I been going to pars about 3 years never had any issues with my truck, so its always been regular maintenance, but everytime I go they would recommend an additional service that cost more than the service I came for, I would get the additional service because I trusted them, last week my truck was shaking when I come to a stop, so I took it to pars for what I think is bad brakes and rotors, they tell me yes the brakes and rotors are bad along with the lower control arms and bushings were bad and I would need a 4 wheel alignment, the control arms would cost 1200 a piece and with the alignment and brakes a total cost of 3100.00, I told them I would have to think about it because that was alot of money to spend, they charge me 120 dollars for telling me what was wrong and I left, on my way to get my daughter from school I saw another mechanic shop that had a sign up that said free estimates, so I stop in to see how much they would charge for the control arms, they inspected it and said nothing was wrong with the control arms or bushings, I simply needed brakes and rotors, so I let them fix the brakes and sure enough no more shaking and my truck drove great, thank goodness there are still some honest mechanics out here, but Pars is definitely not one of them, they probably been charging be for additional services that I didnt need this whole time,maybe they treat other people differently, but this was my experience with them

Service is excellent. Prices are good. When you can get an oil change for 1/3 less than dealership, thats always a bargzin. They work on high end cars. Mercedes, beamer, Lexus etc.

A friend of mine recommended that I use them once and I did. After that first time, I was easily a customer. Recently, my car required more than what I wanted to pay but they offered me a couple alternatives. Ive even got my mother taking her car there. I appreciate good, honest, old fashioned work in this day and age - which they offer. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that has a Mercedes and may not want to, or, not in a place to pay what the dealership requires. You will not be disappointed.

Ive been there a couple times with my mothers car and mine. they have always been very helpful therefore I have no complaints. when I had a car accident AAA towed my car there and in a few days my car was good to go. They are fair with prices and do a good job. I highly recommend going there. :)

BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!I Can’t believe Im writing this review after years of years of trusting Pars! if I had an idea how dishonest This guy is and how he screwed me over and over I would never spend a penny.On My last oil change, couple weeks ago, he gives me a list of items that I need to do with over $1500 of the cost! had to get the second opinion from two different places, it was confirmed that Nothing was wrong with my car and he was cheating.

This is a very trust worthy mechanic shop. Ive been taking three cars here for 7 years or so and have never had a negative experience or have never felt taken advantage of. Highly recommended!

Occasionally, there will be a job that is more than I want to take on, or requires specialized equipment, like a front-end alignment for example. I could not be happier with the service I get at Pars. Their customer service is first-rate, honest and they are very knowledgeable. Do not hesitate to take your car to Pars.

These guys are some of the most honest mechanics out there, they deal with complicated car models and will tell you what they think is the best choice for you, even if it does not result in high sale for them. Repairing cars is not simple as 2+2=4, when it comes down to honesty I do not recommend anybody else. I have a Honda and my dad has a Mercedes and we have been going to them for years.

Ramin and his staff have been working on my vehicle for the past 5 years. He and his staff are very professional and HONEST people. He is very detailed pertaining to explaining the issues with your vehicle. He makes sure you know whats going on with your car. If you think you are having a issue with your car and its something he thinks you can wait to get fixed at a later time, he will tell you and not just let you spend money unnecessarily. If its a problem that is to difficult for their diagnostic computers or his staff to perform, he will honestly suggest you take your car to the dealer for a more in depth diagnostic. Most mechanics will do the job anyways knowing they dont have the competence to do so just to get money. Ramin also works hard to get you the best price he can for parts and labor. Ive always gotten DEALER parts on my car. I will continue to take my vehice to Ramin and his staff as long as they are in charge of Pars. I have since informed my other friends and family about the quality customer service that Pars Auto Service offers to ALL their clients.

Great customer service and very knowledgeable mechanics. I have been taking my cars to Pars Auto Services for the past 10 years.

This is the WORST auto mechanic place that I have EVER taken my car to. Please DO NOT USE this place. They performed an improper diagnostic on my vehicle and after paying almost 800 dollars my car and four days later, my car stopped working. They refused to cover the parts that burned up my alternator and that were under warranty. I highly suggest you use any other mechanic.
