Recently purchased two new vehicles from Yark Mazda and asked for a Mazda hitch to be installed on one of them. The installation was terrible, the size of the hitch was incorrect and the wiring caused issues with my rear lights. I asked numerous questions regarding the installation and was never advised that they would cut into my bumper, it appeared they used a dull hack saw to make the cut out. As a result, I had to have a new bumper installed on my brand new car, the paint job was mediocre and I was advised they removed the hitch and sold it to another customer for less than I paid for it; basically profiting twice off of me. They refused to refund me the nearly $700 I paid for the product and installation. I recommend going to a professional if youre needing accessories installed on your vehicle and NOT Yark Mazda. Couldnt be more happy! This was a trying time to buy a car but these guys have made me happy twice over the last 4 years. I regret checking with a competitor before going back to Yark. I went from STRESSED (from Taylor and also Carvana) and these guys (Nick) saved the day! Next time I wont hesitate to come here first. I didnt feel like I was on a game show or feel pressured. The facts were presented, money discussed, and out the door i went. Kudos, Yark.

My fiat was taken in for a recall. After it was done a few weeks later it was time for oil change. It was then found the the yrak service department had stolen a part off my car. They took the stone shield off to perform the recall and never put it back. Complaint filed but they refused to respond to it. Beware and check car after they do any work. Oh the also replaced a door handle a year or so ago and took them weeks to get right after taking it back many times.

The only disappointment was with it being a new purchase (used) the cleaning of the vehicle was definitely not a full detail and when asked they kind of brushed it off like that was the best cleaning they offered, otherwise A ok...

Bought a truck came with 2 oil changes & 2 tire rotations took in to service, ( funny part ) told that they couldnt rotate my tires due to swollen lug nuts $$ 489.00 to change to no swollen lug nuts. What I said !!)%& confused!! Never of that ever and i grew up working on cars at quarter mile race track in Cincinnati Ohio. Manager came out n asked if I been helped yet. I told him the situation he said hold on for moment I will look in to it for you. Waiting 20 minutes he come back out n looks at my paperwork for my truck warranty n told me if I come back tomorrow that we will put new 1s on for you. So they put new 1s on but they were the same lug nuts. Really!!! I said to myself,, why you put the same 1s on if their going to swell up again... run around with answers! New lug nuts on but left very upset!!!!!!! Waste of money $$$$ but they dont care!!! Could fill my contact if they didnt rotate my tires. A big lose for them. So if n when u buy a car, check to c if there lug nuts are swollen!!!

The scheduling process was very easy. The staff were all super nice! The only downside is it was super confusing where to go to have my Jeep serviced. There were no signs and no one to greet us to help us for our appointment. We managed to find a janitor who helped us find the correct person to talk to. Once we found where we needed to be, everything went smoothly and everyone was great! They did great with my car and helped with the issue.

While looking at vehicles I was never once pressured, and once I selected one they handled the sales process smoothly. Lets face it, buying a car can be stressful. This review is regarding their finance department. We have bought vehicles on two occasions and each deal has gone very wrong in the finance department. BUYER BEWARE. Make sure you have someone with you who is very educated in finance. They take advantage of people by not being truthful about terms, warranty costs, lengths of warranties, interest rates, length of loans. The purchase price of the actual vehicle that was agreed upon with your salesperson is changed on the paperwork. Discounts that were agreed upon disappear on your paperwork. Payoffs do not get sent out resulting in late payments on vehicles that have been traded in. The sales team has been great but it seems that the finance department is their to recoup promises that were made.

