Would highly recommend them to anybody in the market for a new garage door or for repairs.We somewhat recently purchased our home, and one of the renovations we needed to make was replacing the beaten up, old garage door and noisy, outdated opener.Scheduling was easy. James answered, and was able to schedule a meet at my house later in the afternoon. I had an idea of what we wanted, and James brought catalogs from their vendors for me to choose from. He was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions regarding the differences between our options, and made great recommendations in areas I hadnt considered.Delivery and install was available earlier than the estimate, and James was able to get things done ahead of schedule. Installation was quick and clean, and James ensured that we were all set up with the programming of the door for wifi, our phone apps, Homelink in our vehicles, and the Homelink repeater in the garage before he left. No shortcuts were taken, despite some unique features of the construction of our garage, and James had the knowledge required to adapt the installation to work out perfectly.We experienced a manufacturers defect in the opener, and James went above and beyond the call of duty (on a holiday weekend) to get it replaced quickly, so that we werent left hanging.Throughout the entire process of ordering, manufacture, and installation, James kept up appraised of status via text, and was always easy to reach by phone/text.We wouldnt hesitate to recommend James and ABC Garage Door to friends or family, and will return to them when the time comes to replace the door/opener on other properties. The ABC crew are so quick to respond and are really nice guys. Car was stuck in the garage on a Sunday morning and James was at my house and had it fixed before 10am. They diagnoses the problem and solve it without fail. 5 stars, no doubt.

I had a problem with my garage door. my Spring broke 8:00 at night.i called a couple companies for prices on a broken spring and ABC gave me the best price. James came out fixed my door within a hour and also serviced my door and made it quieter. Highly recommend he did a good job.

A torsion spring broke on my garage door in the morning. Called ABC Garage Door after getting a quote from a local competitor. James at ABC beat their quote by $200! He was available an hour later unlike the other company that couldn’t fit me in for 2 days. He even gave me a courtesy call when he was on his way. He replaced the broken spring, the other intact spring, upgraded the wheels for quieter operation and replaced cracked brackets all for $80 less than the other company’s quote just for the torsion springs! 1 year warranty on parts and labor.
