We usually find exactly what were looking for, for any occasion at the Party City.This Halloween season, a large portion of the costumes displayed on the wall were not available. A worker said they had never even been delivered to the store. So I spent 20 minutes to a half an hour searching the costumes only to find out they were never available in the first place.I think it would have been nice if they had covered the unavailable costumes or put an x over them so people would not waste their time.Other than this experience, I totally love Party City

Stock issues due to covid-19. Staff very helpful. Was able to get what I needed in a reasonable time.

Staff was great, especially Shannon. I got exactly the piece I was looking for for Halloween this year.

I called the morning of August 19th looking for a very specific item. The associate Tyler explained that they did not have said item, but called back and left me a voicemail letting me know that he ended up finding the item. The fact that he took the time to call and let me know made my day! Thank you, Tyler!

Stock was decent, average cashier but prices are a bit higher than other stores.

I have to say this is probably one of the worst ran businesses I’ve had to work with. Every time I call about my order I get put on hold for 10 minutes after explaining once. Then I have to repeat it to the “manager”. She then gives me a vague answer before hanging up on me. Every time I show up when I’m told it’s not ready. That’s why I call. Just be honest and have some customer service training while you are at it! This has happened to me 6/7 times I’ve picked up an order.

Prices rang up wrong but the manager changed it with no problem.

I was so disappointed in Party City this time. They had always been my go-to for big parties but theyve cut down on paper product colors, no pale colors like mint and pale yellow and the baby shower section is practically non existent. Even the balloon colors have been reduced. Makes me sad!!!

We made it in the door right before they closed, Thank you for your help and I was on my way with my purle stuff for the alhzheimer walk.

A lot bigger than expected! Very clean, open, & bright. I love how they display the costumes on the wall to save sales floor space! They do not have fitting rooms BUT they told me that if it doesnt fit you can bring it right back for an exchange! Cashiers were fast, they had the line cleared in a snap. I would definitely recommend Party City for your next costume!

I loved the experience tonight I had a cashier who was so polite and patient. It was very clean inside and organized I could actually find what I needed even though I was asked if I needed help which is thoughtful and caring. I had a wonderful experience with me and my mom and was able to get a discount through their app. If your planning a big party this would be the place to go. Good service, just too expensive

Made a trip specifically for and item that was said to be in stock on their website. Staff had never seen the item that was said to be in stock and had no interest in helping me locate it. The shelves were picked over and I thought perhaps they were going out of business. Check other party supply vendors and go here as a last resort.

They have a wonderful place for everything you need for a party.

Can find just about anything you might need for a special occasion. Find it kinda silly they charge for helium for latex ballons ($1.20 PER balloon) if you buy a package of balloons from their shelves. Otherwise good store and helpful staff.

After I entered the store I heard the employees greet others as they came into the store. No greeting for me.Poor selection of cinco de mio. Then I waited for at least 10 minutes anyone came to ring up my sale. Not a pleasant experience at all

Had to wait almost 30 minutes past scheduled pick up time to puck up my order. They were also blowing up one of the balloons and it pop. They didnt replace it so I was short one at the party.

Im never happy when I get in the store. They may have what Im looking for. They may even have a great price for what I want. I leave this store wondering everytime why they hire people. At least robots and computers arent as rude as these people. The managers seem to be pleasant but the staff is definitely another question. We picked up an online order and had to return it. Only problem was the employees. The manager was great about it. Then we found our item in store to purchase. Trying to get the item from an employees was another problem. Talk about attitude. Wish we could have gotten our item for the price at another store other than Party City, maybe it was just this location?

Ordered balloons for a birthday party online. They were helpful and even called to clarify details about my order. My order was ready and waiting for me when I arrived and they even gave me helpful tips for making the setup easier. The sales associate was helpful and polite my order was on time and correct!

I was able to get everything I needed for my daughter 16th birthday party. They have many balloons to choose from. You can get theme stuff for a birthday or just a solid color. The staff was very helpful in helping me make choices and coordinating colors. I even found all my baking essentials. Was able to get the little bulk candy for treat bags as well as the little novelties that they have

This place was very nicely organized. Plus a good selection of candies probably made specifically for pinatas . Bought some anyways without a pinata. Haha. But. Party city had a large selection of everything for kids and also for older folks.

Did cubside pickup and was not able to call when I arrived due to the phone being off the hook. Several curbside customers including myself had to go in to get the items defeating the purpose of curbside pickup. When I explained to the girl she acted like she didnt care.

I had an amazing visit!! I was among the first in the store that day. I recieved extremely helpful and friendly service. The staff is just wonderful, they even called out to other stores to locate items that they were out off or had no room for due to Halloween decorations and costumes. The store itself is wonderful, very clean, and easy to find things.

Everything you could ever possibly need for a party from balloons to tablecloths to costumes and much much more! Easy access to the store and lots of parking. Super friendly staff and a very neat and tidy store. Everything was easy to find! Prices on average are a little higher than what I feel they should be but the payoff is that you can go to one place and get everything you need and save gas and time.

Always out of helium due to the never ending helium shortage. Do not expect to be able to get balloons on the day or even a few days prior to an event. Call ahead before you waste your time and gas.

They always have everything you need for a party and your order are way by the time you make it to the store the address is wrong on the page they move across the road

What would I do without my party central. Love them. Manager kinda has a stuck in her butt and talks down to the employees but otherwise it’s great.

I have given multiple tries before writing a bad review because I dont want to be that person, but all of my experiences here have been terrible. I tried buying items here for my sons party and costumes for Halloween this year, each time to get a call that they do not have the things I ordered in stock ( their site stated they were in stock, not limited stock either). They have no solution or help to any problem, they just give you your money back with a terrible attitude. Management is basically nonexistent as well.

I was looking for a wedding wishing well and I couldnt find one in Party City of all places. No selection for this type of decoration. They have a lot of other things but they didnt have this and they had a lot of wedding things but they didnt have this item. Michaels didnt even have one. I found something but it was a box and it was not a wishing well. And it was very disappointing. Thanks anyway Party City. I usually find everything I need at Party City and for a great price but lately the prices have gone Sky High and Party City and I think its ridiculous. Ill go to Dollar Tree and Dollar General for now on. Ive learned my lesson going into these high dollar stores that used to be reasonable. Retired usn

Friendly customer service. I went in today around 5.30pm. The lady who blew balloons for me, came out of the way outside in the rain to help me put balloons in my car. And she had too much patience with me, she didnt rush me.

I have had two terrible experiences there. The service at that store is horrible. I called the spring meadows location and they helped me immediately. Recommend going to the spring meadows location instead of bothering to go to the Monroe street location. One time the lady acted like she was bothered by me trying to get a banner printed and just today I wait to put an order of balloons. Watched 4 people ahead of me get helped then they went and helped 4 other people at the check out counter that came in after me. I finally said something to the counter person after waiting 20 min and watching people go ahead of me. When I asked to speak to the manager she said she was the shift manager. She said it was her store managers fault because she didnt schedule enough people. She then told me that she couldnt get my balloon order done the next morning because there werent enough people there in the morning. I had two kids with me and it was nap time......needless to say I will be contacting the store manager and corp!!

Love being able to get what the kids need for school parties and events. Mega packs are worth it.

When theres 10 people in line, it would be nice if they opened more than 2 registers
