The manager and her associate are the best! Amazing customer service! About a month ago I purchased 2 backpacks from them and recently noticed one of them had a small flaw. I had my receipt but I was slightly passed the return date. I walked in not knowing if they would be able to help me but I was hopeful. Not only were they able to help but they actually remembered me too! I was floored. They were able to fix the problem no questions asked! So friendly and helpful they are the definition of great customer service. Ill definitely shop there again.

Ive wanted an MK purse for a long time however I could not find one that I really liked given the price you pay for one, well after looking in the store & then passing the store a few times I finally caved & bought my very first one. 😁

Very nice employees! I went in to get my MK smartwatch fixed. I was told I needed to ship it out to have it fixed because they do not carry them at that location anymore. Most MK stores have them in stock and should be able to just switch the watch out. Other than the inconvenience, the manager was very nice and understanding and gave me her card if I needed any further assistance.

Just visited the store an hour ago . I was looking for birthday present for my wife . As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two nice ladies. I asked them if they can help me choosing a gift and they recommended couple of products . What maters is the way you treat people and that made all the difference .To feel good about spending your money ! They were super nice, made a nice gift set and at the end I got a deal for couple $$$ off the price . Great experience ! Thank you !

The customer service here is awesome. The energy is just perfect for retail.

The two employees working were helpful but not pushy. They let me look without hovering over me. I walk out of places where salespeople do that and do not buy from anyone that puts pressure on me. Shopping should be fun and it was at Michael Kors tonight in Towson.

The sales associate was rude and had no knowledge about the smart watch, i told my husband lets go to Macys she got smart with me. I shop here all the time but never saw this stupid associate before. I would never visit this location again, Ill go to Pentagon City location.
