I am really happy with the service I received from G&G garage doors. I had called another place and they wanted to charge me over $1000 but G&G was able to come out same day and install a top quality system for me for $650. From the moment I called and spoke with Blanca on the phone, I was given unparalleled, dedicated customer service. The installer Brian, arrived on time & made sure to advise me on my options for fixing my existing door or installing a new system. I chose the latter, install took about 2 hours, he cleaned up his work area and gave me great instructions on how to use the system. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and they exceeded my expectations. I absolutely recommend G&G GARAGE DOORS!!

The entire experience went smoothly!Great customer service- initial appraiser Tom was excellent!Scheduling was excellent!Installer Brian was excellent!Only issue which is very upsetting to me was the lack of materials to seal sides of garage.Not an issue with the installation or staff but due to lack of supplies!However, now I’m concerned that follow up to complete this will be put on back burner cause everyone has other appointments to complete. but that’s my fear/ not a reality so I’ll see what happens and update this review!

I’ve been using G&G for well over 25 years. I’ve referred hundreds of homeowners and builders to them. None were disappointed. Johnny and his assistant were great. Kind, thoughtful, thorough and professional. They asked and were able to arrive earlier.The job was complete in less than an hour. They followed up, making sure I understood all the mechanisms. They reminded me about the warranty, and taught me how to lubricate when needed. The assistant made sure my existing equipment wss oiled today.Im sorry I didnt catch his name. But he was complimentary of his boss and co worker.Completely satisfactory service and nice, efficient guys.

We love the door but there is a gap on the right side that we told the estimator about. The concert is uneven as we learned from the installation of our old door. The correct bottom molding was not ordered so we have to wait two weeks or so to get the rubber piece. Also, the door is nosier than our old door. A neighbor stopped by and got a business card after viewing the two doors on our block. We are waiting to see how helpful customer service will be.

Best customer service ever. My garage door was installed on 08/17/2021. On the following day there was an issue with the censor and I called the office and the receptionist was so kind and so accomodating to the problem and next thing I know a technician was at my home. He explained the problem to me as I looked on. He was very courteous. Problem solved and that made me a very happy customer. G&G was very affordable and they had a way better deal than Mesa garage Co. I would recommend you anytime to all my friends with garage issues. 👌💯

Technician was sensitive to pre scheduled time--called to inform running behind. When arrived, he informed us of all necessary details, worked efficiently, and after completed job he told us what he did, how we need to maintain garage doors, reminded us to send in for warranty. Our technician was well qualified; at least with the completeness of explanations that we had on the following subjects:1. Our 30 yr old double door had a split starting a the top of the middle seam and traveling down the middle of the double garage. At some point we were at risk of the door “falling apart.”2. Anyway, the risk associated with the garage door itself meant that he could not add a piece of equipment to the motor that enhances our risk of using the defective door.3. That led to our consideration of replacing the doors and the openers for a more unified and standardized system.This will take us time. One of us is a researcher and the other specializes in cost containment. Either way we feel well informed by Chris and we expect to hear from the sales staff next week.

Competitive price.They communicated when they were a bit late.The Tech was polite, thorough and explained what he did.I had two other companies who came to my house and were absolute scam artists. Claiming repairs that were not needed; used the exact same up sell claiming because I had a heavy, insulated door I needed the upgraded springs costing $1200! At the G & G show room, I was able to see exactly what the glass door I wanted would look like and how it would function. The lady who came to the house to measure was super experienced and I was confident in her measurements and the fit. The door arrived 6 weeks after the order. Installation was smooth and very professionally done by Jon and Estiban. They were polite and did a fantastic job of the installation. I needed to have the garage door springs replaced since one of them had broken after 20 years of service. the technician was professional, knowledgeable and efficient in his task and completed the job quickly. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.

On Friday received a call to schedule the appointment for the following Tuesday between 10:00 and 12:00. The technician, Miguel, called when he was about 15 minutes away and was at my home at 10:30. He proceeded to introduce himself and got to work. He was fast, polite and informative as to the workings of the garage door opener he was installing. Finished in about an hour, cleaned up said thank you for your business and was on his way. A truly professional, fast and delightful experience.

