He personally came to my location and measured the next day. Because my windows/glass are outdated there were specific requirements the glass in my front door needed so it had to be ordered. I figured that meant having to wait until the following week especially with the 3-day weekend but to my surprise it was ordered and installed within 2 days after the holiday! What a great company! One of my workers broke a tempered tinted glass and I really needed to have a company out there to fix it ASAP. In reaction to all the fireworks this year, the stressed out dog ran through the sliding glass door which had been just recently closed. The Glass Guru team quickly came out and during the process of replacing the glass, discovered that several aspects of the door (including the glass itself) were improper (which is why I was having problems with the door even before it was broken). The Glass Guru team really took the time to try and correct all the errors the previous home owners made during the prior sliding door install and when it got to the point that the existing door just couldnt be made to work normally, they gave me a great price on a new door which was installed professionally and quickly.

I a very wonderful replacement glass for my curio experience with the Glass Guru Corey.He came by on a Tuesday and the next day, my curio display case had its brand new tempered glass door.My old glass door had cracked...Corey informed me it should of been tempered glass for safety reason. I called Cory at The Glass Guru of Torrance yesterday afternoon because the front door of my business fell out because the wind keeps blowing the glass door open and has broken the the parts that hold it in. Cory understood that I could not lock my store until it was repaired. Cory and his guy were out with in the hour and made a rush out to the factory to get some parts custom made for the repair. He was back in time to re-install the door as well as the self closer so that this wont happen again. After dealing with a number of less than stellar subcontractors due to a recent house fire, I am able to spot a good sub nearly immediately. Corey and his team at The Glass Guru came in yesterday and fixed my two sliding doors as best they can; these people are definitely good subcontractors. One of my doors needs to be replaced (the door frame is corroded through) and he/team did what they could to improve opening/closing. The other slider had its rollers replaced, the frame cleaned and greased with silicon grease; the slider now glides again like new!!I highly recommend The Glass Guru and will go back to them when we plan to replace the corroded slider.

Corey is very manipulative and deceiving. He charges twice as much as other glass companies we received quotes from and told us a bunch of lies as to the labor that needed to be done. I dont recommend this company. Call Dandoy, or Discount glass ....they are much more reliable than this guy.

Needed to have 3 broken windows repaired. Cory contacted me within 10 minutes of my call and I received an estimate for cost and schedule the same day. The repairs were completed a few days later without any issues. The work area was cleaned up and the workmanship was excellent. Cory was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions.

I am so impressed with Cory of The Glass Guru of Torrance! The professionalism, promptness and craftsmanship related to our project was top notch. Cory is a man of his word with a lovely personality and goes above and beyond! Simply, the BEST!

Three of our double pane windows were covered with spots between the panes. There was no way to just wash them away. We called Glass Guru to find out what needed to be done to remedy the problem. Corey came out the next day, right on time, and explained what had caused the problem and how it could be fixed. Unfortunately all that could be done was to replace all the glass, but Corey offered a very fair price. Three days later Corey and his assistant replaced all the window panes (3 windows, top and bottom, 2 panes each for a total of 12 panes) in just a few hours. The windows look fantastic, and I couldnt be happier with the work that was done, the timeliness of the two visits to the house (Im used to waiting around an hour or two for service people to show up; not this time), and the price we paid. I will recommend Glass Guru to any of my friends, and I wont hesitate to call them again for any future window problems.

My older vinyl Anderson bay window has been BB-Gun shot awhile ago. Most of the people we called told us to replace the entire bay window, we thought it was unreasonable. I am so happy to have found Corey from The Glass Guru. I left him a message about the problem, he called back within a day. When he came out, he was comfortable that he could fix it and gave us a sound quote, and we were so relieved. He came out the 2nd time to about 1 week out to put it in for us. However, there was a small glitch that the glass was a tad too small, and he had to order a new pane. He was honest, upright, and professional to explain it was an unforeseeable situation on my particular older model, and he was willing to work with us on the cost for another glass. He came out the 3rd time and fixed it in a jiffy. He and his helper Jose installed and cleaned the glass. I would definitely recommend him and use his service again.

Corey and his team fixed a double pane French window that had fogged up inside. When he got here he identified some other problems on the adjacent windows and showed me how the wood had rot. He spent time inspecting and brought in a wood specialist who also came to provide an estimate. He got to work and as they took some of the old wood out, there was more rot than anticipated. They fixed it all and even though it took longer to fix, he kept to the estimate which he didnt have to do. Corey also came by during the project 2 times (same day) and also after the wood specialist finished to do a final inspection. Corey was on top of everything and I never felt like he wasnt going to get the job done or if he was going to overcharge me. Will definitely hit Corey up for other glass/window projects going forward.
