Did an inventory, and found all this mold in the dairy cooler. Be careful what yall buy here

As I am walking out of the store I spoke with Ashley a target 🎯 associate as well as ALisa the store manager. I asked the question “ Good morning could you please show me where are all of the clothing for little girls are? I’ve circled this area repeatedly and no one asked if I need help bodied anyone acknowledge m presence? I did not see any clothing for littler girls other than a out of season white denim skirt, one size small skirt on the mannequin and a vast amount of athletic wear as if these children are only supposed to wear yoga pants and yoga tops so when I pose the question to the store manager her decorum was somewhat belligerent and displaying a lacks of knowledge in regards to CAT JACK products & ART supply clothing merchandise for little girls. @target is this manner in which you prefer your corporate company to be represented?! I’d love to hear from TARGET CORPORATE OFFICE . The lack thereof professional/ customer service has been nonexistent.

The Target on Putty Hill is nice. The help at the self checkout needs help. I asked for help and was told that after she finished wiping the self checkout next to me she could help. When she finished she went and stood with another person and talked to her. By the time we had hit the help button and still no help. We just swiped our credit card and that worked. Employees need lesson on customer service. Not sure if I will be returning to this Target.

Nice location. Clean store. A lot of empty, unstocked shelves. Not sure if thats related to supply issues. Love the multiple self checkout lanes.

I do love Target but the Vegan food I always have to check the date. It now the second week of August with outdated food still on the self.

The newly remodeled store is great. Feels much different and better than it did before. Kudos on a job well done.

At the moment, I would not advise going here for picking up your prescriptions. They are apparently very short staffed. I waited in line for over an hour. Someone else said they waited in line over an hour last night to be told once they got to the front of the line....we are closed come back tomorrow. I just heard someone else go to pick up their prescription and they dont have it ready....after 5 days. Just go anywhere else.

They are easier to deal with in person than over the phone. Other than that going to target is a pleasant experience. Finding things is simple and lines move quickly so the trip doesn’t have to take hours.

The store was very busy today, lots of back to school and college shopping, but when i asked for help finding an item ( which was 3 times), the employees were very courteous and helpful. But the best was Patty at checkout .. first of all i observed her patience as the gentleman in front of me struggled with a coupon and then his credit card, and then she saw my very full cart and offered to scan the large things so i didnt have to lift them out. There were two especially large heavy items I asked her if someone was available to help me load into my car… Patty assured me she would find someone and politely asked the person behind me if she minded waiting a minute while Patty ran to guest service area.. no one was free so Patty ran back to her station saying she would call for help. She looked several times while waiting on her customers, saw me waiting and signaled she had called someone….after a few minutes waiting i went and told Patty not to worry, i would get help from anyone who would be near my car when i got out there… but Patty insisted she had another employee coming to cover her station and she could help me herself. Which she did! I recently had surgery and could not load them without help so her kindness was invaluable ….I asked for the name of her manager.( .Alyssa and Devin ) in order to let them know what an efficient and kind employee they have in Patty! Thank you 🙏🏻

I came all the way up there for a item they stay they had in stock. Alot of items was not there. I assume better from a target up here. Barely any pet items or households things, unless you want pillows or something. Had to buy something for my time and the baby bouncer was broke. Glad a brought a warranty. I wont go again.

Went to take a dump at 9am, they had plenty of tp, the sinks were clean and the floors, flawless.

The customer service at this Target is awful. They dont honor signed promotions, made dozens of people wait in line for over 15 minutes because they couldnt resolve the issue quickly or with any standard of quality customer service. My cashier was amazing, speaking with me during this whole wait and very friendly and understanding, but her managers and the manager at the store when I called were terrible.

This Target store is really nice, clean and customer friendly. Anytime a staff person takes ands shows you the location of what you ask about, thats great customer serviceFrank who stated that he was a manager went above and beyond helping us out, we really appreciated that

At the Towson location, my order is always brought out in a timely fashion and the employees are always polite.

The employees are always friendly, helpful, and hard working. The problem with this Target is the customer, just look at the mess they make. I only ever see a lot of hard working Target employees. What kind of people make this mess?

Update 28 Mar 21:Avoid! No parking! Just when I thought this location could not possibly get worse, they have managed to block half, HALF, of the parking lot with shipping containers. Worse, they managed to block the parking lot in such a way that every parking isle is restricted to one way traffic. Who runs this operation? Does management actually leave their office?This has to be the worst Target in the area. See my pics. This was pre-covid. The shelves are constantly empty of routine basics. I am not sure when they restock shelves. The employees here do not seem particular interested in actually doing anything. The narrow aisles are frequently blocked by carts full of supplies that have been abandoned by the people who should be restocking. This store just happens to be the closest Target to me. I make an effort to go to other Target stores whenever possible.

