My first time in this store so I didnt know where anything was but if you asked a representative they all were very helpful. One even stopped what she was doing and showed me the way & another stopped to get me something from a shelf that I wasnt tall enough to reach.. You dont see that every day anymore. I appreciated it.

Went shopping with a girlfriend. Browsed sales for end of summer wear and new fall selections. Im one of those in between sizes where I either saw something I liked in a size too small or too large for me. However my friend was helped with completion of an online purchase with a store staff. Nice atmosphere and large parking lot and convenience to buses.

This is absolutely the worst Walmart on the planet. Slow checkouts, it is never stocked with anything from dog food to spaghetti sauce. The store is a disheveled mess and it doesnt matter the day or time, it is horrible. I now drive extra miles to get a stocked albeit smaller store. Stay away from this one if it is important to find the things you want in stock

I enjoy going to Walmart. Customer service is very patient and friendly. Everyone is always willing to assist you in finding that merchandise your looking for. 99% of the time, Walmart will have it at a cheaper price. Without a frown, theyll give you a smile, the greatest store to shop around!!

This is a pretty cringe Walmart located in a really old building. Its actually two stories, which sounds cool but is absolutely not, especially when the escalator for the shopping carts isnt working. They have a basic grocery selection and an okay selection of everything else but its definitely worth going the extra few miles to go the Walmart Supercenter in White Marsh instead. I will generally just go to the Target on the other side of the shopping center unless I really need something that I can only get at Walmart.

Very convenient. Lots of parking and nearby businesses. They have a great selection of items. The prices are reasonable. There is a Dunkin donuts inside the store and a vision care center. Reasonable prices for a wardrobe. Large sizes in clothes. You can even get large sizes in shoes sometimes. They have a great selection of jewelry. Great location. Nearby stores and restaurants. Nearby gas station.

I love this store location! Been coming here for years.

This might be the worst wal mart I have ever been so, not only does my girlfriend get cat called outside the place every time she goes, the security here thinks they are real cops, they have pulled me and my gf aside several times after using the self check out and questioned us on our receipt that was literally printed seconds ago before questioning, only for them to find out that in fact we haven’t stolen anything on either occasion. And not to mention half the time the shelves are filthy or not even stocked

I only go there for the lemons and the huge bags or boxes of cereal. You definitely cant beat there prices. Now I always have twenty items or more easy in my cart and its still less than the grocery store.

Went to the electronics section and no one was working the registers so we called for assistance and no one came. We left the area and there were 7 employees on that floor and these two lady employees were talking to each other and one was on the phone so Im going to either order online or get it from amazon

This is one of these Walmarts you only go to if they have something specific that you need or a quick grab but I would never go on a shopping load there. They never have enough cashiers, today they didnt even have enough carts in the store which Ive never seen at a Walmart before. The shelves were poorly stocked and they obviously have a shortage of staff everywhere. This location has sadly constantly gone downhill.

I asked if the fitting room and they got agitated for me asking that question. She finaly said yes they are open, I said great I am going to pick up a couple of items to try.out and when I got to the fitting room another employee told the other employee that they had to close the fitting rooms immediately. So, I had to beg to allow me the use of the fitting room and I was made feel very uncomfortable so I had an anxiety attack and quickly paid for the items and ran out of there. :( Where is this world heading ?

This store didnt have an adequate grocery department; some of the shelves in the hair section were empty and what little that was there on the others wasnt organized. How do I know you may ask? I went there two days in a row, went down the same isles and it looked just the same as it had the door before! There was no new merchandise on the shelves to fill them up and they were still messy. Personally, I wouldnt recommend going to this location unless you had no other choice.

The store shelves were not stocked. The associates were ignored my requests for assistance. After locating the items I could find on my own, I went to check out at the scan and go self-check out. That associate was looking at her cellphone the whole time. She did look up for me to go to the register as I was walking there anyway. I started to scan my items and the register kept showing a message that said something about the scale. I could not scan anything so I called for her to come over just to hear her say that I had more then 20 items so I would have go stand in line at the cashier to pay for my items. This is crazy because I have never had to leave the self-check out register in any other store or Walmart because I had more than 20 items. That is exactly why I use them when I shop. AND if she was not on her phone the whole time I was in that line, she could have told me that before I waited in line and tried to scan the items. Additionally, there was a lot of people in the store for them to only have two cashiers on the floor and the lines were really long. I gave my cart to an associate that was walking nearby and told her that I was no longer interested in shopping at that location. Yes I am big on customer service. I did it for many years and I never treated a customer sloppy. Even when one of them called me the Nig... word. Respect is a must, even when you do not receive it.

