My long time mechanic recommended this business. They assessed my vehicle upon bringing it in and were honest about everything that would need done, so that no surprises occurred. They showed me exactly what had happened and why those repairs were needed before any charges were made or promised. My vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup within 24 hours. The staff here are nothing but professional experts with respect. They made it so that my interactions were pleasant even though I was being faced with varying stressors of vehicle damage and costs. Exactly a week ago I have dropped my car to Bigsky collision repair and got it back the next morning. They have a good strategy of expediting the repair process.Ordering a part took over two weeks, once the part available they remind me its ready a day later, took my car to the shop Thursday for quick color matching test for the painter and schedule It for Monday morning to drop the car and picked it the car within 24hours. I highly recommend this repair shop for any form of repairable collision, quick and excellent service. They did an amazing job, even add extra treatment to the car cleaning the interior and the engine thats adding more value above and beyond. After my insurance company declared it a total loss and I chose to retain, I took it from the insurance-preferred body shop over to Big Sky. That was the best decision I could have made. They took a good look at the car and found the other company underwrote the estimate by quite a bit, but still managed to keep my total below the first company’s estimate. They got me my car quickly to keep me from paying more out of pocket for a rental, then had me pop in for one more part that was late. When I took it back, they said the repairs they did weren’t up to their standards, took me to work, got me a rental, and made the car absolutely perfect at no additional charge. When I picked it up, Xavier was touching up the inside of the hood with touch up paint...the inside of the hood. Big Sky Collision Centers exceeded my expectations. Im a young mom and my Tahoe has a lot of sentimental value to me. When I found my truck vandalized one Sunday morning it shook me up a bit. When I went to Big Sky, Melissa who works in the front was understanding and patient with my questions because I was needing a lot of clarification (insurance claim). Xavier looked over my truck and said hell take care of me. And he sure did! I have never seen my truck so gorgeous! Yeah they painted the whole left side phenomenally, but they made sure my truck looked good all around too. They even detailed the inside, and tbh I had coffee splatters stuck to the roof in the headliner and its all clean and clear of those spots! After feeling degraded by the vandalism and having knee surgery just before I got my truck back, I was pretty overwhelmed with joy. I stopped by on my way home from work yesterday just to ask what could be done and how much it would be to clean up a scuff mark on my rear bumper. Xavier came out looked at it and told me it would be no problem and he wouldnt even charge me, 10 minutes later it was all cleaned up and as good as new. Unbelievably nice guy and great work, I hope I dont need any more body work done in the future, but if I do I will definitely be coming here again!

While they were repairing my vehicle they sent me pictures of the progress. My vehicle is 9 years old with over 220,000 miles but it looks brand new now thanks to Big Sky. I brought my vehicle in to have a dent repaired and have a rubber belt replaced in one of my windows. The staff kept me informed throughout the process. They sent me pictures daily so I could see what was being completed. You could tell that the people that work at BigSky are not just their for a paycheck but really do enjoy their job and put their heart and soul into their work. My car came back nicer and cleaner then when I dropped it off. Would highly recommend them.

Talk about bad service all I did was ask her to clarify if she was going charge me 300 for the estimate, like her mechanic had told meAnd she refused to work on my car, said I was angry, yes Im slightly angry, you just laughed at me for 45 seconds straight when I tried to clarify the amount, and I called another shop after, she was wrong, who is this office lady? Wth

I brought my vehicle in for some color/scratch repair after being rear ended on a parking lot. As frustrating as this was, the service, friendliness and professionalism provided by Javier and Melissa were top notch. Fantastic staff and fantastic work! My truck was returned to me looking nicer than the day I bought it! They worked hard to get me the parts my repair needed, even when they were on backorder. Great experience at Big Sky Collision. They gave me an estimate after my car was rear-ended, printed out information on all the parts I would need and gave me several pictures of the damage. When I got my car fixed there they sent me videos and pictures of any other repairs that needed to be done. They were honest about pricing and very communicative. They also cleaned and detailed my whole car which was extremely appreciated.

