I brought my Civic in to address a recall having something to do with my fuel pump. When I called to set the appointment I was told that my tank should be below half a tank and that I would receive a confirmation email for my appointment. I never received an email. The following week I called back to make sure I had an appointment, they had gotten my email address wrong. I asked how long the service would take and I was told about 2 hours. When the day came, I arrived at my appointment at 10:10am. The service employee took notice of the things in my backseat. He alluded to me they wouldnt be able service the vehicle if I didnt clear it. I could have avoided having to do this last minute if the person scheduling the appointment had told me. The service employee then told me he would have my car all day. I told him that I was told it would only be a couple of hours. He told me that the person on the phone was wrong. I told him I have to pick my son up from school and asked him what all day meant. He said 3 or 4 oclock. So I had to find someone last minute to pick up my child from school. I called around 2:50 for the status of my vehicle. It wasnt ready. I received a call around 3:45 saying it wouldnt be ready until 5pm. I told the man that I had plans for 5pm. Pointed out that I was originally told it would only be two hours and then that was pushed back to 3 or 4. I called back at 4:35 and was told my vehicle wouldnt be ready until after 5pm. The plans I had for 5pm now had to be canceled. I didnt get a call until 5:17. This was a very frustrating experience for me. I would have been better prepared and planned my day differently had I been given more information on what parts of the vehicle the service technicians ( clear access to and an honest and accurate time frame for the repairs needed.
Always go for a regular oil change on my 14 CR-V as its about the same price as anywhere else. Love that they do the free inspection and let you know if anything is wrong, as well as their cost, which is usually higher than my mechanic, but quality work nonetheless. Theres a reason theyre consistently booked solid! Flexible options to wait, drop off, or they can shuttle you to where you need to go for free. Waiting area is clean, well stocked with a free Keurig, toys, and free phone/tablet chargers.
I took my 2018 Honda CRV for an oil change. 6 months later, I noticed oil dripping out of the splash shield. I started to check and noticed right away, 6 of the fasteners were missing from the splash shield. The tech did not put it back fot some reason. After removing the shield, the shield was covered in oil and noticed the leak was coming from the drain plug. The tech did not put a washer gasket when he put the drain plug valve. Lazy technician. Horrible service. Not the first time I had a problem with this shop. NEVER going back here You shouldnt either!
My Daughter who is a college student at towson University went there to get help with a flat tire that was stuck to her car. Her Mom and I advised to go her because she lives on the block so it would be convenient and we all own Hondas and there service is normally good. She walked into the service center and the person helping her was rude and condescending to her. He told her that that it sucks about the tire and you should kick it harder. It was 2 PM on the 15th of Oct 21. If they couldnt fit her is fine but to be rude to her is not. I would not bring anything there for repair. An Angry Father
We live in NJ, but our Accord is in Towson, MD with my college kid. The car needed a tire replacement so we took the car to Heritage. Robert who was our service advisor went above and beyond to take care of the replacement and was a go between with the tire protection contract we purchased with the vehicle. I would highly recommend Heritage!
Super friendly service and above and beyond on repairs. I appreciated the tips and heads up on future repairs and maintenance, as well as warranty issues for my old van.
Edit: the service manager tried to help at first, but all I want is a warranty on the work that I never asked for, just to be safe in case it causes damage, and he wont even do that. This service center only cares about money, and then leaves you high and dry to deal with the aftermath of their shoddy work. As someone who cares deeply about their Honda, I will not be back, and I will not be referring any friends.I went in for an oil change, coolant flush, and new windshield wiper blades. The service advisor came and told me that my brake fluid and transmission fluid were dirty and that my battery needed to be replaced. Initially I agreed to the battery, but I called my dad and he said no, so we just did the brake fluid and transmission fluid. I was also told that the windshield wiper blades would be cheaper at an auto parts store and to do DIY, so I was like okay fine. Turns out that the service advisor was confused about the wiper blade situation, so rather than asking for clarification, he waited until I changed my mind and came to tell him what I wanted to be done. Also, by fluid exchange, I assumed I was getting a transmission fluid drain and fill- but they FLUSHED my transmission with a machine, which I had been avoiding and planning to avoid for the entire life of my car. So first I was upsold, then a service was performed that I didnt want AT ALL, EVER. So now Im on pins and needles about my transmissions health and longevity, and in the end, a coolant flush, oil change, tire rotation, and accidental transmission flush came to $569. Ridiculous. I will not go back to this dealership.
