Bought a stove and microwave together from these folks. Microwave arrived and was installed as shown. Not optimal. Stove was first delivered to our home in WA despite the fact that it was supposed to come with the microwave to our home in AZ. Got them to change to correct delivery location. Waited 3 separate times for delivery appointments that never showed up. Finally gave up and cancelled the stove. I will not use them again and suggest that you don’t either

Zero stars if Google would let me. Ordered a TV online for pickup. Website said it would be available for pickup in an hour. Arrived at store 1.5 hours later, went inside, inquired with the clerk, and she said oh, you didnt read the fine print, your order isnt ready yet. Waited for another 30 minutes, got a text that told me my item was not available at this store (even though when I ordered it the website told me that is was available at that location), but was available at a store 50 miles away (like I was going to believe that at this point). This is totally unacceptable in these days of inventory control. Total waste of an hour of my life and a gallon of gas. I will do all I can to avoid ever buying anything at Best Buy ever again.

Left work early and excitedly to get the Google pixel buds. Got to Best buy couldnt find them after looking for almost 15 minutes found a tag that says give this to a person with the blue shirt on 4 blue shirted people walking around with sodas looked like they were on break. No one acknowledged me. Then almost 40 minutes later someone finally asked me if I needed help. Then they didnt have the buds in stock! website said 5 in stock. Come on! Its an electronic device. Thats what best buy does best! Hard let down! Went out the front door and just did what I shouldve done from home and not missed some work, ordered them on line...

I was snippy at first, over a misunderstanding (on my part) with the email I had received. (This had nothing to do with Marco, or his work, just the company). He didnt even hold it against me!

So I’m shopping around for items I saw online to start a podcast. Floating around the store, as it’s a place I don’t often shop and I’m searching for products as I remember them… I find myself being watched and followed. Making eye contact with sales associates talking about me. However, no one came up to offer any assistance. I actually walked up on a sales associate to ask a question, as he was speaking on his headset about me. His attitude and willingness to help seemed forced and unwelcoming. Making my way to the register to check out, after only grabbing one of the several items I had intended to buy; I noticed 3 more associates staring me down as I walked up and got in line. When it was my turn the associate ringing me up, asks if I found whatever I’ve been looking for. I told him yes, but I’m just going to purchase the one item since I’d been followed and watched the whole time as if I was going to steal something. He told me that I’m not the only one that they have to do it for. And that a lot of people come in and bounce around the store and stuff things in their clothes and try to get out. So I asked him what that had to do with me. He tells me, “We have certain types we have to watch out for.” I made my last purchase at this location, and more than likely the company as a whole. Disappointed and used to it. SMH.

Knowledgeable sales staff. A wide variety of items. I think their prices are a little high but if you need the item right away theyre faster than Amazon plus you get the knowledgeable sales person v.s. Amazons sometimes sketchy or strangely worded product descriptions.

Waited 20 minutes will 5:00 associates walked by as promising one guy would be with us that handled the department when he was done with the other three people in front of us :-( finally went online and did all my research picking a product and went to a cash register to pay where the tech had to find another five or six people just to get a key and locate my product, had to try two different registers three times to ring me up in 20 minutes later I was out the door for her almost $1,000 which should have been the hardest part. Worst experience ever and reminding me why I only go to this place once every 20 years :-( AVOID!!!

I suppose helping cute girls out takes precedence over their qr code you scan when you enter the sales floor. Wont be going back, as I dont have 50 minutes to wait to give someone a thousand dollars of myoney for a phone.

I was there from 2am to 8am to get the RTX3070 graphics card and I can honestly say it went better than many camp out situations Ive been a part of (and better than places around the world from what I hear). Its not glamorous or easy, but it beats getting this stuff online for a flipped price of double the cost at the hands of scalpers using bots to buy up the lot.The staff was super polite, understanding, and got us all out the door in the most efficient way I could imagine. They even provided free donuts, water, and coffee for the event! Love that this location got us these video cards, and loved the staff for their speed and care in handling the ordeal of getting video cards sold physically. In the era of scalpers buying everything in bulk, it makes it hard for us to get this kinda stuff, so Im actually pretty stoked with my experience.

Picked up a new phone, based on the stock listed on the Best Buy website. Traded in my old phone, got what I expected, so no issues. I just wish they had cases for all the phones they sell. They dont carry cases for some of the unlocked phones.

OMG this visit was THE BEST. Ethan was the laptop expert and Daniel was the sound bar expert. They both went above and beyond for fantastic customer service and took their time to thoroughly explain my options. So I bought a laptop and a sound bar!! I WAS SOLD!!! I am SO glad I did my purchases at this location. Ethan talked me into applying for The Best Buy credit card, offering interest free on my in store purchases. Because I bought everything all at once?? I qualified for 24 months interest free. I am beyond satisfied with this entire experience. Thank You Ethan and Daniel. I visited July 2021, they are grossly understaffed. Had to wait 12 minutes to ask simple questions regarding product availability. I wasnt buying a huge TV so I wasnt priority since I was not generating a commission for a product or service plan. You can probably get what you want from Amazon cheaper and maybe even faster.

