Been a few years since I last visted. Electronics section has been significantly downsized. Seems like the main focus of this store is mattresses, appliances, clothes and tools.

This was the worst experience buying anything in my life. I purchased large appliances and it was a nightmare. To start, the sales person, Cory, and Erica the department manager lied about the products, install. Now, 5 attempts of delivery/install and I still dont have what I paid for. The delivery team does not come when they say they will. The delivery guy, Julio, was an absolute joke. He was exceptionally rude, lacked basic communication skills, and was too lazy to even do the job. After his weak attempt, not keeping to his word and being very condescending, he had the nerve to ask me for a 10 on his survey. (A survey I knew nothing about until that moment.) He kept insisting on it, despite my obvious dissatisfaction. I have been in the store now 4 times to straighten this out, plus the 5 days of delivery/(non-)install and still not completed. This level of incompetence, lack of follow through and disrespect is mind-blowing.

Yet another sad tale of a once-mighty retail giant biting the dust. While it is easy to blame the Internet or other societal trends for the demise of brick-and-mortar icons like Sears, part of the blame must be attributed to the company itself. As so many other posters have commented, customer service at this store started to nosedive long before the companys financial woes became common knowledge. My own experience in the past few years has been the same--long checkout times, indifferent (or absent) employees, & difficulty in returning or exchanging merchandise. Holding on to fond memories of when shopping at Sears was a treat, & wishing the best for the few remaining stores still clinging to life.

Its been 20 minutes and the same person is STILL checking out. Worst customer service at this location. Whatever department store thinks its acceptable to make customers stand this long deserves to be closed down.

I bought shoes online at Sears (sold BY SEARS) and was hassled when returning them by a not nice man. The check out lady was the best though-an asian lady w black hair and very petite) had the manager just stayed away, I would be giving 4 stars- seriously done w Sears!

I purchased a new house so I needed all the Appliances, so I decided to purchase everything from Sears, Fridge, Stove, Washer, Dryer, microwave, vacuum, etc.Been two years ago (March 2013) and most of the Appliances are having issues.Fridge its not cooling,Dryer is not rotating,Washer is staining my cloth.I was told that everything had a 3year warranty, when it really only had afew months to 1 year manufacture warranty.When I purchased from Sears I though I was getting a trustworthy company and quality items. I WAS SO WRONG...

I can understand why they are in trouble, beyond the worst customer service as the only employee found working was cashier. Could never find anyone in 15 minutes of searching to try on shoes and when I did sorry dont work there. Nor could they assist to find someone will come back when have their going out of business sale. Will go to that on same one cashier. SEARS is one of the few places in the mall that are left for a man. Tools, BBQ stuff, etc. Most other stores are catered to women or teenagers. Their staff are usually friendly and helpful.They close earlier than the mall itself.

Had over $1000.00 worth of work done on my car at this Sears auto Center. Visited yesterday with concerns on the work and inquired on their life time warranty. The only clerk on duty told me I had to return the next day since the manager was off. I made an appointment this afternoon that I was 5 minutes late for and after waiting an additional 40 (since there was only 1 clerk again) I was told that the only mechanic was busy and more waiting would be involved on my part. Why are customers putting up with this behavior? An appointment is an appointment I thought! I guess not. Speak with your money!!! If you value your time avoid these people. You can do better.

Ordered furniture. One piece was wrong. One was dented. They were initially nice enough but then rescheduled way in future. When I wanted to have the wrong chair just picked up and replaced with a love seat they refused...it had been too long, even though they cancelled!!! The was the 2nd time they need up so I say never order from them.

