Allen is a rip off and con artist. He charged me $359.00 for a repair and the washer still had the same problem. He returned and told I was sorting my laundry incorrectly. Second repairman called the following day. He found the rear shock had come apart. He reassembled it and only charged $105. I called Allen and told him what the other repairman found. His response the shock must have come apart after I left your house!! He is unbelievably unethical. Learn from my mistake......run, dont walk away from PRAco!!!!
