Fridays was contacted through our appliance warranty. It took a week for the repair man to come out and he spent a total of 30 seconds looking at the machine to diagnose it. Great. I hope he has the part in his van. Nope. He had to call and get approval for the work and get the part shipped in. The part supposedly arrived on Thursday according to Home Depot warranty program, but Fridays isnt sure if they have it or not. Its Monday, three weeks after filing the service reques. Fridays also requested more money to repair the machine than they were contracted for so that has increased their response time too.

Very disappointed with this company.So frustrated with Friday Appliance! Scheduled an appointment for today from 3-5, left work early (not easy), and while on my way home I checked my voice mails and one of the techs left a message saying they would be there between 12:00-230!! I called and they had a very oh well attitude, saying that sometimes they just arent able to accommodate peoples schedules! What the what??! THEN DONT MAKE APPOINTMENTS WITH THEM!!! The woman also said, oh, I think I told you that sometimes we dont come during schedules times. No you freaking didnt! What would be the point in making an appointment then?! And I definitely wouldnt have taken off this specific time if you had! 😡😡😡Do NOT waste your time with this company unless you have no life and have all the time in the world to dedicate to waiting for them to show up.

Do NOT Use their service...You Will Be Sorry!We had them repair our Maytag oven and LESS than eight months later it had the very same problem. I spoke with Ted (owner and the actual repairman). He acknowledged the repair should have lasted about six years. He was unwilling to stand behind this failure or to make any allowance at all. He simply wanted to do the same thing again...and charge me full price all over again. Too bad...so sad. His whole attitude was irresponsible and indifference for the customer. I will tell everyone I know to avoid these people. Youve been warned.

We contracted Friday through our home warranty company to fix a built in Microwave. The first trip out our repairman broke the glass door; that is ok, accidents happen. However, he left the broken glass all over the floor and did not return with a new door for another week. After replacing the door he let us know that the parts to amend the original issue had not yet been received. We spent the next 8 weeks calling Friday and asking the status. The receptionist would tell us that someone would be out that day and then no one would show. We would call and no one would answer. Our messages went unanswered until we finally reached out the the warranty company to complain. They too had challenges reaching Friday for an update and finally decided to send us to a new vendor. To date, I have yet to receive a call from Friday to follow up, apologize or attempt to rectify the situation.

Have some delays in ice maker repair but they keep trying to make it I right just dont want to pay for fixing what wasnt broke in the beginning -----------giving them a chance to make it right........still aint working .........to be continued------OK IT TURNS OUT THAT IF ....you get a years worth of ice making your doing good --and that I found goes for almost all models. The Fridays repair man did everything that the maker suggested. He showed up twice, of the 4 times, without a chargeAt the end he just refunded me for all the parts he put in. and as far as Im concerned he did right by me! So I give him a big recommendation. and If you have a faulty ice maker hell tell you up front if it can be repaired.

Contacted this company because my clothes dryer had issues. They told me to have my dryer vent cleaned out because that was the problem, so I called and had it cleaned out. My dryer continued with the same issues so I called them back out requesting a different tech. Found out it was not the vent but in fact my machine. They said it would take 3 weeks to get the part in. This was in February.... Called the company last week to get an update on the part yes Im a patient man and they told me it would be in Wednesday. I asked them if they could provide me with a tracking number on the part and they said no they wont give out that info due to bad weather back east? I called Thursday to see if they had the part in because no one called me Wednesday no one is now answering the phone. I called Friday and no answer, I called Monday and no answer and finally again today yet again no answer. I called Sears and they will be out Friday with the part in stock to fix my machine. Im all for small business owners but not ones that could care less about their clients. Stay away! Never ever eva eva eva eva eva eva use this business!

Had an appointment made through Frigidare, had a conformation # as well as an email. No one showed. When I called, Friday Appliance Basically said, sorry, we have no idea of your appointment. She went on to say she couldnt check into it because she was working alone in the office....She could of cared less. Two things are for sure, dont buy Frigidare, and dont hire this company to service anything.

Freezer repair failed after only a few days. Freezer full of spoiled food and repairman refused to take any responsibility. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Terrible! Unprofessional, rude, and outright awful. Go someplace that will actually work with you and your needs as the customer. Also the 2 hour window speech is TOTAL BS! Sorry, Friday Appliance, some of us actually work for a living and cannot sit at home all day.

Would give it 0 stars if I could.I have been dealing with this company for at least a year and a half because that is what my insurance company has been sending me.They clearly dont know what they are doing.They keep ordering parts and not fixing the problem.They are liars,rude and waste my time waiting for them to come and they dont.Im way too upset to write everything that has gone wrong because I will just be going on and on.They clearly do NOT care about customer service!!

Had an impossible problem according to the biggest and most experienced service companies (according to them) in Tucson.Called TGIF and found out why they got that title from their customers.Brilliant service and went the extra mile to advise how to prevent future occurrences.Talking to the owner,I found out that with over 10,000 calls each year,the only bad reviews they get are from folks trying to rip off warranty companies or this grand old service company.Thank God they are still here.

Horrible service!! One star isn’t even worth giving. They came and never returned with the part they needed to repair the appliance with. I kept calling and they never answered or returned my call.