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced. I have not visited best buy in a couple years but I needed something I was sure they would have since it was car stereo stuff. I was in the auto section and found a few things I wanted they were not busy so I figured would not be a problem I walked to the front and asked for help the person said there would be help shortly. That never happened and even with several employees seeing me nobody asked to help and after a second attempt I left the store for what will be my last visit ever again. Fortunately I was able to go right across the road to the mall and get everything I needed and more. Sadly I did enjoy best buy in its time after stopping cd sales I feel there is really no reason to go back. Goodbye old friend

I started this business right at the beginning of Covid-19, when no one knew what to do or think about it. What was going to become of our great nation. So I decided I wanted to help anyone and everyone that 8 could during this trying time for everyone that he ad Covid-19 or was trace contacted. So what better way to help, than to offer transportation for what ever it may be that needs to be somewhere else. But when the USA. Shut everything down, it made my dream of helping during this difficult time be put on the back burner. With only businesses deemed a necessity, was able to work or help during this time. And me just starting out they ( State of Arizona ) felt I was important enough to help in any form or fashion. So I put my dream on hold for 20 months now . Things are real slow, my name is not out there yet, I will stay in it until it is no longer fesiable . We needed to get a new computer and didnt know if we were going to get another tower or just go with a laptop. Luckily we got the employee Abam. He went through every pro and con for them both. If it wouldnt have been for Abam - I dont know what we would have done. The best thing was that Abam didnt push us to buy something more than what we needed. We are very happy with our purchase and will recommend everyone to speak to the employee Abam to get the right knowledge.

Initially I was satisfied due to the customer service and courtesy of the salesman. Unfortunately that satisfaction does not carry over to the delivery aspect of the sale. We were given a delivery date and time within a completely acceptable time frame and were advised the item would be delivered between noon and 8:00pm. At 10 pm there has been no contact, no notification, no anything. Needless to say it is not only incredibly disappointing and unprofessional to not so much as reach out to the customer if there was going to be a delay but the idea of leaving elderly people waiting for a delivery at 10:00 pm borders on abusive.

My personal experience with Best Buy is that you can always find electronics here to fill a need but the inventory is pretty streamlined. Even the products on display arent always available. Sometimes theyre discontinued yet still on display. Its hit and miss with sales people insofar as their level of product knowledge and thus being able to find alternative, comparable solutions is not always offered. Ive found some of their prices on the high side.

I came in to purchase a cheap LG TV and an overpriced soundbar. Todd set showed me a Samsung QLED Q80A TV and Q700 soundbar. Now that its all set up, I couldnt be happier. The picture and sound are amazing! Todd also helped my daughter with the purchase of a new iPad Air for her birthday and took the time to show us how to cast to our new TV using a new split screen function. This is why Im a Best Buy customer for life!

On January 3, 2021 I bought an All in One computer, however 5 weeks later I realized it was a different pc then the one I was shown. Went back to the store and advised them of this. Let me just tell you Best Buy went out of their way to help me! Bent completely over backwards to get me hooked up with the right computer or a better equivalent. I couldnt be more satisfied with Best Buy, it it why I shop there!

If it was possible to put a review with no stars I would! I went in to buy an AC unit because mine went out! Its 115° out 92° in the apartment and I have pets! I go down the aisle to where the fans in the portable ACs are. They have double stacked pallets of TVs all along the shelves in that aisle so you cant get to any of the fans to even see what make there or how much they are? I requested the pallets to be moved so I can purchase in portable AC unit. And they refuse to move it!

Went in on July 4th for a new tv my husband obviously took his time trying to find the right one the rep LUIS was amazing he literally went above and beyond for us answered all of our questions super patient and was extremely Unknowledgeable after our purchase he even walked us outside and help my husband put tv on our car!! And honestly that’s what customer service is all about, we also notice how other rep where just there not helping anyone just standing there

I received great customer service this visit at every dept I was in. (Unlike my previous visit where sales associate left me standing saying he was going to help me but turned around helped someone else, then another person, totally ignoring me. This was at the home security section.) What I do not understand or like is that BB has items available online but not in the store. You purchase the item online and can pick it up within a few minutes most of the time. What if you do not want to purchase online for whatever reason? Hence, the 4 stars. I would have rated lower for this reason but customer service was superb. Or rated higher if I had been able to purchase item in store instead of purchasing online and waiting for it to be ready.

I was honestly disappointed on this visit. I was looking for a new computer, clothes dryer and refrigerator. I found what I wanted but could not get any associate to help me. No one even asked if I needed help . Plenty of them standing around and when approached, they scattered...left the store without buying anything. The only person to actually talk to me was the cashier as I left. He was friendly but the others in the store were useless. Ill be buying online or from another company.

Bought an Insignia brand TV. I guess Insignia is a bestbuy brand now. The screen of the tv went black a month after the 1 yr warranty was up. After that I found several reviews of the same exact thing happening to others a couple weeks/months after 1 yr passing. Who would think they need a warranty on a tv after just 1 year? Ive never had a tv last less than 10 years. Also ridiculously slow service at this location everytime I go. Ill be standing in CS line and no one will be there and 4 employees are standing around at the door just looking at me. No one ever asks if I need help/ if I need them to call a CS person over or anything. No acknowledgement or someone will be over shortly...just nothing. I stay away unless I absolutely have to have something.

No matter the best buy on any side of town. Garbage plain and simple. Youre better off getting what you need without standing around for what feels like an eternity wait for an expert to finally ask if you need help, only to tell you the two items in the whole MF store you waited 45 minutes for they dont have. I purchased a Norditrac bike from Best Buy. Waited at home for it all day, and they never showed up. After speaking with 3 people (and waiting on hold 15-30 minutes each time I called for updates) they each told me they didnt know why it wasnt delivered. The 4th person told me that it went out for delivery and they just decided not to deliver it. I asked if they could please deliver it this weekend since I waited all day for it today, and the 4th representative hung up on me after I had been on the phone, hold, and transfered for 45 minutes. I do not suggest purchasing anything from Best Buy. They are completely unprofessional. I will be cancelling my order and never buying anything from this store again. Im extremely disappointed with their service. Spare yourself the headache. There are too many other options out there to deal with this type of service.
