My husband and I were very impressed with Smart Window. We looked at many companies. Smart Windows wasn’t the cheapest but they had better quality product and professionals. The presentation of our different options was very informative. And they told us what to look out for even if we didn’t choose them. Installation went smooth. The installers were efficient and showed us how everything worked. The windows are great. They’re so beautiful and the little slide up ones I got for the back are bcrazy cool! They have these nifty locking mechanisms. We used to use a stick. I’m just sad we didn’t get them for the entire house. We will definitely come back to Smart Windows.

Their product is great at insulating for weather and noise. We live on a busy street and the noise reduction was immediately noticed. Made the process easy. Great window, good price (competitive and best bid I had if three for the windows I had replaced). Communication was good start to finish, and certainly with an added focus on kind, professional customer service. Scheduling was as easy as a text for me - crew showed up on time, know knocked out install while we continued to work from home. Nothing but positives here on what is...well let’s face it, not the most exciting thing - replacing windows! Haha. Props to the entire Smart Window Team. I was nervous this company was a scam because of how affordable they are and they were so kind and not pushy, so I thought, what’s the catch? There is no catch. LOVE my windows! They are the highest quality that Home Depot showed me but half the price. The installers were super respectful of my furniture and garden that was outside one of the windows (which I was nervous about but they were so careful!) I have nothing bad to say about this company honestly. I’m recommending them to everyone I know and if you have any questions you can even email me lol I’m not getting paid or compensated in any way for this review, I truly just really appreciated the honesty, helpfulness, and affordability of this company. Lastly, as a woman, I felt like a few companies we looked at tried to rip me off based on their assumption that I didn’t know anything about windows or home repair (they’d be right) and this company didn’t do that at all.

This company was nothing but great impression from the time they contacted me up to the day they completed the project. They kept me updated every step of the way. Once the materials were shipped they wasted no time in sending their crew to complete the installation. The crew effectively carried out their timeline of 4 hours to install 2 windows and glass sliding door in a very systematic fashion. They worked fast but not hasty or sloppy with their tasks. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure there are no debris left in the area. The project was satisfactorily executed. Our neighbors were impressed as well that prompted a couple of them to get the company’s information for consideration in the near future. We had new windows and doors installed by The Smart Window Company recently and we were extremely impressed with the entire process. From the Zoom meeting to review the process and their products to the installation. We even had a minor hiccup but didn’t pay a penny until the installation was completed and we were happy. Customer service is top notch. We have already recommended them to neighbors.

Smart Window Company was really fantastic! I had a Zoom chat with Tony, and we talked through what I needed done. He walked me through all the features on his products, and gave me a really reasonable quote. The windows arrived from the factory early and we were able to set up the installation the next day. The crew were quick, professional, and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. There was a minor issue with mismatched window locks, and they came back and remedied the issue. I would highly recommend Smart Windows if you need replacement windows!! They are great!!!

First of all, I would like to express how happy I am with the service Tom provided for me. He was very detailed in explaining the window warranty which is amazing. Tom took the time to come to my house after my windows were installed to make sure the job was done right. He made sure I was satisfied for the windows and work performed. Quite a life changing experience, moving from single pane aluminum frame windows to the dual pane. The Smart Window Company was a pleasure to work with and from all the quotes and sales people we dealt with their slimmed down-higher quality standard options was quite a relief. The installation was amazingly quick and completed in a single day with the interior trim installed right after. Their installer even came by the next day to make some adjustments that were needed. I also appreciated that they were able to install the trim on the few windows we did not have replaced. I would total go with them again, and will use them for the next window project.

After moving into my condo I was dying to replace the frosted glass louver windows—they don’t seal out noise or dirt, and they don’t let in much light! I got bids from 3 local window vendors to replace my bedroom and bath windows, and Smart Windows came right in the middle, which was impressive considering they make a point of carrying a high quality American-made product. Had a consultation w them to fine tune the window types available, a guy came to professionally measure the windows, the windows were custom made (about 4 weeks) and then they were installed in a morning! Very happy with the result.

From sales to installation this was a great experience. Our salesman, David, was low pressure and we did it all over Zoom. Didn’t have to go through the in-home sales pitch which I really appreciated. The installation was a breeze as well. Tom and his team were courteous and professional. Tom went above and beyond to help with our blinds. He didn’t have to but he helped greatly. Highly recommend these folks.

The sales presentation was succinct and low key, the windows arrived when they said they would, the windows are beautifully made and perform as promised, the expert installers were prompt, tidy and efficient, and the price was fair and competitive.

The staff (on both the sales side and installation side) were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly- a real pleasure working with them. Installation was right on schedule, quick and efficient. The installation team made sure to follow safety protocols (masking, etc.) and did a get job of cleaning up once the window installation was completed. The presentation prior to hiring was a little long even though I had told them I was interested in only a door (our windows were recently changed by the houses previous owners) but other than that I love our new door, Smart Window Company did a great job. The glass feels like it actually helps keep the wind out and I feel so much safer having a deadbolt locking system. I didnt even know glass doors could have a dead bolt! Smart Window Company was prompt to install the door once they received it, they do warn you it does take a few weeks when you are placing the order. Installation took a day, they were prompt, polite, and clean. Cant ask for anymore from a company.

Really professional! The quality of the windows is excellent and I was very impressed with the crew who showed up on time, kept things super clean, and really knew their job. It went very quickly and easily. The whole process from estimate to completion was seamless.

I could not be more happier with my choice to use Smart Window Company. I built an ADU on my property and needed windows and 2 huge sliding glass doors. I received a bid from another company and found these guys on yelp and called on a Friday evening to get a second bid and I’m so glad I did! Not only were they less expensive their windows were better, had more design choices and they came up with a great solution that included a transom. After installed it’s clear these doors are the highlight of the space! From the beginning of the process through installation they were flawless. Not only did I not give them enough time but I ordered a window incorrectly and they fixed it for me with no questions. During this process I’ve had to work with a lot of vendors and hands down Smart Windows was the best and have already recommended to a couple friends.

I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get windows installed in my house with Smart Window Company. There was none of the typical nonsense Ive had to endure from other home improvement companies. Getting my roof replaced a few years ago was a nightmare, but I wont name any names here. Ill just say if youve ever worked with any home improvement contractors, youll know most of them are a pain to work with. Smart Window is easy to work with, straightforward, honest, knowledgeable, and offers very low prices (I shopped around and found this to be true).
