Who doesnt like TNF?Store is neat and well organized.

80 The North Face has a great tradition as a company that sells outdoor gear. But here theyre not really selling it for outdoor sporting use their selling it as high fashion. No harm there and theyre nice people its its a its a really pretty store and the selection of goods is geared towards making a fashion statement in an outdoorsy sort of way. The staff is helpful and theres a lot of sales. I would go back.

Tucked away at the mall is this store. They have a lot of what they sell online but sometimes the North Face has sub sizes, such as pants they have a long/short/regular size. You wont find those in this store. Also if youre into any technical outdoor activity, the regular staff most likely will not be able to help or provide you with the correct information. Highly recommend you research online and go to the store to try on the fit then buy.

Store is beautiful. Staff was pleasant and attentive. However the North Face could benefit from more color ways.

Had a phenomenal shopping experience with a salesmen named Michael. I was not in any way expecting to see such a level of professionalism. He definitely earned north face a customer.

This place is like the best store if your like outdoorsy but even if your not you could probably find a couple good finds. The only problem i do have is its a bit on the pricy side, but if you want something that will feel good and last this is your best score

The store was nice to the customer service could have been better I expected more then I welcome to North Face from standing behind the counter while youre having a conversation with your coworker. What happened to engaging your customers

Although I highly recommend the products that The North Face provides, the customer service at this Towson location is atrocious. I went in to purchase a backpack and some outdoor gear but upon entering the store, no one greeted me. Theyre several employees chatting amongst themselves like it was funday at the beach and they was staring at me like I was a shoplifter and that is very rude. After working at several other retail places, the customer is your #1 priority in retail and in this situation ill NEVER spend my hard earned money at this location. The whole staff needs to be replace. There was a time when you coulda walked into this store and be greeted and helped by a excellent salesman with energy and manners. Where is that excellent salesman, this store needs your customer service and professionalism ASAP...

Ridiculous pricing and not enough inventory

An outdoor product store located on Level 2 in Towson Town Center Mall is clean and spacious. The sales associate encourages every customer to take his or her time to look around and check out those jackets, accessories, tops, and shoes. This may be the only outdoor store where some pairs of mitts and gloves are available in sizes from XS to L. Looking for good quality mens, womens, and/or an urban commuter bag packs? The sales associate would be happy to assist you with some tips to help you choose the right one. The smallest size for a pair of boots or hiking shoes for men starts with size 7 in M and W only. Looking for a pair of shoe sizes in XW or XXW? You are out-of-luck.

Worst North Face store in America. I feel uncomfortable whenever I go there because they follow you around like youre going to steal something! This guy followed my mom and I around the whole time. We kindly told him we didnt need help 3 times! We were so upset that we didnt purchase from that store and went to the one in Anne Arundel Mills.

Poor service. Employees just loitering around and not really trying to help customers. Went in to buy enough clothes for my wife. Came out with nothing. Will spend our money somewhere else.

Smaller store, no sales, not very helpful staff

The customer service was a little lacking. Just because I didnt have the tag that came with my product they wouldnt refund a defective item. I had to mail it in.
