All the team members in ECC are very nice always attentive to everyones needs.

I wish I could give a zero star. The staff member who was on the phone with me has zero customer service skill. She was rude, and disrespectful. Also, if you have a scholarship dont exchange it into book vouchers because they will treat you like thats not your money and make you wait really long for your order to be processed. The online system is bad as well because it doesnt tell you that your order has been declined by an error. Instead, it put the status to hold ( or new) and the only way you can know that your order has been declined is to give them a call. I will never buy anything from this bookstore again.

Old white man working the register kept taking off his mask. Aside from just being plain rude he was totally unprofessional.

Fastest College bookstore I have ever been too. Every one is friendly. Fast lines. Small, has just what you need to start your semester. Clothing is cool. Go warriors.

You cant take a backpack or purse in there. They have lockers outside but theyre mostly broken so you have to leave your stuff outside and hope it doesnt get stolen

Love bookstores and love this one devoted to kids. Helpful staff. Great selection of books and toys and the odd gift. I always stop here when shopping for a good kids gift. My most recent purchase, however, was a puzzle for myself.

ECC is a changing place but the bookstore remains a hub for student textbooks and a good resource for those just interested in learning or reviewing an academic subject. Prices continue to creep upward, despite some of the books being loose-leaf (i.e. not bound). Online booksellers are cheaper, but student employees claim that this store has all the latest editions.

It would be great if colleges used Openstax as an alternative to buying expensive textbooks. El Caminos book store has reasonable prices.

Its a good place for a quick get in/get out if you know what youre looking for while on campus. The staff are friendly, and the service is quick. Yeah, I noticed some people have said that stuff is expensive here. To be honest though, I cant really complain. All Ive bought so far was a used textbook and a hoodie; kinda wish it wasnt like $28 with the tax for a hoodie though, but hey itll be useful when its constantly cold during the day & I can actually wear it. Other than that, its a good place

Well, what do you expect, overpriced textbooks and condiments. And selling it back, out of the question.Seriously, for the most part, just come here for snacks, paperback books, scantrons and school supplies (or clothes, no ones stopping you).Everything else, go anywhere else love, unless you got that scholarship money. :)The staff here are always welcoming.But they wont let you in with your backpack or purse, so, have a quarter to seal your stuff in the lockers outside I guess...7/10 will probably come back if I feel like it.

Has most to all materials needed for your classes and even some for personal needs and wants. The staff is ready to help and will always check for you if they have what you need in stock for your classes. I went to buy my genki workbook/textbook and they made sure i was getting both the right one but also to understand its returnss policies. Good overall service

One of the perks of this bookstore is that youre able to find almost any textbook offered for a class. Otherwise, youll find it much more affordable elsewhere via Amazon, eBay, or from a third party seller. Much of the staff are actually wonderful constituents of El Camino and fellow students. Theres lockers outside for virtually anybody, its only a quarter to pay, since they dont permit backpacks or bookbags inside. However, youre able to receive your 25 cents back from thr lockers and occasionally some people forget them! It baffles me to witness many students whom risk their possessions to causally be placed outside the bookstore and not fearful of theft. Like many fellow millennials, I dont like the price tags of textbooks, but your could share it with a fellow classmate, or check a book from the reserved section of the library.