They never have ANY products i need whenever i go. i have not shopped here for months because of this continuous experience.

Product selection at this location is good. Customer service needs improvement. Jeremiah saved the day! He went out of his way 2 reach a shelf item. Using a hanger he got it. Thanks 4 the extra effort. Appreciate your help.

The CVS in this target does not ever answer the phone and when your doctor calls in your prescription they always say they never got a call or they just dont have anything at all. Plus this has happened at a number of different CVS locations. I advise anyone that wants to use CVS as there pharmacy just dont use them cause they will also call you and your doctor a liar.

This is the worst pharmacy. The staff always seems miserable. Today 5/28/21 I tried calling at 9 when they said it was opening. I was on hold for 35 minutes before I tried calling the actual store who informed me that the pharmacist said he was not answering calls. Doesn’t really make sense..... truly disappointed with all of experiences at this pharmacy

My experience with order pickup was very pleasant. The employee was fast, friendly and helpful. The convenience of the drive up option is the best thing as a parent.

I have been a customer at this location for 18+ years. I worked there briefly in 2002. It really is a great store and the people that have been there a really long time are so nice. The ladies at the pharmacy are so sweet and they know me because I goto the pharmacy there so often. I definitely recommend shopping here.

The cashier that checked me out doesnt greet. No hello, thank you. Most importantly, she seems lethargic in doing her work. Slow with her movements.

The way one of your staff members helped me today just pushed how I feel about your company over the top. Her name as Kia she in the manager in the clothes Dept. she went above and beyond to help me today she helped me find all the things I was looking 4 today and when my disabled cart broke down she did my shopping 4 me until someone could bring me a new cart. She almost brought me to tears with her kindness and refuse to allow me to tip her a 100 dollars. Due to Covid I have very lil contact with people just a kind word or a touch goes so far I just want to say thank you so very much

I payed for a item yesterday came down today on my break to pick it up and the lady at the order pick up was pretty rude and didn’t help me at all. She just kept telling me I can tell you is the order is processing. I go back to work wait a few more hours and call back and said hey how long does it really take to process one lego box that you literally took right off the shelf. The lady on the phone proceeds to tell me they must of accidentally sold my set and my order will be canceled. Thanks target and also would been nice to know that the first time when I was there trying to pick it up

Extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. Target has a price match policy with their competitors and today it was not honored. I came into the store to buy a handheld vacuum cleaner and unfortunately the one I wanted was out of stock. Before leaving I decided to look up walmarts site to see what they had available while I waited for my starbucks order and noticed that they had the Shark WANDVAC Cord-Free Handheld Vacuum on sale for $79.00. I stopped an associate named Nate to confirm that Target price matches Walmart. There was one Shark WANDVAC Cord-Free Handheld Vacuum in stock so I grabbed it and proceeded to the self check out line and asked the associate to assist me with the price matching. Unfortunately he did not know how to do this so he contacted Derek (I believe thats the name he said) and asked him to switch to frequency 4 so they could discuss the item in question. Derek informed the associate to send me to customer service since the item was coming up as $119 in their system. Another associate by the name of Sherri comes over and tells him that she’ll help although he was instructed to send me to customer service, she insisted that she was customer service. She attempted to look the item up on Zebra and claimed she could not locate it to complete the price match although I had walmarts site showing the item and price on my phone. She then admitted she was looking at walgreens and not walmart. She fiddles around for another minute and then tells me that she can not honor the price match because the item is not sold by walmart even tho my phone clearly shows it is sold and shipped by Walmart. My friends often complain about their bad experiences at this targets location and lack of good customer service and today I experienced it first hand.

I was there doing my shopping and using coupons (to save money). Erika (the “manager” during that evening shift ) did not honored my coupons stating that if I use coupons I couldn’t get the gift card from my purchase because it was a Target policy. I asked her to show me the target policy and she refused to do it and told me to go to another target. I felt discriminated without mentioning that before she started scanning my items she was talking and laughing about me and my coupons to her co worker thinking that I didn’t understand English.Honestly, I love target but this is the first time I felt discriminated and humiliated due to my ethnicity. I decided to publish my experience so, no one goes through the same embarrassing situation. I hope Target will better train it’s employees in customer service, diversity and inclusion.I went on 11/13/2020.