I LOVE this place!Let me just start by saying that I had my entire car painted at Maaco only a few months ago. It wont save you money to go to Maaco...youll basically be paying them to completely ruin the body of your car. (There is a reason it is so cheap).Anyway, after having my entire car painted at Maaco, someone damaged the hood of my car while doing an oil change. So I went to three places to provide the company who accidentally damaged my hood with estimates. All three had similar quotes, but Big Sky Collision Centers was not only a couple hundred dollars cheaper, but the staff was very personable, and took the time to walk me through all of the areas that they were going to improve on the vehicle, and how they were gonna do it. They even corrected the grooves that Maaco sanded into my hood. Melissa made it effortless to work with the insurance company and took care of everything!Not only did Big Sky get my vehicle done early, but they sent me text and video updates throughout the process so that I could see the work that was being done! Wow!!When I went to pick up my vehicle, I couldnt believe my eyes! I just went to get the hood done and my car looked like it was just detailed, INSIDE and OUT!! And even UNDER the hood was clean!!When I went to drop of my rental car, the wait at Enterprise for the shuttle was over 40 min. The staff at Big Sky offered to pick me up so I wouldnt have to wait. I felt bad that they were going out of their way, but they said, Its no big deal....we do this all the time!Not only did they do an amazing job on my vehicle, but they gave me a card, a notebook w/pen, a lot of really great pointers, and even picked me up from the rental car company!This company definitely goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service! Great work, great price, very friendly. My 2015 Ram truck looks brand new they did a outstanding job detailing the interior and exterior. I am very satisfy with the work and plan to bring my other vehicles there for detailing. They also repaired a chrome bumper and tailgate. Over the last two years, my wife Sylvia brought two vehicles to Xavier at Big Sky for insurance covered repair. One was for a 2017 black KIA Nero for $13,500 repair damage and the other was for a 2017 Fiat Abarth for $650 damage. Both repairs could not be seen once completed. I looked hard at each one expecting to find something that was off. I came from Texas and I have never had body work done that was not off in at least some way. My was severely rock pitted due to an accident on I-10 involving a semi coming across the median. I had several autobody shops in Tucson provide bids, and settled on Big Sky due to the fact that Xavier knew this model of car and what it would take to make it pristine again. During the process, I was kept updated with pictures and invited back to walk out in the shop and see what they had done. When I received my car back, I would consider it a new car, it was in pristine condition. When I picked it up, Xavier told be bring it back in 45 days for a coat of wax. I have dealt with many body shops over the years, and have never felt treated more fairly or professionally. My car had a rattling noise while driving coming from the wheel cover, undercarriage. After inspection they realized the oil pan cover was missing many screws and the wheel cover had some popped pins that were reinforced with some hot staples. It may have needed a major bumper replacement that was avoided( car is already 5 years old). In summary, it was fixed without ever having to go to the insurance, for a nominal sum, and within 1/2 hour. I recommend them for any body work and trim. They dont do oil changes.

Xavier the owner/President, is Manipulating Con man, big words which do not match results. Charged 10K for sloppy work. Kept my vehicle longer than we agreed and charged insurance for charges I did not approve. Worst customer service never took responsibility for errors. Will make every excuse and when you push back he will act like a child and curse. I took truck back to get errors fixed and when I returned his staff tried to return emblems, when I stated I would not accept an unfinished vehicle he FLIPPED OUT and began to curse. I would recommend this place to my enemy!!

I was in a fender bender With my GMC Canyon and asked my insurance agent for a referral. He sent me here and they are great. This place is the best. Last year we had a serious accident with my wifes vehicle brand new suv. They battled with the insurance company on our behalf and the repairs were flawless. The same vehicles hood was damaged by a stray roof tile, again flawless repair. I brought my 11 year old silverado in for a detail and headlight refurbishment and they did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. When I got in my truck, there was a one dollar bill on the dash. I asked if it belonged to one of the workmen. I was told I left it in the truck and it was mine. Thats how honest this shop is. Xavier is the owner and he is the best. Phenomenal business! Xavier and his team really know how to make their customers feel welcome at their shop. When an animal ran out in front of my vehicle and caused some extreme damage, this was the first shop I thought of to take my vehicle in for repairs. Xavier was quick, thorough, and on point with all the advice and assistance he provided my wife and I. Although my insurance company totaled out my vehicle, and Xavier and his team were not given the opportunity to repair my vehicle, I have no doubts that I would have been taking care of. So, in actuality, this review is purely based on how well Xavier and his team received me and my vehicle. But, dont be fooled...Big sky collision centers will definitely be my go-to for any future repairs on my other vehicles.

Recently someone hit my truck. I called several places and none of them seemed interested in working with progressive. The team at Big Sky literally took everything out of my hands and made this process simple. This place was not only quick, but made my truck look like it just came off the sales lot. Their work was above and beyond. Their prices were beyond reasonable. I cannot give them enough praise. Xavier, Melissa, and their team deserve any business that can be sent their way.

This is the best auto body shop I have ever been to. Service is prompt, courteous and professional. Javier will fight insurance companies and vendors to get you the best prices. He also sends you videos as the work progresses. He will even show you around the shop, and you will never see a cleaner more well-equipped, state of the art operation. Any customer can have high confidence that they are getting the finest work at the very best prices. I have (unfortunately) needed these kinds of services more than once in my many years of driving. I have never had a better experience.