My favorite shop in the bmore area. They are the nicest people and always take care of my car with expertise. Roy was so kind one night and helped me beyond reasonable expectations. So thankful for him and everyone here!
Its been about two months and still no call back or email from the service manager about leaving my engine air filter cap completely off. Terrified me on my ride home b/c it was so loud. Glad I could identify it the problem but makes we wonder if anything else was missed. Been going here for 10+ years and yes mistakes happen but at least a return phone call or email would have been appreciated.
I made a reservation a week in advance and was preparing to go today, but I got a phone call and told me to make a reservation again later because they are busy until 6/17. I dont think its unprofessional to get a call like this all of a sudden after not being contacted for a week.So I called again and tried to make a reservation for a possible day, but they said they were busy and hung up the phone telling me to call again.
Does not return phone calls.Did not notify me that my clients vehicle was completed. While I was waiting to meet with a service advisor, I over heard another customer also complain about not getting a phone call about her vehicle being ready. Also, the service center rarely answers their call, always going to voicemail.
When I got there the 2 women didnt acknowledge me. When I did say something I got the hand..like wait. Although I did see one on the phone. I said pardon me I didnt see you were on the phone. When they finally got off..One walked off and got in a car without saying anything to me and the other said you are in the wrong place parts are on the other side.My thing is either one could have acknowledged me and said you need to go to the others side Although the door stated differently.Frustrating.....
Although Kim was nice and polite 10:30 - 1:49 was a long time just to hear you have to book service another day at another location. hope service will get better
What I re-learned today: it takes one bad apple to spoil the whole bag. My whole perception of All Honda’s was horrible due to this one bad apple that I kept getting. This service advisor did not pay attention to detail, was not communicative and just someone who I feel is all about making her commission. Now, the service manager, Bryan Anderson saw how bad my experience was that he reached out to me personally. The fact that Bryan called me to chat about my experience and to offer his help was what a Great Manager andBusiness should do.After our conversation, I re-learned to not let that one apple spoil the whole bag. Bryan absolutely was interested in what I had to say and my point of view. Will I be going back for another chance, absolutely. Everyone deserves a second chance as we all make mistakes. But def using a diff service advisor. Thank you Bryan for being considerate and passionate about your business and wanting to do right for your customers. If you are like me and had a bad experience with that one service advisor, give them another chance and use another service advisor! Thank you again, Bryan.
This is my first & last time I will have any vehicle serviced at any Heritage location. I just wanted an oil & filter change and multi-point inspection. It was recommended that I get the service shown on my dash B1. I know you have to charge for labor, but they charged me $101.25 to change the oil & filter including drain plug washer service, multi-point inspection, tire rotation, adding fuel cleaning system treatment. The total cost was $156.50. I was a damn idiot. THIS WAS A RIP-OFF.
My experience at this service center was horrendous. I truly feel disrespected. Not only was my time disrespected but so was my intelligence. Upon arrival I stated I had a small widow of time for my appointment and the service advisor named Tom assured me that I could get my problem fixed in my time frame as I had an appointment to go to afterwards. I went to sit down and I was given no updates, finally after an hour and a half I went to him to ask him what the status of my vehicle was as it had been 30 minutes past the time period and he said that my car had not even been touched yet, even though he had assured me earlier that it would be. If the services could not be performed in the time period I provided, he should’ve told me this at the beginning of my appointment. He was very unprofessional and apathetic, as he had multiple opportunities to let me know that my services could not be provided in that time period. I would never recommend that you bring your car here unless you have endless time to waste. Everyone else there was pleasant and respectful.