As I walked into the store I did not get the usual welcomed greeting. Police lady was on her phone. It is a 2 level building with elevators and escalators. The staff that I was able to see appeared to be more youthful (Good thing or Not 🤷🏽‍♀️). The food section is usually well stocked. The side entrance is for employees so you have to enter through the front doors. Plenty of parking.

This place is poorly ran, the electronics cabinet has been broken for at least 3 months and the A/C who knows how long. Don’t bother calling, you won’t be able to reach a human being. The workers here are pleasant but the store is atrocious. The toy section looks like a tornado hit it.

The store in itself is a basic Walmart 2 level, with clothes, beauty, household, pharmacy being on the first level. And the second level housing furniture, electronics, appliances etc. They need to fix the escalator for the carts because its consistently breaks down. And stop looking up the mens underwear.

Customer service desk was great. My new vacuum broke and they replaced it with no problem. I thought they would give me a hard time but they were very respectful and understood my situation

Very friendly and professional sales and checkout staff. Very clean store. Definitely will shop there again. So much better than the Nottingham store.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! THEY SELL DAMAGED MERCHANDISE!!!Absolutely disgusting service! Everyone hates working there, and they accepted a return on a TV that had a completely shattered screen, and put it on the sales floor! You should legally not be allowed to sell damaged merchandise, yet their shelves are full of them! Their customer service is an absolute joke, nobody answers the phone, and all they care about is the many ways in which they can NOT help you.

Cool layout. I like the double level store, allows people to ship without being on top of other customers. Store was very clean.

I love Walmart. I was rather disappointed in the grocery section of this store. For it to be such a large store, you would think they would have had a large grocery section.

Horrible customer service. No one EVER picks up the phone in customer service. When I get there and ask questions, Associates answer in such a way to determine how they will NOT be able to help. Customer service sucks here - I can tell they hate dealing with customers. I only wanted to get some boxes, I gotten boxes from Wal Mart for many years, now all of a sudden it is impossible. Good grief. Terrible attitudes, I wish I remembered their names. I am going to Target and Dollar General from now on. Wal Mart customer service is TRASH, the managers know it, and dont care. It starts from the top down.

I liked the fact it had a second floor. However the frozen food section left much to be desired.

This facility is second to non it is small but their service is excellent. The employees are pleasent and eager to help always greeting you with a smile and good word.

The 2nd floor was so hot 🔥 it feels like I was about to die 😫. Need to do better with the air conditioner on the 2nd floor.

The One thing I dislike is when a store website says they have something in stock an its in store purchase only. But when you arrive the staff says we never had that Item. False advertising at its best...

Very clean and spacious. Would have given 5 stars but there was no air conditioning and it felt like the heat was on.

This is hands down the worst Walmart I’ve ever been too. I waited over an hour at the jewelry department after being told by five employees that someone was coming and also being told they lost they key to the display cases. I eventually located a manager that was not in uniform and she also had a poor attitude! She attempted to over-talk me then sent another woman with an even worse attitude to the department. I finally got the ring that I wanted but it was too small and she informed me that they no longer order rings my size. It’s super clear that they lack leadership at this location and the teenage crew run the show. This place is a circus that I will not be returning too!

Do yourself a favor and just dont call. The associates dont know what theyre doing

This Walmart is perfectly located near a Target, Home Goods, Marshalls & a bushel of other pretty good stores to have a go at. It is almost always well stocked with sufficient cashiers ready to work. Sale items are clearly marked & most front line workers can point you in the right direction based on any questions you may have. The Service Desk that handles returns, money transfers and such need to be better staffed especially during high volume days and times. Other than these small infractions this Walmart is a winner. Stop by sometimes

Stopped for my wifes 1st Covid shot. Her appointment was 4:20pm but we arrived early, close to 3:30. There was no one in line ahead if us so she went to the check in window. They took her info right away and then told her to take a seat in a cubicle they set up for vaccinations. Pharmacist came, verified her info and then came back with the vaccination. He was super pleasant and friendly.We were home by 4:30 - that included 30 minutes to drive home.Great service Walmart.