Man I called to set up an appointment for a new battery for my car. I had no idea the damn park mall auto center was closed for good. I even told frank in the morning I live 3 miles away from park mall and he didn’t even let me know park mall was closed and all calls where re routed to the auto center at tucson mall. I had my car towed there all for nothing. Now I have to pay the tow truck driver the additional mileage to go to a different spot. I know they are closing but man how I wish they would of just informed me first time calling smh

Sears used to be a place that you could go to and expect to get the same great amazing service for decades. Now it seems a Sears doesnt give a single care in the world for any of their customers. Their employees are so poorly trained at this location that they cant even tell you why they need your phone number and why theyre reentering your email address into their system when its already there. The cashier at the time re-entered my email into the system and put the wrong email. So since now Sears is doing the e-receipts instead of physical receipts I do not have a receipt for my purchase and have no way of getting my receipt because online customer service wont fix anything. I emailed online customer service and their new shop my way customer service and neither group was willing to help me and get the email fixed so that I could get my receipts and I access my points. Sears has gone so downhill that I will not be wasting my money on them anymore I will go somewhere else where they actually care about the customers and making things right that they messed up.

Buyers Beware!!!I bought a washer and dryer from Sears, my wife talked me into going to sears because of the their customer service/ What a Joke - They delivered the items to my house but the two guys delivering looked like high school kids, did not have the proper moving tools and could not figure out how to install. I had to take time out of my schedule and get my brother to move the items and install them myself. Sears did not do anything but cause me more stress, time and money!!! - I should of stuck with my instinct and bought these will another company that takes care of their customers!!!Frank G.

Absolutely terrible! Went to buy my brother some shoes. Not only did I wait 30 minutes in line but, The cashier told me the pair of shoes werent the same size but I could pay and go get the other pair to match. So I did and I shortly found there was no matching pair for the shoe I had paid for already so I had to wait in line to return the 1 shoe I paid full price for so I could wait another 30 minutes to get attitude from the cashier and be told I would have to be out of the store in 5 minutes, oh IN COMPLETE DARK. I will not shop here due to the customer service and lack of knowledge of the employees. BYE SEARS

Poor customer service. Waited at least 20 minutes in line and ended up leaving because it was just taking way too long. There was only one person working the register and the other two associates there seemed to be just hanging out. This has happened at least two other times I have been to this store.

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced.... store manager should be fired for their lack of leadership and absolute disrespect towards customers. Sears sold a fridge that did not work... took three weeks to even get a service tech out and then after tech confirmed it was bad fridge that was covered by 90 day warranty..... store manager refused to pick up fridge and deliver a new one even though it was in stock. Had to use a truck to return. Sears manager even stated that the fact that it took 5 tickets to get repairman out because of various incompetence was not sears responsibility.... complete lack of responsibility for her people.... unbelivable. I would STRONGLY suggest that you take your business to someone else.

We bought a kenmore refrigerator 3 years ago, with a 2 year warranty. Our previous fridge was 20 years old.I called Sears for repair the first week in April because it was not able to keep the top cold, even though the freezer worked fine. They sent a repairman out 2 weeks later. Meanwhile I was throwing out spoiled food daily. To make a long story short, the repairman came out 4 times over a period of 2months and even told me he could not fix it after I paid $477. When I called for a refund on the monies paid to fix the fridge I was told they would not refund anything. I told them they could have the fridge and I just wanted my money back. I would highly recommend NEVER buying Kenmore appliances. The quality has deminished greatly. Sears repair is a rip-off.

Im beginning to believe the earlier comments about the worst customer service experience. I ordered a 22.1 refrigerator and paid for it on the 1st of jan.Its already the 1st of Feb and after 2 delivery dates that had to be failed and and got rescheduled...I still dont have my fridge. They now were saying a new delivery date of 12EB!! I talked with the manager of the dept and am still waiting for his promised call back from his sales person. Lets see if they can resurrect themselves from this mess. To be continued.....after waiting for a couple of hours and no call back...after trying to be as patient as possible...I decided to ask for a refund and move on. The refund process might take 10-15 business days on my credit card...whewww!!. The timeline on the process of just ordering this appliance is mind boggling. I wish it did not happened this way as I always liked Sears since I was a kid. Good Luck Sears.

I could tell you about the complete disarray of the store, how nothing is organized and something is always someone elses problem. I could tell you about the employees that really dont care or barely even tolerate the customers, I could tell you about the laughably incompetent managers. Having worked there I KNOW no one actually cares about the customers even the regulars.However Ill simply tell you about credit apps. They push them on you, they dont care about their employees or customers only those credit apps. How often they push them on you, all they see you as are opportunities to use their lingo. Ive seen employees, all - not some, push these applications in the most unethical (still legal however) ways.A lot of stuff here is over priced (some actually good prices), SYW is hit or miss and since its 3rd party any problems cant be fixed in store or in a timely manner, and ultimately you (prospective customers) are simply cattle and opportunities for the store to boost its low low numbers.