Showed up without a mask, we were fully masked. I asked if she was vaccinated, she answered that she was not. I asked if she minded wearing a mask, she said she did, but that she would. While walking back to her car to get one she asked if I was vaccinated, when I said yes then she proceeded to ask why it mattered then. I then had to explain to a complete stranger that I was immunocompromised. The fact that its too inconvenient for her to wear a thin piece of cloth over her face unless I justify it by revealing confidential information means a lot.Its called common courtesy. Respect strangers by trying to protect them, not demanding they justify themselves. Assume everyone has only half a lung like me and maybe that its worth the small price of wearing a mask. I have a life threatening disease and envy anyone whos biggest concern is that they just dont want to be inconvenienced by a thin mask.This says a lot about them, and therefore I wont be doing business with them.

Brian showed up the same day I called! other places told me not till Saturday.. and it was Wednesday! Plus G&GG did an A++ job! Very satisfied I would recommend.

I had such an awesome experience with G&G garage door company. They replaced an older unit with a genie silent max, come to find out they installed my old genie pro max unit 16 years earlier, which held up great over the years it was just time for a safer quieter unit. This is a company that has been around for quite some time and continues to provide value and great service throughout the years! The entire process was fine. Scheduling for a quote and install was quick and easy. I had two issues throughout the process. First, I was told I would receive a phone call when the guy was on his way to my house for install and never received any call. Second, the guy who came for final install asked for a check for final payment stating that there would be an additional charge if I used my credit card to pay via their link. I made the full payment via the provided link and was never charged any additional fee. I can only imagine why he was asking for a personal check...In reading other reviews, I see others were assisted with setting up the phone app, however when we asked about assistance, we were told to figure it out ourselves.

Ernie showed up when he said he would and did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with my opener as well as adjusted the spring on my door so the opener works beautifully. He did this all in under an hour. Very pleased.

Unlike other garage door companies, I did not sense that she was a yes man :-) to secure my business. Despite G & G being the broad local installer of Clopay for Home Depot (which I didnt know until after I had solicited their help), Nancy was very real and seemed genuinely interested in getting me what I wanted. The staff at G & G, and the installers, too, were all quality individuals and performed as you would expect from a first rate establishment. I am an electrical engineer by profession, and very exacting about what I want. I was very satisfied with what I received from G & G and Clopay. And, as an added bonus, my installers, Jon and Brian, left me (accidentally) with a heavy duty crowbar, which I hope they will be dropping to reclaim :-).

Our door spring broke and G & G was able to fit us in the very next business day for replacement. Eric came out and replaced both springs in less than an hour. Were very happy with G&G and will definitely use them for all our garage door issues.

Great service and communication! I had a garage door issue pop up over the weekend; called first thing on Monday, and they were at my home to fix it within 4 hours. Parts weren’t immediately available but they got the door working while things are on order. I’d recommend these guys any day, and wish all businesses were run this efficiently.

I called G&G garage doors and got my service for the same day. I was given a 12-2pm window and Jorge was here at noon.Mr garage door opener was repaired and service promptly and now runs again. So nice and quiet after the service. I also loved that I wasnt asked to replace the entire motor but just the burnt out capacitor was replaced.I love using this company and would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

Quick and efficient installation of a new Liftmaster - fully set up and ready to go! Super communicative installer who answered all the questions I had.

Our opener was showing excessive opening force and after noticing the G&G sticker indicating that they installed it - I decided to give them a call. The receptionist was nice and friendly and offered an appointment the same week. I was notified by email and text message of the upcoming appointment. The service technician stated that it needed a recalibration and a tune up - basically he adjusted the springs and sprayed lube on all of the rollers/bearings. Tune up costs $95 - he was at our house no longer than about 30mins. The door no longer makes loud creaking noises and the error code is gone! Great service, prompt and friendly. Would recommend.

Im just adding a plug for G&G Garage Door Co. My garage door was stuck closed (jammed behind a piece of drywall) and I had NO access inside. Plus the opener mechanism had been acting erratically. The G&G guys came out on time and, after some initial head-scratching, quickly figured things out and had the door raised and all opener anomalies sorted out in short order. Nice guys, good workers, reasonable. I would definitely use them again.