Yark Auto and their group of professionals from sales, management, finance all the way to the shipping is a class act. I really enjoyed working with my sales professional TJ Kretz. This individual went over and above to get me the information, pictures and details to close the deal on a really nice car. TJ worked with his manager Nick Russell to make a deal happen that would include shipping and still keep the car at an amazing price.Closing the deal would be the finance manager Kyle Kern-Blystone. Ever meet a guy in finance that maid it painless and problem free to close a deal buying a car? Me either, until Kyle made it all happen.Lets close things up with the Yark finishing touch. I live 500 miles away and need the car delivered. Yark has the most professional driver in the industry, driving the latest technology in vehicle transportation doing the delivery. I was so relieved to meet the driver and see the quality equipment my car was delivered on. No one likes to spend time without their vehicle, especially for unknown repairs, but I was able to make appt the day after, and they were able to repair ALL damage same day. A loaner was provided after diagnostic so that I could run some local errands instead of having to sit and wait 3+hours while repairs were made.I appreciate that they respected my time and offered options on needed repairs vs optional repairs. I drove around and even get out of the car a few times but not one ever came out to help me. Im handicapped so its a lot of work to walk in and ask for help. Several men just standing around inside too. I hate that i cant see prices. I was ready to but but I guess my old hunky car made them think I wasnt worth coming out for. Purchased a used car this past October and had a very good experience. Process was seamless and the car met all my expectations.So, decided to purchase another used car and was less than adequate experience. This car was a 2017 Ford and did not come with an extra key or an owners manual. While these items may seem trivial to others, I consider them required when purchasing a fairly new vehicle from a reputable company with an enormous fleet of used automobiles.Because the previous owner did not provide these items when sold to Yark, this cost should not be passed down to the next customer.

Stay away . After 20 years with yark.They just lie. Charged meet more to fix truck and said it was all serviced. And repaired. During my sale to fix truck. Then it was leaking oil and overheating. No a/c heat. Theres suspension. I d charged for a new exhaust. But it was only new catylitic converters. And theres exhaust leaks under the cabin. Also yark said theres no leaks and they dont do exhaust work.Salesmen says mechanics fault. Mechanic said salesmen shouldve disclosed.Financing asked where your sales person at?. They shouldve handled this. Manager .texts me weekly to ask of I had a pleasurable experience. .. no replies from anyone.clunks.... after I took it in. I waited two weeks for an appointment. They told me well you had the truck three weeks. They said it needed shocks and struts. Also theres aftermarket spacers that was sold with the truck and they blamed it on that. But hey yark. You didnt disclosed these problems. And there was nothing wrong. But there was oil underneath of it still. I guess they inspected. Sold me a warranty. And as soon as I picked it up from them. there are there broken things. LolThe day I picked up my truck. My truck was left at the detailers all weekend. TSTIt was vandalized. Yark salesman. Did nothing.I have done most of my mechanic and others for over 30 years. They just lie. If they say it isnt broken. Then they dont have to fix it. Thats why they still a warranty. Huh. I think its called fraud. You knew it was broken and sold it to me because you think youre customers are not with truth. and then they found broken shocks on the truck they just sold to me as fully serviced and inspected. Im still waiting for the evidence of what worked you performed.But nothing was wrong. They refused to do anything even though I had the truck for hours and returned it for the work to be done.I took it back they refused to acknowledge the oil leak on the ground. .Thanks for taking advantage of a lifetime customer and sitting them yark Subaru is shady.They cant even sell a car for the advertised prices. Its going to be $2-3000 more than listed. Butt when youre in the office. And ask. They say thats the tax. Oh.Then you get there paperwork saying no. Theres are fees. So when I asked they lied. Butt they dont give you paperwork. They keep it. What business doesnt give you a receipt? With the contacts attached?YarkBecause a month later you realize what you thought was wrong. Actually was.I have recommended to ask my customers yark for over 20 years. . you are not worthy. Your in it f for your gains. And not for your customers. Anymore.Your service manager lies.and yark is now moved from recommended to CAUTION. STAY AWAY FROM YARK SUBARU.

I bought a car from them about 2 weeks ago. The experience was absolutely horrible. They only want you to finance vehicles they do not like it when you pay cash for them. When the negotiation was done the banks were closed. They refused to let me put cash down to hold the vehicle and the next morning and they refused to let a third party show up with the full amount to hold the vehicle for me till I got off work. The inside of the car was clearly not detailed very well there is dog hair everywhere, a faint smell of cigarette smoke and the passenger seat is torn. After I signed the paperwork and the car was mine they delivered it to the front of the building for me. They were not as professional as they should have been. They whipped it around the corner threw it in reverse and almost hit another vehicle in front of me. I would never recommend this place for somebody buying a vehicle.Update:I sent a message to the email below 2 weeks ago and heard nothing back. Another reason not to go here they want to make it look like they are going help fix problems but its just for show. I bought this Jeep from them a month ago and now Im having the transmission looked at. When you buy a car you expect the dealership to have it looked at completely.

