If youre as backed up as you say you are it would be good business practice to not only tell a potential first time customer that ( which he did) but also give them a time line as to when you might be able to get to them. But apparently its a better practice to say ill have in two weeks and email it to you for your approval and never do so. Then when you call to check up on the progress are told Ill have it by Monday . His calendar must work differently than mine because its been 3 weeks and i havent heard a word. That is bad business and not worthy of mine. Apparently my money isnt green enough for you so ill go elsewhere.