Love their cakes and cupcakes. Always know my cake is going to be right the way I want it.

This particular Walmart is not at par with some other Walmarts. It needs to be renovated and rearranged.

I visited the store i n Ellicott City on Ridge Rd. Sunday August 8th 2021 around 6:30pm I was disappointed with spoiled produce plus they had no water and no tubs. It was a waste I had to go to Eldersburg store. I Dont know who the store manager is but this is unacceptable.

Ok sooooo I thought it was a fluke but its not! This Walmart location is worse than the one located on Liberty Road 😠 The lines are ALWAYS LONG!!! When I say LONG - I mean they extend all the way into the physical shopping area & they curve around! Most of the sales associates are bitter all of the time! No one is every nice including the customers - its just sad!! I wouldnt even recommend this spot for an in & out mission because the lines are ALWAYS LONG!!!

Store was very messy and unorganized. And several employees were very rude...Ive never encountered that a Walmart before. One of them even took my cart when I went in the fitting room like he was intending on moving it to the side for me. He then took my cart to use for organizing the products he was putting away for restocking. I guess he didnt feel like walking up front. 😑

The only problem I had at this walmart out Towson was 30 minutes wait for online pickup order. 2 people drove away because no one was answering the phone and check in on the website was not working. The lady finally came out and said oh I just received your in because app started working again after 30min and stated oh I wasnt near the phone. The number on the pole stated to call this number when you arrive. I had to call the main number from Google to get someone to help us. By then they lost two cars with elderly drivers.

I love Walmarts prices! Non self check out lines are scarce so be warned but they have good prices and products!

Love Wal-Mart! Its not really the super duper grocery store, but it has everything I need at a discount price. I shop at Wal-Mart three or four times a week. Its the fist place that comes to my mind when I need something!

My experience here has been a discriminating one.And trust me I understand I got the description of a criminal but after going there for so long and speaking to everybody even when you dont get spoken back to you think it would change or they would get the message like oh hes alright naw that aint the case.

One of the worst Walmarts Ive ever been in next to the one on Washington Blvd. Store is dirty empty shelves and the employees I talked to to ask where certain areas and products were in the store were rude and told me they had no idea where anything in the store is. Use this store only if you have no other choice

Not bad. Floors are clean. My cart worked. There was one abandoned pallet on the floor and an associate immediately called to get it moved. An Associate I interacted with was knowledgeable and not miserable. She didnt look like she wanted to die and take everyone with her.They still need to work on opening enough registers. There was one express lane open and self checkout. The associate KINDLY let me know customers shouldnt use self check out for more than 20 items. She let me go but said just keep it in mind for your next visit. She was sweet about it so I didnt fuss but management needs to consider which lines are open so policies can be followed.Not my typical experience at a WalMart! I was pleasantly surprised.

The shelves are usually not organized and when you need to get in a case, you can plan on waiting at least 10-15mims for an associate. The escalators have broken down on me 2 times so far. But when you do get help, the cashiers and associates are always very polite and attentive.

I can spend hours shopping here. I absolutely love the 2 levels and the cart lift. Im secretly like a kid in the candy store☺

Towson Walmart= GHETTO !!!Employees are horrible. Prices on shelves differ from when you ring it on the register and these dummies dont want to honor the price listed, even after it was shown to them.

I try to avoid that place unless I absolutely have to get something there for the price. Everything I fall in love with they would eventually discontinue. I used to like when they wore the vests about customer service but now its about how many plastic bottles it took to make the vest. The self checkout people walk around with attitudes and arent very friendly.

Walmart is a very good big conveinceall multipurpose store. However that works their go above and beyond call on duty. The ones they need to focus on stealing is mainly internally.My family and I spend money every week to keep our mall flourishing. With that being said treat the customers with respect. Also the great workers you have as well. Everyone isnt bad or a theif.
