I was recently having issues at a different location and was referred by a coworker to go to this location. I was extremely impressed with the knowledge of the products and services being offered. The gentleman there was very informative and helpful. The customer service here was beyond expectations and I would highly recommend this location!

Service and the guys were great, they handled my situation very seriously and took care of it and even got me a new phone at an amazing price. They transferred all my data, and gave me a case and screen protector to make sure nothing bad would happen to my phone. I’m making this my new go to metro store!

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS. The associates told me the wrong price and kept trying to shove phone accessories down my throat and get me to spend more money at their store. After getting upset and declining they got revenge by putting a high security lock on my account. Additionally, they changed the pin and security question so no other Metro store could access it. I had to drive all the way out to a corporate store to get my account fixed and take the lock off. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!

Looking for a cheap and excellent prepaid service, Metropcs is the way to go. Plans start as low as $25. I came from Verizon and Julius saved me tons and tons of money I can’t thank him enough.

Great customer service! Ive been to alot of Metro PCS stores over the years this one is definitely the best.

I had bought a brand new phone(upgraded) samsung galaxy A6 for $350 and it was glitchy and slow, I was completely dissatisfied. I called 5 different metros to try and trade in for atleast a used phone. no help whatsoever. Shout out to Julius and Norris!!!!!! This was the only metro location out of 5 locations to help me. they fixed the screen on the phone I had broke!!!! no charge!! and a free case. 5 stars!!! recomend this location!

In this point in time beware of this location store owner will trick you to where you can be fooled. First off the wrong info was put in the system, and I couldnt even access my phone account due to the careless mistake he made, and didnt care about. This was the worst experience ever in my life, and I havent even been in Michigan a whole month...