Clean, mostly well stocked.Several items I looked for were missing prices and did not come up on the mobile app when scanned.Everyone I saw was wearing a mask, correctly.

Target has a very convenient shopping area. I take public transportation so I am very grateful. The prices are affordable.

Customer service!- mistakes happen but it’s what you do when that happen that matters most! I love this target because it’s rare you have an issue with an order and if you do they communicate well - To fix it! That’s all that matters

There was a lot of construction going on and things moved around but over all I was able to do a return and get a correct item.

This store is going downhill fast. Empty shelves, rows not clean and products just thrown all over the place. The only positive thing about this store is the employees at checkout. You would think since babys r us went out of business in the same complex that target would increase its inventory levels. Possibly retrain purchaser because products here are non existent . I have attached photos. Please understand this is not a one time experience. I decided to take it upon myself to share in hopes of improvement. I work in hospitality and understand the power a review holds. Used to be a great location, unfortunately cannot say the same any more.

Not a regular Target. Aisles are wiped out, shelves with products are a mess and disorganized. The worst part is trying to checkout. I’m not sure if it’s due to poor management or if the store is chronically understaffed, but it’s just not worth it to go to this one. I rather drive ten more minutes to a regular Target.

It was easy to pick up my order and the associate was very nice and helpful.

Good luck finding anything. I even called and spoke with a manager to tell them how I could find nothing in stationary. 3 weeks later, still looks the same.

Really like this location. I actually walked in and did what I had to do. In and out!

As we all know holiday shopping can be extremely stressful but I am happy to inform the public that my experience was one that was easygoing and relaxing as I was served with a smile at every turn in my local Target. The representatives were helpful and knowledgeable of the best choices for what I needed to purchase. Thanks everyone! Keep up the good work.

All the Young men working at the Service Center on the morning of October 18th were Extremely polite and respectful.

I used to work here back in 2017 I was assigned to the snack bar next to Starbucks there were times when I needed help but was ignored unless a guest was involved to where I could not give exact change to people and when I needed change the managers would cancel my request right in front of me

This store location is struggling. Even prior to COVID, product availability leaves much to desire. I would end up going to other stores to supplement my shopping @ this lolcation. I shopped between 8 and 9am when you would think the shelves should be freshly stocked from the night before or early morning.

Most current in store experience was not a good one.

This use to be a great store. Now people are allowed to have their dogs in carts and walking on leash in the store( not service animals). When I asked the store manager why was this allowed he stated there was no store policy against it. The store is not well stocked and big ticket merchandise is rarely available when on sale. Clothing sections are always in disarray and the frozen food department most times empty

Target as a whole -- Id of course recommend it to everyone. THIS target (Towson) I would not recommend to a single person. The most important reason for the score I selected is because I have never gone to this particular store and left with even half of the items I had on my list. They are out of stock of everything, always. The shelves are actually bare. Ive tested and attempted to go on different days of the week and still it does not matter. I have 3 kids under 5 -- I cant tell you how frustrating it is to get them all in the car seats and put them through the shopping trip and immediately have to leave to go to another store because this Target doesnt have any of the items I need. Groceries, shoes, seasonal -- doesnt matter -- its not there.

This might be the bottom of the Target barrel. This store is in terrible shape, completely understocked. It’s like a cyclone goes through the store every time we go through it with my wife. We went for for a house run and we were lucky if it had half the things we are looking for. I can honestly say for the first time ever, Walmart in the same shopping plaza is both cleaner and better stocked then this Target and that’s a real shame.

Fast friendly service.

Incompetent, inefficient. We placed a substantial children’s clothes order for automobile pick-up. We waited 1/2 hour in designated parking spot and we were unable to pick-up our order. We had to enter the store to pick-up our order. Unacceptable. Will shop Walmart (which probably isn’t much better)

I love Target in general. This store is clean, has a pleasant atmosphere and friendly employees. My only gripe about this particular store would be that stuff is out of stock a lot! Its not uncommon to see a huge empty spot on a shelf where the product you came to buy should be, especially in groceries or video games. The traffic in this shopping center is also kind of nightmare. Theres so many popular stores in one spot, that theres always a million people there, and everyone likes to park in the no parking zone because theyre too lazy to park. (... but thats not Targets fault. I kinda wish those people would get towed. It probably has to do with everyone in the Baltimore area being rude and inconsiderate drivers, too.) Other than that, its wonderful. I go to this store probably once a week!

Outside of the almost 4 hours I had to wait, I was pleased with the ease of getting my order and the overall customer service.

