The service i got from this shop on my BMW M sport was very good. From the honest and very easy going owner to the helpful and kind technicians, id say they are my number one option when it comes to any service i need on any of my cars. And i would recommend this shop to anyone that is in need of automotive service and has doubts about the care for their cars and at a very reasonable price. Ok so I dont normally take time to write a bad review, and I will say that they are extremely friendly, however after my experience with them I feel it would be an injustice to others not to warn them of what happened when I went here. About a month ago I brought my car to fusion to get an oil change. I called and to see if they had availability that day and they told me they did, then they asked if I had a groupon, to which I responded that I was planning on purchasing one since they had availability, to which they said that they would honor the groupon price if I just brought in the car in, which I was fine with. I brought my car in and told them to call when they were finished and I went on my way. I had some things to take care of and because I wasnt sure when the shop closed or if I would return in time I called several times, to no avail, to see when the shop closed and, if they did closed before I could return, if I could pay by phone and simply have them put the keys under the mat. I was a little irritated because it was a friday and if they didnt respond I might be stuck with my car there all weekend, but I let it go b/c I understood that it was a Friday (before Thanksgiving mind you) and I knew that they were probably swamped that day. I was relieved to find out when I got there that they were still open, paid for my services, which they actually discounted because they were having issues with their card machine and I was willing to pay cash, and thought that I liked them and would most likely come back. About an hour after picking up the car I got a call from the main office manager, who wasnt there when I picked up the vehicle, who apologized for not calling me to let me know the car was done, which I thought was kind of him. He then went on to say that he noticed some issues with the car that he believed should be taken care of asap and he gave me an estimate of over $1000. Now Im not a car guy, but I am mechanically inclined and if its not too much of a hassle I will do a lot of work myself if I have the time. So when he started with telling me my spark plugs and air filters needed to be replaced I immediately knew that he was trying to up charge me with unnecessary services because less than 3 wks prior I had personally changed the spark plugs and both the intake and cabin filters. He then went on to tell me that I should replace my transmission fluid as soon as possible along with the transmission mount. Not being familiar with how to do this I told him I was not gonna be getting that work done right away, but being that I knew that the filters and spark plugs werent true I honestly wanted a second opinion. After doing some research I realized that my vehicle has a sealed transmission, which means that my transmission fluid is good for the life of the vehicle, just to be sure tho I brought my vehicle into the dealership to do a check, to which they said everything was just fine.Now I understand that this guy is probably expected to bring in more sales, tho I dont agree with the ethics behind their methods. However, this in and of itself is not why I am choosing to writing this review. The reason for my review is that a couple of days ago, and only a thousand miles in, my oil change indicator light is coming on, which does not come on at intervals but when the sensor notices that the condition of the oil going through the motor actually needs changing. This is disappointing considering I did pay for a full synthetic oil change and this means that either they used the wrong oil or they never changed the oil at all. Clearly I wont be returning here but I wanted to forewarn anyone who was considering using them.

Let me start off with saying that these guys are truly amazing. My car was in an accident 2 weekago and it was really messed up the entire right right side had been t boned and everywhere I went they told me it would cost me 4 to 5k. It was looking really hopeless for me until I stumbled upon them. They looked at the car and told me they would be able to completely restore it a to z for 2k. At first I was sceptical but I took a chance on them and I left my car with them. They gave me a 2 week time limit. Today I got a call from them and when I came to pick it up it was like as if I was picking up a brand new car. Im so happy I brought my car here I would highly recommend these guys from anything from body work to an oil change.

Very incopetent charged for for services not rendered. .will.not recommend any one to use their services. Bad costomer service. Not honest try to get you do services on your car. Problems that doest not exits. Pls pls pls get a second opinion before you allowed them to do any repair on your . Very dishonest people most expecially d maneger. Be careful.they will take you to d cleaner.