Simply put, my interaction with Big Sky is the BEST customer experience I HAVE EVER HAD! When I transact with a business, I always look at the big 3 factors of price, product quality, and customer service. This business achieves all 3 with style. I came back from a long road trip and mustve hit something that caused the whole left side of my front bumper to sag with the running lights hanging down. I called Big Sky on a Monday at noon and within 2 hours, had an appointment. Xavier took a quick look at the car and gave me a detailed estimate and said he could work with me to save some of the old parts and only order what absolutely needed to be replaced. I left the car there overnight and got a text with pictures the next morning saying that it had been completed! When I picked it up, they had washed my car and the final bill was 50 dollars less than the estimate! All of this and they gave me little flashlights for the kids and a hand-written thank you note. I was without my car for less than 24 hours for some fairly moderate body work, with some cost savings and incredible customer service to boot! Youre crazy if you go anywhere else. Recently I was shopping around for someone to repair the tail gate of my 2016 Ram 1500. My tail gate recently suffered a few mishaps to include multiple deeply ingrained scratches after the garage door was accidentally released on it.Through my life I and have owned many, many vehicles and with those vehicles came the occasional body shop visit. I have been known to keeping my vehicles super clean and damage free to include free of small dings and scratches. To keep those straight I would always take my vehicle to a dealership for body repairs thinking that this was the best way to since they would know my vehicle the best. That’s what I would do and I still would find flaws in their work. ALWAYS!!!So this time around for the very first time I wanted to see what else was out there. Like many of you I heavily rely on reviews. I started to look around and based of the reviews I decided to give Big Sky Collision Center a shot and I’m glad that I did.Upon my arrival I was met by Javier who is the owner of the company. First impression that I got was very pleasant. He was nice and appeared to be really knowledgeable. I think that he could tell that I had a touch of OCD so to make me comfortable and to manage my expectations, he explained to me in detail what he would do to make my messed up tail gate right again. The price quoted was below what I expected which was good but I still wasn’t 100% sure that this was the route that I wanted to go. I decided to roll the dice and gave Javier the opportunity to earn my business. So I left my tail gate with him on a Thursday and it was ready the following Tuesday as promised.This was thing that really gave me a warm and fuzzy was starting on Friday I started receiving text messages from Javier. When I opened them it turned out to be pictures and videos of the work and progression on my tail gate. I have never in my life had a body shop do such a thing. When I went to pick up my tail gate, Javier and his skilled personnel greeted me and took me to the back to explain what they had done. I was looking around the shop seeing whole vehicles that they were doing and they were taking the time to explain to me what they did on my tail gate. They then it carried outside and installed it on my truck. I could not believe how smooth and reflective it turned out. I was super impressed, it was flawless. I was even handed a container of touch up paint for future chips and scratches.At the end this was my assessment. The team at Big Sky went above and beyond my expectations. They have some serious skills. I have never in my life seen the skill-set that was performed on my vehicle and wish I would have found them a long time ago. The team is genuine and has definitely earned my business for life. I will recommend to anyone from here on out to take their vehicle to Big Sky Collision if you want it done right.

Fast, friendly service! No surprises! The quote was exactly what I spent! I received updates and pictures of the progress on my repairs at least once a day (and often, more than that). Even the insurance company was impressed with them. They totally have a repeat customer with me!Had to use them again..... again 5 stars! Quick, fast,professional. Car looks brand new. You cant tell that Big Sky was ever needed. For a car with over 120000 miles to look just like it came out of the showroom is impressive. THE ONLY PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO BE REPAIRED!! I was rear ended at 60 mph on I-10 in my Jeep Cherokee. Big Sky Collision was amazing, from the moment I walked in the door; Melissa guided me and kept me updated every step of the way of how the claims process was handled, expectations and responses from insurance. The other person’s insurance company was a nightmare to deal with, Melissa and Xavier went toe-toe with insurance company on my behalf. The owner Xavier does not take any shortcuts and believes in restoring your property to like new condition, which means getting OEM parts. He runs his business with COMPLETE transparency. This shop has state- of -the -art equipment and top of the line products such as primers and bonding materials, (these are common areas where most body shops take shortcuts to cut cost) NOT here only the BEST will be accepted! He allowed me to view my vehicle during all stages of repair process, provided pictures and video along the way directly to my cellphone. If I could clone Xavier’s ethical business practices, passion, pride in workmanship and customer service, the world would be a more beautiful place. Fantastic group of folks that went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was restored exactly as I expected. I was referred to Big Sky Collision Centers and now I know why. The service I received was exemplary from the initial estimate all the way through to completion of the work. Xavier was accessible, flexible in scheduling and communicated the status throughout the process. He was patient as I had questions and ensured that the car was in perfect condition when it left their shop. If you want your vehicle to look like new again, take it to Big Sky Collision Centers, my only concern is that they are very busy, but this is a testimony to the number of people who trust them with their vehicles.

Great customer service and very reasonable price for an outstanding job! Even though this shop does most of its business with insurance claims...I am glad I was able to check it out for a minor work on my truck. Initially called for a price labor quote only in replacing the weather rubber stripping in one of the doors of my 1996 T100. Talked to Javier and he wanted to see ‘the job’ before he can give me a labor price quote. In short, I took my truck in and Javier gave me a reasonable price...had Jesus aka Alberto get on the job on the spot. It was a minor job...but a pain in pulling out all the panels. I am a happy customer and now will always call & check with this shop first if they can fix any issues with my truck before going to other shops.
