This location is wonderful. Melissa and the guys went out of their way each time to make sure we had what made us happy. They made our move to Tucson much smoother! Very grateful for their friendly and knowledgeable service!

Walked in, no pressure, associate was very easy to deal with. Picked out a couple couches, TV, and a table for a short term rental. Had it all delivered and set up in less than a day.

Needed a new mattress. Went in they worked with me and now ill be sleeping good tonight

Horrible service!My wife spoke with Liz the so called manager. She sits behind her desk and will not speak with you regarding your account. But she will have her staff do so. Oh and dont take what they say liable. Monthly payments bsscibasi mean bi weekly with a huge fee. And bi weekly means weekly! If you state you can only make the weekly payment they will harass you till your next due date. God forbid you only are paying $20 (so they say) for two couches and mention you want to add something to your agreement theyll harass you till you do so! A 5 day demand to return in writing is apparently here say because what LIZ SAYS goes never mind the LAW!

We were a customer of this store for approximately 6 months. Great experience and then someone had a power trip. We left town unexpectedly, expecting to return. Our car broke down and ultimately decided to stay. WE RETURNED THE PRODUCT TO THE STORE. We try to rent local to us and the wonderful manager Becky apparently had a power trip and told the store we were marked skipped and 30 days late. We called corporate and were told that was untrue. The ticket was escalated to her district manager and I truly hope she got fired.

My mother and I have been going through rent a center for probably over 10 years we have paid of multiple items and continue to go through them. Recently we couldnt make a payment which happens every now and then and we asked for an extension till Friday !!! Which they usually allows to get this extension I mean its only a week behind. Well I guess we cant get this extension so we told them to come pick up the bed and the tv. Crazy they couldnt work with us knowing we are good for our word. I will never go through them again.

Good people that work there the bend over backwards to get you what you need although the end up paying three times what the product is worth by the time the contract is over but if you can only afford it by the week then what choice do you have

They have a nice selection of asstorted home decor/appliances. Also make it happen type of attitude! Came in to get a washer n dryer delivery guys were out the door. Liz the manager asked of we wanted today (sat) or mon. Said ill come to get the truck. No no, the installer will get the van well take it to you today. EXCELLENT customer service! Very pleased with the installation. Very professional! Also in a tinely mayter and clean!

EXTREMELY rude and stupid employees. Ive done alot of buisness with this company but this office needs to be shut down. All flyers and ads dont apply to this branch. Employee doesnt speak. Just sits and stares into space. Lied about all the advertising as well.Bad bad bad.

I will never do business from this location again! I understand payments need to be made, however showing up to someones work and embarassing them, is not a way to do business. I was told the payment can be no later than 15 days behind, I was 6 days! I have done business there over 3 years and this killed it for me. Products I have work great, it is the treatment from employees is the deciding factor to look elsewhere in the future.

Will help you find what youre looking for at a reasonable price.

The worst and rudest people Ive ever met. They dont do anything to meet your needs even as a repeated customer. Did not seem interested in their store or their jobs. No smiles no greeting. I wouldnt buy my dog a bed from there.

I have had nothing but good things to say about these guys from the start. as long as you stay in contact with them and make good on your promises there has never been an issue with being a little late with payments.

There new management and staff sucks.Unorganized, unprofessional, the store is always junky. The staff need training., especially in counting money when giving back cash in change.They are bothersome. I will not do business with this store again. I have been with this same store over 10yrs.