I guess I had bought the product on a clearance price but the product was not marked that way. When the young associate ring up the product it rang up for $100 more. The CSR was kind and handled the transaction as best he could. It was the snowflake management that mishandled the situation. Somehow or another I belittled one and must have used a swear word and treated another one like a child. (Their statements after their feelings were hurt not mine) After asking for a pricing policy. And the managers could only show me the refund policy. Four Decades of shopping in a store I kind of like since I just bought a diamond ring for my wife a TV for my son and God knows how many extra tools just this holiday season.... it has come an end because of management that gets their feelings hurt too easily. Thanks for nothing Maclane Million. I will use all my limited social media skills to spread the word not to shop at Park Mall Sears!

Is a little disappointed. Come here to get new glasses from the opticle down stairs. Everything went fine there. No problems with the opticians, glasses, pick up. It was all goid. The only thing Im dissatisfied with is the womens and juniors departments. I couldnt tell when one ended and one began. It seemed all mixed together. Junior department had lots of jeans, even tho its 110 out. No shorts, not much for t shirts. Same with womens, no shorts, no t shirts to speak of. It all looked like clearance racks. Nothing was displayed very well at sll. It looked like one big mess from one end of the store to the other as far as womens, juniors clothing. Very disappointed.

Worst costumer service ever. Read all the tiny letters in their return policy. No return after 30 days with or without receipt, it is just not competitive but also will doom sears i guess thats why they have so many stores closing. They have no respect for costumers not even the manager Jeryl lacked so much emphathy that i am surprised he can even have a job in retail. I guess that is the kind of employees sears is looking for to finish destroying their company.

This store is terrible I was recently yelled at and told to get out of his store by Mike the STORE MANAGER!! I called and made a complaint they told me they would email the general manager and he would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. After 3 days I called back and they said they would send my complaint to the district manager still waiting on a responce. I can not believe they would let a MANAGER get away with talking to a customer that way!! They will be losing my business!!

I like Sears, their prices are comparable to other stores and it is a one stop shop for bedding, clothing, shoes, tools, TVs and appliances! Sometimes their lines are a little too long but there are many people willing to help.

I expect holiday season to be busy with long lines, but their checkout process takes well over 5 minutes per person with all of the questions they ask and items they try to sell you. Waiting in a line of 5 people for over 25 minutes is ridiculous.

This place is horrible. Ive been in line for about 25 minutes and tgeres only one person in front of me and two people at the cashiers. Im pretty sure their computer systems are from the 90s. The only reason I came here was for 1 pair of dickies cuz nowhere else sells them and trying to find a pair in my size took about half hour because all the sizes were lebelled wrong and put into the wrong places.. They need to up their game by like 15,000. I wont be coming here again

This place has the absolute worst phone system Ive ever had the displeasure of using. It says just say the department and then asks you to repeat yourself, after several minutes just hangs up on you, and after repeated phone calls when I finally got a live person on the phone she was unable and unwilling to help me, because I had reached the wrong department . To make it so your customers can not reach you to address their concerns is wrong, Ive actually filed a formal complaint with the BBB.

They turned all the lights off downstairs at 7:50 despite there being multiple families down there. I was in line to buy my 2 items when they made the 5 minute announcement. The checkout process is so slow that we were there until 8 after. They refused to let is into the mall saying we had to go outside and walk around despite it being a lightening storm.

This store has terrible customer service. I went to return a few items from varying departments and was given the run around, being told that I needed to go to each individual department to return each item. My first stop was electronics. The employee did not know how to process the return and refused to get someone who did! Fortunately, at my second stop the employee accepted the rest of my returns. Sad to say that this was the highlight of my trip.Additionally, I asked 3 separate employees about the return policy and they all responded with an, I honestly dont know, without even offering to further look into it.Id much rather endure a longer drive to the other location than waste my time at this store.