This Target was amazing and I love the low prices on grocery prices! It’s great being able to make a one stop shopping trip! I only wish the Target near my home had everything this Target has!

I dont know whether I came there on the wrong day and missed the truck but when I went there for the first time in a long time the other day it looked like a cyclone went through most of the isles. Empty shelves, didnt get everything I needed because it was out of stock. It was basic stuff you would expect to be there always. I only went here cause its close by but, it looks like I have to travel a little further to the one in Cockysville or White Marsh. At least the cashier was pleasant though.

Its the best way to make sure I dont go to the store and find out the item is not in stock.

Target always has what I need and then some extras I never think about. Target has great prices, great selection and great employees. I prefer Target as my go to store for all of my needs.

How quickly my order was ready

Very clean and well organized. Selection of some others not as good as other locations, but this is rare. Staff is so friendly and helpful! This store is my go to place for just about everything my family needs and its always a great experience to shop there.

Clothes thrown on the floor, falling off hangers. Hoodies & sweatshirts not folded on top of each other on the shelves. I have never seen a Target in so much disarray.This location Definitely needs new management.

I dont know what is going on with this location. For the past year it has looked like its going out of business. The shelves are either completely empty and/ or a total mess! This used to be a great store but after not finding what I want too many times, Im not going back. Corporate needs to address this problem!

Pharmacy is great. They found a coupon that really helped me afford my prescription. Otherwise, there are always things I cant find when I go to Target. That is frustrating.

This store is the worst Target, consistently. They have low stock or no stock, so lots of empty shelves, and the store is always a mess. What little stock they do have looks a tornado went through. It’s the closest store to me, but I would rather drive further to have a better experience and get what I need. So disappointing!

I enjoy my visits to Target. They now have the order online and pick-up in the store which is a great feature to have instead of waiting in lines that can be lengthy at times.

Store has everything I need and makes shopping one quick trip. Even during black Friday the selves were well stocked.

First, the staff are always incredibly friendly. That’s the only reason the review is getting 2 stars...I have no idea how this Target stays in business. They are always out of stock of everything. I’ve asked staff a few times if they’re going out of business (which they’re not). It’s also incredibly frustrating when their online system says they have something in stock when they don’t.If they could actually keep this place stocked, it would be really nice.

Towson Target is my go-to place for all basic household items. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Huge selection of great purses. Love their bedding. Even great for staple grocery items when you are in a hurry.

Terrible management staff. I spoke to the woman Kelly the head of HR supposedly. she absolutely knew nothing that she was doing she couldn’t help us in anyway she was lazy and acted as though me and my party were bothering her we just ended up getting help from another associate

I Love This Location!! The Store was Clean (As Always) I received help from Channel with I was shopping for my wife. And Bryan helps a lot with Housewares. The Cashier was nice and greeted me with a smile. My Only Problem is the guy in Security. Nonetheless I will Be here more often.

Its a standard Target. Its clean and well maintained. They generally have good stock of groceries, but sometimes run short. It can be insanely busy though, especially on weekends. I find the best time to go is late in the evening (after 8PM) for the quickest lines!

What a mess! I generally try to avoid this store, as the stock isnt always what I want, and the sales are somewhat misleading. However, a student gave me a gift card, and I did need to pick up dinner, so off I went.A lot of the shelves were barren or messy. There were numerous staff members on duty, but many of them seemed to be standing around and complaining about past customers or about fellow workers. Others seemed overwhelmed. The frozen food section seemed almost Soviet, there were so many gaps. I ended up settling for plan E, after the first four items I sought were out. There were holes in the shelves (empty spots) throughout the store, as it tuned out. I found multiple aisles where merchandise had tumbled down, spilled liquids and dirt in the grocery section, and...well, lets put it this way - I kept expecting to hear an announcement about the next blue-light special. I know this store is profitable, but I still wish they had closed this one and kept the Mondawmin outlet (which was much better run, IMHO) open.

We shop here because of convenience and product availability (vegan and nontoxic items). We recently discovered same day order pick, great service to make sure hubby gets the correct brand.

I find that in comparison I get a great quality product at a price I don’t feel the need to wait for a sale.Karen at checkout is always a happy and helpful spirit.

I love Target, its always clean, the employees are nice. The area is nice.

