They go above and beyond for their customers & work with you to accommodate with your pay dates. Gilbert assisted me with my first purchase of couches. The men that work at this location are the best. I have been making payments on my furniture for the last few months and they are so incredibly reasonable to work with. They are understanding and dont demonize you for spacing out on a payment. They also delivered my furniture to me and set it all up for me. Its an awesome place if you cant afford to buy a lot of furniture out right. Love them!

We arrived at the store, and was not greeted. We wont go back.Waited for someone to help us rent a washer and dryer. They had no washers. We filled out the application, and was told they might have one being returned soon. We went home empty.The next day, we get a collection call, these guys wanting a payment. We had to explain to this place, we never got the washer and dryer, why would you be asking for a payment. Oh, they said. My opinion, they should get out of the business, or get a new computer, or staffing.

Great place to get furniture the group of guys that work here are awesome (Gilbert, Al and Eddy) they’ll get you what your looking for!! The Same as cash option was always a winner for me, unfortunately I’m moving so I can’t shop here anymore you guys rock thank you !!!

The best rent to own in tucson az period.

The WORST customer service EVER!! Not more then couple days late and already the calls. Should have canceled my account with all the errors I had from the get-go. From deleting all my debit card information, having me sign incorrect paperwork, rude phone calls, wrong charges and POUNDING on my door (not a normal knock). Used merchandise with a lot of scratches, dents and so overpriced. Not worth anyones time and money. And to think that their so called district manager couldnt even call me himself had to call my huband to give me message.. I DO NOT recommend this place!! Not even too window shop!!! SERIOUSLY THE WORST COMPANY EVER..

One of the wrost places to rent from we went today was told every was ok and approved took our money got a phone call and was told not approved had to drive back to Tucson and get money bad clerk was not very good very bad experience.

Do NOT rent from this company!! They will take payments out your bank account without authorization and double whatever the payment is! Then when you ask them they say there’s nothing that can be done

We got a table from them and within a month one of the chairs broke. They scheduled a time to come look at it so it can be fixed twice and failed to show up twice. They finally showed up today and now we will see how this is resolved. We missed work to be here during the two hour blocks they said they would be here in just to not call or show up. This is not professional and no respect for peoples time .