The service center provided professional and prompt service. The representative at Service and Parts, Lizz Cox, was extremely helpful, courteous and efficient, and attended to our needs immediately. She went out of her way to fix our issue with some parts for Honda Civic, saved us money and certainly exceeded our expectations.
I love this Honda. Theyre my new go to. They saved me so much money yesterday. Both my keys were on the brink of falling apart. I was originally quoted $227 for a new key at another Honda. When I called them back to schedule, it became $305. So I called Heritage, and they quoted me $170 + tax. I get there, and a wonderful employee (I didnt catch her name) said let me check to see if these could be repaired. They were repairable. So I spent only $106 to repair them. They saved me $200 dollars!
I took my 2002 Honda CRV in to have the passenger side air bag replaced due to a recall. The service department scheduled my appointment so that there was no one else in line. Quick drop off, and quick pick up. Efficient and pleasant.

I was pleasantly pleased with the service and quality of work I received. I went in for a standard oil change but once they reviewed my car the tech noticed a few other issues. My service rep Diane was extremely helpful by explaining the issues in depth, answered all my questions, and gave me pricing. I decided to wait on the additional services but plan to make another appointment.
Ive been taking my Honda here for years and Ill never take it anywhere else. Unlike most auto shops they never try to scam or sell you something you dont need done. Ive worked with Diane and Kim who are always just a pleasure to see. Very professional, timely, and honest. Highly recommend.

I’ve been taking my car to heritage Honda for several years now. It is convenient because I drop off my car and the shuttle driver Robert takes me to work and picks me up when the work is done.I dropped it off for maintenance yesterday and for a light bulb that affected the turn signal. Last night when I was driving the turn signal was still blinking fast so I returned to the shop and the technician apologized because they forgot to change the bulb and fixed it very quickly and I was able to go back to work. I’m glad I checked because in the past some work was done by them but the body shop found a problem that was related to their service months later but when I told the technician he challenged me to prove it with receipts etc. from them and from the body shop ; something very hard to do since I’m not a mechanic. He was more courteous this time and more considerate with the inconvenience it caused compared to last time. I will still take my car there for maintenance but will always double check that work they said was done is satisfactory.
Our Civic needed an emergency repair on a part we had replaced several months ago. The repair was covered by warranty at no cost to us. The car passed inspection, and we were able to sell it the next day. Diane has been terrific in helping us. And yes, our new car is a Honda.

Made an appointment for A1 service, to get AC fan noise diagnosed and fixed, and to fix 3rd row seat that would not stow. Made appointment ahead of time and booked for all day so that all the work could be completed. This required advanced planning of schedule.Unfortunately it didn’t go quite as planned. They called me at 1 pm and told me that they replaced the filters and cleaned out debris that got in the duct and that they’d have to get to the other system. So I said it is 1 pm, can you do that now. They said no despite me booking the entire day. And they are going to charge me another $130 to go into the other system and look at it.As for the 3rd row seat. Unfortunately they didn’t have the part and had to order it. That’s reasonable. But in the case of the fan, that’s not the case. They confirmed for me they had the part.On a side note, I thought it was all a little pricey. The cabin filter, oil change, cleaning AC duct cost $450 with online coupon. This is routine work that probably could have been done at a regular mechanic for much cheaper.
They were great. Diane was very professional and kept me informed on all the repairs needed and the costs. She went above and beyond with a promotional discount coupon. Van is running great and was completed in a timely manner.
Great staff. I really enjoyed working with Mr. Watts. He was completely understanding and helpful. Called for a fix on my 2017 Civic under warranty and apparently it was not an easy job. He got the part shipped over night and stayed til the last minute the next day to make sure I got my car in time for my trip the following day.

I went to Brooks Huff in Towson for a lot of my previous service and they tried to take advantage of me not knowing a lot about cars and car maintenance. I never feel like the people at Heritage are trying to scam me. The prices are reasonable for a dealership service center. Highly recommend.
Despite the COVID situation, the staff was pleasantly wearing their masks and took care of answering my questions and servicing my CRV. If they add a car wash and vacuum to the service I would give them 6 out of 5 stars. Awesome service today!
LOVE the service team here at Towson location.But pretty irritated at the lousy cable in the waiting room. Used to have a lot of channels to pick from but they must have moved to the cheapo cable and there was nothing to watch. No HGTV anymore. No nothing. Going to check and see what Anderson Honda has going on in Hunt Valley as soon as I leave here. You’re here for hours sometimes and it’s only good customer service to provide something decent to watch. No MASN and nothing else of interest either. Pretty sad Heritage Honda Towson!
I hate this place, my cousine went for a service in heritage Honda towson n they put his mainatanance record on my car . Now my car is having mileage rollback issue on carfax report . I emailed them about the issue n they don’t respond .I wish I can give them zero star.