If you want groceries, go to the Weis next door. This location is never stocked on food. There’s never any milk, bread, or fruit. It’s ridiculous!! Compared to other Targets back home, this is an embarrassment. The workers don’t care about their jobs. The customer service is terrible. It took forever for them to open up more than 2 registers when the lines were going to the back of the store. That was the last straw. Won’t be returning

Where to Begin this review is hard...just like finding your way around this location. Don’t bother looking around because this store is not worth it. Their already dirty shelves where littered with items that didn’t belong in the particular section and were scattered everywhere and overflowing into the aisle floors. The workers? Walking through the store like zombies attached to their phones. One star is just too high.

My visit with Darla was most helpful. She took care of all my plan needs with professional expertise, courtesy and caring about my satisfaction. I am extremely pleased with my experience at Verizon.

The employees seem to be annoyed that people actually come here to shop. They are extremely rude and unprofessional. I dont recommend.

This is one of the larger, nicer Target stores Ive had the pleasure of visiting. The store was immaculately clean and the selection seemed larger than other stores Ive shopped at. It is conveniently located amongst many other stores and has a very nice Starbucks / Target Cafe combo inside.

Do NOT shop at this Target if at all possible!!!! This location is a mere 5 minutes from our house, so my husband and I routinely shake off our bad experiences here, but today was the last straw. Honestly, I shouldve just turned around when I got there at 9am on a Saturday to find ZERO carts available in store and to be greeted by two employees arguing about retrieving them from the lot. (I just went out and got my own). Fast forward 40 minutes and Im in the check out line with a full cart, and I brace myself for the wait because this location never has enough lines open commensurate to the time of day. Im in line 15 minutes before its my turn, and its abundantly clear that the cashier is at best on her first shift as a non-trainee (who does that on a Saturday morning???!!!). At this point Ive unloaded everything onto the conveyor, although I put out on the conveyor just one of each of my bulkier items (cat litter, diapers, etc...). Even when I was 9 months pregnant with twins I could never get any help at this store unloading things, so I routinely just put up one each of my heavy items and tell the cashier how many of each I have. Well at this point I get distracted by a Chatty Cathy in line next to me who can tell by my purchases that I have newborns, and she wants to see pictures, etc... the point is that I wasnt paying attention as close as I normally would to the transaction, but I clearly tell the cashier I have two litter and two diaper boxes. At some point during all of this two other target employees have wandered over to help this woman with my transaction, so by the time Im paying there are no fewer than 3 employees standing at my register. Mind you, this has now taken 35 minutes (15 in line, 20--yes 20, being helped myself). I proceed to the exit where target security promptly stops me and asks for my receipt, which takes a minute to find because the cashier had stuck in it some random bag, and this young kid informs me that I havent paid for all of my items. Right, I paid for $250 in merchandise and am apparently trying to steal a few things. Sigh. Well it turns out that the cashier did not in fact ring my duplicates of the bulkier items, which should have occurred to me honestly if I hadnt been distracted, because I shouldve gotten one of those in store gift cards for the second box of diapers. Sigh. I make the mistake of saying this allowed, which apparently signals to the young kid security guard that I clearly was trying to pull a fast one, as then he wont leave my side while he tries to find a cashier to help me. Well, a cashier cant help me if I want the gift card, so next Im being escorted to guest services, where he stands in line with me (seriously?!). Ive had enough by this point so I ask for a manager, who offers to give me an instant rebate instead of the gift card I earned from the purchase. Big whoop. Im in near tears by this point. Mind you, this is my first trip out of the house without my newborn twins, and Ive literally been accused of stealing after spending hundreds of dollars, escorted around by a security guard, and this whole ordeal has taken me 45 minutes to check out--5 minutes longer than it did for me to get all of my items in the store!!!!And I WiSH that the above story was an anomaly. A few months ago, when I was still pregnant with the twins, I went in to buy a bunch of stuff. At the register, the cashier was having a problem he blamed on a new credit card system...(uh, theyve had those chip readers for over a year now...) so he kept voiding my transaction and runs my card three times in a row. On the fourth time, the system issues a reject message, and the cashier has the balls to tell me that I must just not have enough credit available. Excuse me?! Luckily I had another card with me. I barely even made it out of the store before my bank was calling with a fraud alert--they had put a hold on my first card because someone had tried to run four purchases in a row at a target, and they wanted to know, was that me? Ugh!!! I guess Ill drive to a different

Total mess and empty! I have to go to my grocery store for sugar.Cashier shoved everything into one bag, including two bags of chips, lotion, cup lids, cheese and toilet bowl brush. I bought gift cards and birthday cards which were at the bottom of the bag. Usually cashier hands them to you separately.

Target has an open and clean atmosphere in its stores. This one is no exception. The staff were nice and simply helpful.
