I didnt shop here but they always have fire kicks

Thats is my favorite store and they are sweet and help me uggs slipper and not bad at all and on December 1 I am get me a uggs boot and I promise to myself get me some pair boot or bed shoes uggs and some sock too on febunray 1

The sales associates were sweet, we laughed and joked as they helped me pick out the perfect pair of ugg slippers for my daughters birthday!! Thank you ladies

If I could have given this this store less than one star I would have this is the worst store Ive ever been in I was there to purchase my granddaughter 2 pairs Doc Martens I arrived at the store at least 20 minutes before closing. Picked the shoes. The store could only find one of each shoe. Someone abruptly made an announcement the register will close in 3 minutes. I said excuse me may I speak to a manager she said I am a manager and I have to pick up my child I need to close my register in 3 minutes to go pick up my check. Not only was I turned away but also other customers were turned away at the door before closing. I had not visited Journeys for a long time because of the reputation and now I remember why I will not shop at Journey ever again I would rather pay more and be treated with respect and appreciation as a customer then be treated like they were giving me something instead of me actually spending my money in their store that will never happen and Ill make sure at least 12 of my friends dont purchase anything from Journey. I spoke to the district manager and he spoke as if this wasnt a major issue. So if you dont care what kind of treatment when youre spending your money go to Journey. But if you want any customer service Cesar away from Journey Towson Center especially. I was at 6 shopping center to take my granddaughter on the shopping extravaganza but because of the treatment we came home and today Ill make sure we go to a better Mall so sadly disappointed😢😞😣

My fiance got shoes that he needed to get for a wedding and I finally got my all-white Adidas shell heads that Ive been looking for for over a year

I love the magazine that they are always sending out in the mail the coupons on the back do come in handy considering both of my teenagers wear nothing but Vans uggs sperrys and Converse its a one stop shop for my kids and I to all get a pair of shoes 😄 without walking the mall for 2 hours 😕

If the mgr needs to pick up her child by 9:30 & you arrive at the store around 845ish to 850ish, you will not get in. If you arrive at the store prior to early defacto closing, sales assoc do not provide efficient service because they are sweeping up the floor leaving you unable to complete the transaction until right before or after the real closing time, when service is finally provided, an assoc brings out only 1 boot in each size & you have to ask them to bring out the other sboot so your grandbaby can try on the doc martens you will buy on both feet but they cannot locate it and the mgr needs to get to childcare by 930, you will be unable to purchase literally the doc martens UNLESS you pay for 1 shoe & hope they find the other. If you decide not to patronize this Journeys & announce this then you will be falsely imprisoned, maybe more in a negligence sense then intentional tort, because no store assoc or mgr lifted the gate up to let us out; thankfully we had someone with us who could lift the gate.
