Communication was great, the rep that was sent out here was Super nice! It seemed like it took forever to get the right format of our logo to use, I really thought that you guys could have worked with the file photo or even a picture of our existing sign to be copies. It just seemed like there would have been some way the simple sign replacement could have been made with the logo originally provided. The delivery and placement of the sign was great. We didnt even now it had been put up till your Rep. called me to ask how we liked it. I honestly had to walk out to the street to look at it. We just drive by it everyday and dont even bother to look up at the sign. But after checking it out we were satisfied.

I loved everything about my experience! I came to fast signs after a horrible experience with another local company that was recommended to me as the only company who does van wrapping. This is definitely not the case! Fast Signs had done other work for me in the past but I didnt realize they did van wrapping as well or I would have come to them to begin with. Would not recommend this company! First off they made the signs for a work truck forgot to put in some of the graphics then They made extra stickers to put over the existing sticker which would just peel off had to take it back again the next time the magnetic advertisement bubbled up on the side of my truck had to take it back again after the third time I just gave up the people inside are rude at the counter and not professional in any manner .....the location is on McCord rd Toledo Ohio

Because its local, I can easily preview the actual signs (not just electronic proofs) prior to the event.4. The local owner gladly packages them to prevent damage during shipping to the event location.

We called them late in the day before they closed and they were willing to help us out and stay an extra half hour to make two banners for us. They did not give us an attitude and they were extremely friendly. Would definitely use them again. The signs were perfect!

The sign was not done well to my satisfaction and the process was not explained well. I paid in full. After I told Marty that i did not like the way the sign was mounted.Marty and the designer came to my office and we discussed on a new design that i supplied.I got another quote and I explained that the first signs are of NO USE and suggested that they need to deduct and make the second one and I was willing to pay the difference.But no response from Marty.I dont think Fast Signs cares about customer satisfaction and experience.Will NEVER USE FAST SIGNS.Business is about relationship and Fast signs failed.
