Everyone treated me like family here. Absolutely excellent customer service. Amber and Miguel went over and beyond to help me. I definitely recommend this store! Yes some parts you can find cheaper but as Ive experienced multiple times you get what you pay for. You can pay 20 and have to replace the part 4 months later or pay 39 and have a part that lasts YEARS. Its a no brainer

Called up with part in hand hoping I would be able to shop over the phone without having to drive this thing all over town. Spoke to someone very rude said my part may have a part number on it and that might help him, and that I could try to walk it in and someone might be able to look at in help but said probably not. Mad another phone call to appliance at Broadway and kolb, we very helpful said he would try to help me identify part number over the phone, read him a few numbers before we got it, informed me that part number had been updated and had it in stock. I will be going to appliance parts from here out. Customer service is important and reliable parts definitely does not have it.

Recently bought a new ignitor for my oven only to find when I got home, it was damaged. A phone call to the manager, Liam, resulted in out of this world customer service!! He made sure a replacement was mailed right out and took care of everything promptly, professionally with a very friendly personality!! Great place I buy all the garbage disposals I install here. I work for a lot of property managers and every minute I save is important. So I always buy the ones with a cord already installed saves time. I can change a disposal in 5 minutes now. Thanks

Very disappointed with my experience with APD. Very nice when you walk in the door. Purchased a Broil Element for my oven. They said I could bring it back if I did not install it. Got back to my place as my neighbor was having a stove delivered and she said that I could have her old one which she said was outdated but worked fine. Her outdated oven was nicer/newer than mine so I took it. When I went to return the part to APD I was told that I couldnt return it because I had installed it. Actually, I hadnt even taken it out of the box yet, which I told them and the guy said No, you installed it. See, theres a scratch right there. I told him if there was a scratch, it was a used product because I hadnt taken it out of the box. $85 down the drain because I did business with APD. Dont let them pull this trick on you. Next time Ill shop elsewhere.

After going to two other stores in Tucson where I was hung up on and told I needed a part number, so glad I came here. They didnt put me on hold forever, spent the time to make sure I had the right part. They even printed out the diagram to make sure I knew how to do it.

Much like every other Tucson business, friendly staff, got what you need and outrages prices. According to every site that had the item the MSRP was $4 lower than the selling price. The most expensive I was able to find the price online was $12 below the MSRP shipped. the cheapest was $30 below MSRP shipped, unfortunately I dont have an extra refrigerator and the overprice was less than a fridge full of food spoiling.Dont buy local if you can, otherwise this is a good place to donate money to a business and get a part you need.
