Not a good experience. The cashier was purposefully ignoring customers; my mother and I stood directly in front of her for a few minutes and I know she saw us but refused to make eye contact until we had to speak up. Any question we had, we were made to feel as if it was a big bother to her. It was my mothers first time at a Soma, I was so excited to bring her because I had wonderful experiences at other locations, but now she has a horrible image of them and does not want to go back. I understand working retail is tough, I have worked retail a long time, but if you dislike it that much to where you make customers feel the way we did, then you do not need to be working such a job.

For the first time in my whole entire life, I bought sets of bras that really fit with the help of the reps I got bras that are doing justice to my self esteem. Go here, you would definitely find what you are looking for. Great products for great prices and polite reps.

I do most of my shopping online but had to come in due to a return issue. Both ladies working 9/29/20 at around 6 pm were lovey (sorry I didn’t catch your names!). They had to call their own customer service and they did it quickly and easily and with a great attitude. It is the little things and everyday kindness that matter and I appreciate it.As for the intimates in general, love them (and their sales!)

Id give this zero stars if I could, the women that was giving me service told me that the didnt have my cup size and proceeded to tell me they had my size in some special drawer. I later checked two bras out, immediately after I put on the bra I had black scarrings on either side of my back, please dont purchase a thing from here.

Quick run for some lingerie pieces, didnt find the type of strapless bras I needed but on my way out the sales person showed me a great undie line with some kind of vanished smoothing edge control... Love it and will visit to get more.

First time and loved it ..Found the bra perfect for me and felt like I was being attended to even when they got a bit busy still focused on me and my needs .definitely will be back

I was recently in SOMA at Westfield Montgomery after I saw a 2 for $59. I must have been in there a good 45 minutes trying on numerous styles. I finally had the 2 I wanted and was then told those 2 were not on sale and in fact the sale was over 🙄 I really dont have $100-$150 to be spending on bras right now so needles to say I was very disappointed.The reason I AM leaving a 3 star review is because the lady who assisted me was very good at her job. She took measurements and was back a forth till we got the perfect look. Perhaps I should have asked about the sale beforehand and perhaps the sign should have been taken out of the doorway.Looks like Ill be waiting for the next big SOMA sale before making a purchase!

Came in for a fitting and was immediately helped and welcomed! Friendly staff. Will definitely visit again. Overall a great experience!