I have been bringing my car here for some time now. Diane is always attentive and kind in getting my car in for service and done quickly. I typically am a walk-in but she does her best to accommodate or is honest on time frame.
As others have described, the service representative Diane is ultimately my reason for not being a customer at the Towson Service Center and is the reason for recommending others not to go to the location. Initially, with simple repairs, she got the job done. She was abrasive but ultimately would call to give time estimates. In terms of a low bar, she met the bar when it came to simple services or repairs. On having a more complicated issue, which occurred only when the car had been at the service center for a full day and ultimately was left undrivable, Diane was abrasive, failed to take time to describe what was the issue in a helpful way, and would consistently give a changing narrative, telling me my car would be ready in a week, then a day, then two days. I understand the job is stressful and activities related to repair are ever-changing, but Diane failed to meet the basic standard of even a moderate amount of kindness in any manner. She never apologized, recognized the frustrating nature of the process, or gave much detail about why the estimates had even changed. Ultimately, I do not trust her or this location in any of the services they offer. Diane is someone who can handle simple repairs, but who does not have skills or qualities which make her a helpful representative when it comes to helping with complicated issues. Although I could go to another representative, I have a deep level of distrust which I cannot overcome now that she has soiled the majority of my experiences at this location.

There is this perception that women are not safe going to get their car serviced because they are likely to be taken advantage of, however, this service center has shuttered this perception. I can confidently say I feel safe here despite not having any knowledge at all about auto parts and service. My service advisor always takes good care of me and i am truly glad i come here.
Im not sure how I feel about Heritage. I have gone there for service and been treated well, so I suggested that my son take his Honda there. However, a couple of Saturdays ago, he took his car there for an oil change. When he went to retrieve his car, the rear bumper had obviously been hit by a white car. He asked Diane about it, and she told him to come back the following Monday to look at tapes. He did as instructed, even though he had to take some time off from work to do so. He was told they hadnt reviewed the tapes and would not have the information until Thursday. He asked that the person who reviews tapes (John Donovan) call him and give him the information, which they agreed to do. He did not receive a call Thursday or any day. After leaving messages several times, he called again and was able to talk to John Donovan. Mr. Donovan told him they found nothing on the tapes.The car was not damaged when it went in for service, but was afterward. Obviously, a customer or employee damaged the car, but Heritage doesnt want to be responsible. I question the honesty of such a business and wonder if its other practice are honorable. I also dont know why my son wasnt able to review the tapes with Mr. Donovan. Since they know the time the car was serviced, it shouldnt be that difficult to locate the tape and review it.
I always experience excellent service from the Heritage group! This visit was no different. They were friendly and welcoming and paid detailed attention to my needs, my car was fixed quickly and correctly. I will return recommend the Heritage service center to others!

Customer service here is unmatched. The service advisors are completely transparent & communicative with everything from timing, delays, further work that needs to be done... Kim has been hands down the best, so is Allen! You’d think going to a dealership would be the most expensive, but generally speaking everything is reasonably priced, all with the guarantee from Honda.

Deanna was such a great help. I kept hearing a sound while driving my Elantra and needed to be seen quickly. I got an appointment the very next day. She kept in contact with me and notified me in no time about the problem. She is nice and consistent and she actually cares about the customers and take the initiative to go above and beyond. The people are nice which is why there are three stars and not one. I bring our car here for oil changes and it consistently takes three hours even when we arrive at our scheduled appointment time. I have also been told multiple things on the vehicle were in need of repair and when I had the car further inspected this was not the case.

