrated. Would highly recommend.

I took my 2009 Toyota RAV4 in for repair following a rear-end collision which damaged the bumper, back door, spare tire, and tire cover. My car was completed six days ahead of schedule and it looked better than when I bought the car. I cant comment on the value aspect since I am not paying for the repairs and I have nothing else to compare it to. Fix Auto comes highly recommended by dealerships and insurance companies alike.

I had my 4Runner repaired after backing into someone. I noted today that the bumper cover is higher on the right vs left side. When you look from the rear you can see that the bumper cover is not set properly on the right. I can not afford another rental. The hatch opens and closes, it is clearly evident something is off Que. I should have noticed on my walk around when I picked the truck up

I was amazed by the the professionalism of all the people whom I encountered before and after the repair of my car. I dropped my car off 04/17/2020. The estimated date of completion was 04/27/2020. I was contacted several times about the progress. The car was completed on 04/28/2020, this was not due to the shop but because the headlight assy. came in damaged, which they had to reorder. Fix Auto was great to work with!!! When I went in the expected completion date was January 4th and they finished it December 24th! Professional, fast and friendly. Could have never told my car was in an accident after I dropped it off here. Handled all the insurance payments and had my vehicle done a week earlier then quoted. They even washed and cleaned the interior before giving the vehicle back! Now I see why Desert Toyota sends all their vehicles here, looks just as good when I bought it off the lot, plus the work comes with a lifetime warranty.

Unfortunately I have had to do business with this place at least three times over the last 20 or 30 years. They are the only shop I would ever use for body and paint work. They did an amazing job on a car I had five years ago when someone rear ended me pushing me into the car in front of me and causing considerable damage but fortunately no personal injury. Most recently I scraped the paint off my brand new car and they had it fixed in four days and it and it looked like new. I would happily recommend the shop.

I have been a customer of this body shop for many years. While they are going through what seems to be a rebranding to Fix Auto. The quality of the work is still solid. Would use again, would reccomend to others.

First of all, Id like to note the friendliness of the office staff--its nice to be greeted with a warm smile! Tony, who was the estimator, worked with me and made sure I understood all of the details. The original estimate for for eight working days, but the work was completed in five! I also used their service to take me home and to pick me up from the shop. The driver, Emory, was gentlemanly and a great conversationalist. I would recommend Thoroughbred to anyone who needs bodywork done on their vehicle.

We have gone here twice now for auto repairs, and we have been extremely pleased with the results both times. Thoroughbred is great at keeping you updated with the repair process, explains what needs to be done in great detail and makes it all easy to understand, and they do a thorough job. The cars always come back looking as good as (or better than) new. We dont plan to go to any other auto repair shop as long as we are in Tucson.

Took my truck here after the frame was damaged in an accident. Of course it took awhile for a new frame to come in, and while we waited, they got everything else replaced and fixed and ready to go for when the frame got here. They started working on it as soon as it did, and had it done a week before I thought I would get it back! Jeannie was amazing, called me with updates basically every week. Really appreciate everything they did for me in such a quick fashion!

First, and foremost, they did a perfect job in repairing the car! One would never know anything had happened to it. Equally important is that the car was ready for us precisely at the time they’d promised.And the icing on the cake is that the other driver’s insurance company originally said they’d only pay $235 on a $1250 estimate. But Fix Auto TUCSON Thoroughbred went to bat for us, explained to them why the estimate was as it was, and the insurance company agreed to pay the entire estimate.

I had a great experience with Fix Thouroughbred. Second time using them. Hopefully I don’t get rear ended again. Anyway, when choosing what business to go with, I had called Chapman and it went to voicemail. I then called Fix thouroghbred and they answered right away. I knew who to go with and I made the right decision.

Its got 4.9 by review but may be I was one person from 0.01. I could not use that place because the one lady was talking to quiet. Another young lady was so aggressive. Immediately get upset when I start asking questions Dont want to specific, but I would never ever go to this place again.

I was given options from low range to high range prices as well as advice as to what may be the best fix for my car as opposed to what would be the most expensive fix for my car. Although we ended up not getting the car fixed because it was totaled by the insurance company, it was a good experience. We were kept up to date and everyone was super helpful, especially the guys out back when we came to get our personal belongings from the car. I hope we don’t need them again, but if we do, I will use them instead of the other place I took a previous car to - the difference was night and day.
