SLI is all about doing what makes you happy. I started a shop for my hospital unit and had to make changes AFTER the shop was already live. Great local team of workers, just took a run down building in Milan and updating it to crate a local headquarters. I personally have ordered, mugs, tumblers, tons of glassware, hat & scarf sets, shirts, thermals, hoodies, signs & stickers. (And other stuff too). And I have Never had a complaint. They are very accomodating with requests. Michelle N. (a newer employee) is awesome. She has great creative energy and ideas and such enthusiasm for her job . With her training and education from college she is able run their equipment she make it look easy. She can do everything from t-shirt screening to vinyl work to yard signs and banners. We were very pleased with our banners she made for our event. She is a gem to work with. Thank You Sign Lady for hiring Michelle she is a wonderful asset to you business. I run a marketing department for a business right down the road from these guys, and Im a returning customer for everything from apparel to signage, and they do better work with much better pricing than national establishments.Josh, our production specialist, is a shark when it comes to getting stuff done quality, and if something has a mistake in it, which rarely happens, he is quick to get it fixed. Josh allows you to have a hand in the entire design process and will make sure youre happy with prompt proofs.Alicia, the front desk manager is always kind and prompt with sending out invoices. SLI has their stuff together, and now theyre gaining the business because of it! Theyre still pushing decent turn-around times, though! If theyre busy, be patient. Youll be happy!

Went to get a sticker made. Waited a week with no word. So I called them to find out they havent even looked at it yet. Got the excuse its our busy season. I guess my money isnt green enough. You have to take care of the little guy or you get bad reviews like this one. I have to give you a 1 because they dont have negative numbers!!!