Diane in the service center was competent and friendly. I was disappointed by another representative who was responsible for my last repair. As I described the cars behavior, the representative pessimistically replied that the cause of the problem would be difficult to diagnose. He did not give the impression that they would thoroughly examine the car in an attempt to diagnose. After leaving the car for repair at 7:30 am, I had still not received a phone call with an update on the cars status by 3:30 pm. I called and the representative explained that they had driven the car and found no problem. I asked if he had checked the cars computer for records of error. He had not, but said he would before I picked it up later. Checking the car computer should have been an early diagnostic test performed far before my phone call at 3:30 in the afternoon. Its dubious whether he performed any diagnostic tests given his lack of interest or concern. I would have appreciated confirmation that they performed tests and that they proactively reach out to me with an update on the vehicles status. Instead, Im doubtful they even took me or the issue with the vehicle seriously.
I go to Heritage Honda Towson for all of my car service needs and I work with Kim Brown as my service advisor. Shes is absolutely wonderful and Ive work with her for years. I believe Heritage does a thorough job for a relatively fair price as far as dealers go. I continue to go to Heritage when my Honda needs service.
Heritage Honda Service Center in Towson has the best service around! I have tried a few other centers and never had the excellent and friendly service that I get from Heritage Honda. Everyone from Diane who checked me in to the man who actually rode in the car with me to make sure he knew exactly what I needed fixed. They are thorough, honest, and friendly and I will never take my car anywhere else!

This is a really great dealer service location. I have been bringing my car to this location for service since I bought it in 2009. We are about to relocate to CA, and I can honestly say that this dealership is one of the things Im going to miss when were gone.This location has an enclosed service lane that allows me to drive my vehicle into the building and pull up right next to the service desk. The service specialists are knowledgeable, courteous, and care about the work they do. I can tell that they have good camaraderie and work well together, and that makes me feel very comfortable about my experience.I really appreciate that they give me a call before work is done to let me know if anything unexpected has popped up and needs to be addressed. The work is always done in a timely manner, and the technicians are always willing to patiently answer my questions. Most importantly, I always feel like Im being respectfully treated, and never talked down to or little ladied, something I hate.Another great thing about this service location is the shuttle service. Ive taken advantage of the service many times, so that I can leave my at the service center during the work day and dont have to worry about getting back there later in the day. Ive enjoyed chatting with Robert, the shuttle driver, who is always good company even though my trip to my workplace is only about five minutes long.I highly recommend this Honda service center. All of the staff here are wonderful and I always feel confident that my car is well maintained and that Im getting a fair price.

I’ve come to Heritage Hyundai Towson a few times before because I couldn’t just trust getting my vehicle serviced at other quick service stations. Upon entering I was greeted by Deanna right away and quickly addressed why I was there and provided me with great customer service and conversation while I was getting my vehicle checked in. Not only do I enjoy this place so much because you can make appointments online but they are efficient and really provide a great service. From being met with a friendly greeting, a comfortable waiting area, and getting your car vacuumed before you go. Heritage Hyundai has been one of, if not the best car service experience I’ve had.
I bought the Hyundai 2017 Elantra! I love the car. Stan was the salesperson that helped me. He was really nice and knowledgeable. Im so glad I got my car here and with Stan! Stan stayed after business hours on a week day just to help me and make sure I went home with my new car that same day I came in looking to buy a car! It was a great experience. I got a really good deal as well! I will definitely recommend this place to others!!

The day I came to the store I desperately needed work done and was feeling so overwhelmed with the day. But my experience here was amazing. My service advisor Allan watts helped me and gave me the best customer service! The facility is clean and neat and there is space for kids to play while the parents work. I bought a new car here in 2015. I purchased the platinum warranty package and the car care/service package to get my oil changed for the 100,000 mile warranty or so I thought. From the moment I pulled off the lot I had nothing but horrible experiences with the finance and service staff. I had a battery issue mid 2017 and had to pay for a new battery. This should have been covered in my platinum warranty package. They graciously (sarcasm) gave me a small discount on the battery. When I would take my car for oil changes they told me I had to pay for tire rotations, which I am just finding out is included in my package, and the service would take up to 4 hours when I would indicate I was waiting at the dealership. Additionally, the staff was always rude, annoyed, and showed an extreme lack of knowledge. I was having transmission issues last week and was dreading taking my car to the dealership for service because I didn’t want the stress of the fight. Now for the good......I booked my service and was absolutely delighted when I arrived. My advisor was Deanna Parks and she was FABULOUS!! She was very nice, friendly, incredibly helpful and her follow up was great. She provided me with a rental car at no cost, which I was previously charged for when I had my battery issue. She encouraged me to go see finance for clarification on my warranties. I met with Pablo Rodriguez (finance manager) and he was equally amazing. He informed me that I was charged unjustly on my previous visits and would rectify the situation. He clarified my warranties and offered to help me in anyway down the road.I have never left that dealership feeling anything but frustration, anger, and completely abused until this Monday. I actually hugged the staff, thanked them, and left smiling!!! The previous staff was replaced and the dealership couldn’t have made a better business decision doing so. Thank you to Deanna and Pablo!!

