They did such a good job on my car. After suffering bad damage to my rear bumper from two crashes, they managed to fix it and leave it in perfect condition. Aloha!! I Actually would give 5 Star Collision a 6 Star Rating. Needed a small repair on my Avalanche, I wasnt able to pick it up before they Closed, they offered to Drive it to me at my office (Wow!!) Not only did the repair look Fantastic,... The Truck was cleaner than when I took it in,... They washed it and also realized they Vacuumed the Interior. (WOW #2) For my Small repair job they treated me like a major Repair project and exceeded my expectations. Angie, Mark & Letty (and your repair team)you were a pleasure to work with!!!

I was directed to this facility by State Farm Insurance as a preferred provider for collision repairs.They had by far the best reviews of any of the facilities State Farm recommended. The staff was very professional and the work performed was outstanding. The truck was in the shop for 3 days, I was expecting at least a week. I also had some additional work performed and the pricing and the work were also outstanding. They even delivered the truck back to my shop -who else does this. They did a great job on our Enclave. Great service also. On our car they called me and said it would take an extra day because the paint blending on one door did not look good. It cane out great.

To save money, we decided my husband could do the work himself to repair body damages on our daughter’s car. We bought the replacement parts but needed to have them painted. After doing research, reading online reviews and checking the Better Business Bureau, we selected 6 possible paint and body shops. 3 of the shops would not do the paint job unless they also did the repairs. 5 Star and one other company had the same estimate. We selected 5 Star and have no regents!! We gave them the paint code and the damaged fender to help match the paint. The paint matched perfectly and they kept to the estimated amount. This shop has been doing a great job for a long time. I had my Kia fixed and painted. They did 10×s better work than the Kia auto repair did. This was about 6yrs ago. Recently we sent a Buick in for rear end dent. They matched the paint perfectly you cant even tell that only the back was painted.

My experience was awesome. No problems what so ever. Angie was very professional and handled everything for down to the last detail. I am very pleased with the body work and how the paint matches perfect as far as I can tell.

The Five Star rating is a very deserved for the First Class treatment your automobile receives. The workmanship is top notch and also shows the pride in their work. Customer service and pricing give the competition a run for their money. The pride of their work does not stop there. Your car is cleaned and washed as if it was new and there was no damage done. 5 Star Collision Center were very helpful and straightforward in giving my an honest estimate of auto body work on my 2013 Chevy Camaro. As they are not as pricey as other collision centers, as I shopped around for the best estimate. Im very happy with the friendly customer service as they answered all my questions. Theyve worked on both of our cars--one of which had extensive damage. Our cars, even though they are over 15 years old, look almost new. Ive also had them replace glass twice. The quality of the work and their prices are great.

I really enjoyed working with 5 Star Collision. I got into an accident on Thanksgiving day of 2016 and it was a slow aggravating process with my insurance company. My boyfriend and I talked mainly with Mark and he was a great stand up guy. I had a lot of concerns and questions that he handled with ease. I was very upset with the lack of updates by my insurance company and whenever I would call 5 Star Mark would have what I was looking for. He even took a few minutes out of his day to call me. When I got my car back it looked fabulous! They had done an excellent job on the body work. I was very excited about it. They did everything right and they are a very pleasant company to talk with.

I got in a car accident and it seemed like my car was going to be totaled. However, I was so lucky I towed my car to 5-Star! Javier, who was in charge of fixing my car, promised me he would do everything he could to get my car back to how it was before the accident. AND HE DID!!!! My car was in the shop for over a month because its a customized Land Rover and a lot of the parts are difficult to get. Javier did such a great job and he went above and beyond with his care about my car and my well-being. He kept me frequently informed me on the status of what they were doing to the car and when it would be ready. He must of made 100s of phone calls to keep me happy and get the job done. Driving my car off their lot felt like I was driving a brand new car. I would recommend him and 5-star collision to anyone involved in an accident. I would give him 100 stars if possible.

I had a bit of a dilemma as I needed to get my car back to Green Valley and when I mentioned my dilemma to Angie, she told me not to worry that if it was ok with me, they would bring it to the rental car place the next morning for me.That’s really going above and beyond and those gestures are what stand out to me. The trunk latch broke on my car, and I was not able to get the trunk open, despite destroying the lock to try.I needed several items trapped in the trunk for a show I was setting up at.I called them, and they said to bring it over. Their guy was able to drill the lock out, get at the offending mechanism, and get my trunk open. I can close and open the trunk now, even if it doesnt lock. THANK you!

T-boned on the front end by a driver what was not paying attention to the traffic conditions. Took the vehicle to Gerber and to National and got what one could only consider mediocre satisfaction, so then took it to Five-Star Collision and talked to Mark.The insurance company {Farmers} balked at the repair cost and actually dropped the first estimate by $500, which was not sufficient to pay for the seen and unseen damages. Mark fought for me and got the necessary funding to properly fix the vehicle.The repair work was done some 7 days ago, and it appears to be 100% accurate and satisfactory. The 12 year old vehicle was returned to me in what can only be described as NEAR NEW condition, inside and out, what a pleasure. Mark, you and your crew have definitely earned the title of Five ***** .. Thanks.

The repair work that was done on my damaged vehicle was outstanding! My car looked like brand new when I went to pick it up! The office staff were awesome and patient in dealing with me as I kept calling and changing drop off and pick up days and whether I would need a rental car or not. Mark Mazon performed the repair estimate and told me everything that needed to be done. There were no surprises and they worked great with my insurance company! When I picked up my vehicle not only did it look great on the outside, it had been cleaned on the inside also which was way above and beyond! Best of all.....I received a LIFETIME warrant on the paint job on the repaired areas. Referred from our insurance company to get auto glass repaired 1st day call back we have to many other people and we are overwhelmed. Set for the next day and I had the pleasure of waiting all afternoon and no call no show wont bother you again.

Im not impressed one bit. This shop should be -5 Star Repair. My sister in law came in to have her Truck repaired and They told us since the air bag deployed they could either fix the current steering wheel or we could purchase a new one. So she opted to fix the current steering wheel. So they basically just glued it back together and its not right as theres a huge crack in the middle of it. Then they didnt check to make sure the seat belt works correctly. Poor quality, shoty workmanship. This is totally unacceptable and They better plan on making it right cuz Im not going away anytime soon. Then the owner finally finds the time to contact my sister in law and tells her that Mark his estimator never said they could fix the steering wheel. WHAT? Half of our conversation was weather or not they could fix the steering wheel which he said would be No Problem and the other thing is how the Hell does the owner of the shop no what was said? He wasnt even in town. But I have 3 witnesses to the entire conversation. What a bunch of lying thieves that just take advantage of women. Think twice before you bring your vehicles here.