The young lady at the front desk, Abby, was nothing short of welcoming and friendly while my service was being done. I’ve been coming to this location since I purchased my car that I love in 2015. As a huge Uber driver my car means the world to me and this service has always been pretty good. Today I met a new advisor Deanna Parks during an impromptu visit to the shop. She turned my frustration around quickly with her warm knowledgeable personality. She quickly identified my issue and saved me money from spending unnecessary dollars. Since my last favorite advisor left this location I am so happy to find someone I could completely trust and has me looking forward to coming here to keep my car at peak performance! I would recommend all my friends and family to come here for sure.
I absolutely love the service center in Towson Diane is so sweet and polite always welcoming everyone with a smile and excellent customer service. Brian has worked on several of my cars and always has them done in a timely manner and always has it fixed on the first visit everyone at heritage Honda Towson is always making sure their customers are satisfied. By far this is the cleanest most polite welcoming shop I have ever been to
This location is better and faster. I prefer this location over the Parkville store. The team here is friendly and helpful. You guys do a great job!
I experienced a problem with my car for about a year. They took the time to diagnose the problem and relied on the expertise of a master technician to determine the cause. They corrected the problem and allowed me to solely determine the any additional repairs. I have received consistent service since 2005.
Ive had to service my fiances Honda Civic at this location and each time i go there, a lady by the name Abby always seems to be there and does a fantastic job assisting me with choosing a specific service. She is always upbeat and cheerful to help and that is a much needed quality in customer service. Heritage Honda Towson Service Center Rocks!!!
I came once to get an oil change and have been coming here ever since. Great service and friendly employees. Will even let you talk directly to the tech if you are truly concerned with car repairs
I am a Hyundai customer and couldn’t get an appointment for an oil change with Hyundai since they didn’t have any available so they scheduled me with Hodna heritage. They were super quick and polite and treated me like one of their customers. They were actually quicker than the Hyundai service center!
Our entire family has owned Heritage Honda vehicles for more than 20 years and always had them serviced at Heritage in Towson. Kim is a fantastic service writer, and I always look for her when I come in...but I worked with Crystal for the first time today and shes every bit as good. I also needed the shuttle service for the first time today, with Robert Lee at the helm. Robert is personable, prompt, and professional..and one of those folks you feel like youve known for years as soon as you meet him. Shout out too to the cashier (I didnt her her name)...so efficient and pleasant!
Ruth at Towson Honda is wonderful. I think she should get some recognition. She works the cashier desk and is always so friendly and helpful! Gets me out of there very quickly too when I need to rush back to work!
I had an emergency today and called at noon. They told me to come in right away...the same day! A part is needed, it will be overnighted and my car will be ready tomorrow for my important appointments the next two days. The woman in service that helped me was wonderful...in both professional ways and personal ones. She had Robert shuttle me home. He was pleasant, polite and a safe driver. What more could you want from a service department? This was not my first experience at Honda Towson...thats why I keep going back.
I believe my help came from Tom yesterday who was a one man show. He was the only one working when I arrived and others as well. Great service, pleasant and informative.
Ruth was very helpful, always has a smile on her face and makes visiting Towson Heritage Honda a wonderful place to be. Dianne is very caring and always makes sure my car is in the best and safest condition. This dealership treats every guest like family and I will continue to visit this lovely establishment.
I loved the service here! Especially when i went to the cashiers desk to pay! I loved the service cashier Abby (evening cashier) she was such a delight and had a bright smile that lit up the room. Her service was excellent. I will definitely return!

My wife was in for an oil change and tire rotation on Saturday. The service rep Diane gave not helpful at all in answering questions. We currently own a Honda Odyssey and a Honda Accord. We have been loyal customers for over 10 years and this is not the first time we have expirenced poor service. We are searching currently for a new place to have our Hondas serviced.
I had a great experience at Honda Towson. The customer service there was exceptional. Abby went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. She politely gave me great suggestions and advice that was so helpful in the end. I highly recommend Abby Karanja for any new customers out there.