Dave is awesome. Great customer service from him. I went in on a Friday to inquire about out the door prices of a vehicle. He couldnt get them for me that day because he was with a customer and they would be closing in 20 minutes l, so he said he would call the following Monday,well I had dealers from anfew places that said the same thing and they never got back to me,so I didnt really believe it, and he CALLED on Monday. He kept in touch with me or my fiance almost every day and got me the best deal that he could. When I got handed over to the finance department it was just as great. Bought my car used here. Went in for service for my tires for the second time because Im losing pressure, and they say theres nothing wrong, then why am I putting air in the tires 2 times a week. They dont know, but cant help because I have a tire package I paid for. He said if theres nothing they can take a picture of to show is wrong he cant help me. I tell other guy I have a free oil change and he says I never seen that but you do. And now you dont but our computers say we never changed your oil. Where did my oil change go? Why did I purchase a tire package with my car if you wont help me?

I highly recommend Yark Auto for anyone looking to rebuild their credit and drive away in their dream car! I inquired about a 2016 Jeep Renegade and Jeremy was really great about keeping me informed of when it became available and on the lot. He kept in contact with me up until the day I came in for a test drive and ultimately financed it. I had one small issue with a whistling noise that Jeremy promised to have fixed if it did not go away. Within a week I had my Jeep in the shop and it was perfect! Better than the day I bought it! Jeremy took care of everything and held up his end of the agreement. Being a young female and this being my first financed vehicle, I was nervous about being treated unfairly, but everyone I encountered at Yark treated me professionally and respectfully. I felt very comfortable and it was a positive experience for me.

As previous reviews state, customer service is severely lacking. The salesmen seem less interested in being there than watching paint dry. The salesman we had the unfortunate experience of dealing with practically yelled and debated us and even stormed off when we werent agreeing. Absolutely intolerable and disgusting. Wish I would have read reviews and complaints before wasting time driving there.

Great waiting area with refreshments and a screen where you can follow the status of your vehicle if you choose to wait. Showroom is well set up and maintained. This is the first time Ive ever done business with Yark Auto, and it is certainly the first time I ever purchased a vehicle that Ive never seen in person. My salesman, Dan, was available to check on the vehicle (very lightly used) to give it an honest and critical once over on my behalf. The finance manager, Anthony, was very organized and got the sales/loan paperwork sent overnight along with a return overnight envelope. The price was more than fair, and they helped direct me to someone to handle shipping of the vehicle (20 RAM Laramie Longhorn) to my home, and when it arrived it was pristine. I also found that it had a couple of features beyond was was on Yarks listing or the window sticker. I dont think I could have been more pleased with Yarks service.

I feel this review needs to be broken into two parts: sales and finance. I feel bad the review is one star only for the fact my sales person was great. Carlton was very helpful and was nothing but great.My issue with Yark started in finance. I told the finance guy I wanted to use my own bank and he insisted he could beat the rate my bank was giving me. He said he would run me through 30 different lenders to find me the best rate. After a brief moment he hands me a sheet with 5 different payments on it. Not one of the payments was without add ins or extras like extended warranties or oil change packages. The payments varied by over $150 per month from the biggest package to the smallest. At this point I asked the interest rate and he informed me it was 2% points higher than my bank. I said that is unacceptable so he said hed run me through another bank. IT came back at a point lower than the original quote but still a point higher than my bank. I told him that was still higher and he said that without preapproval from my bank the rate I was quoting wasnt probably accurate. I decided that a point higher wasnt the end of the world but I said I wanted to finance through my bank to take advantage of automatic weekly payment. The finance guy informed me that Key Bank can do the same thing for me. So I told him I did not want any additional coverages or packages, just the truck. He was very adamant about the extended warranty and would not answer how much the warranty was, only what the monthly payment would be. He kept moving numbers and I should have got up and walked out right then. But with the numbers shifted things didnt seem too bad and I was honestly swept up in new truck fever. It wasnt until the next day reviewing the paperwork that I realized the extended warranty added $3500 to the price of the truck.On top of all that Key Bank will not allow you to do weekly automatic payments unless you bank there. I will be refinancing at a lower rate through my credit union.I will not make this mistake again. The high pressure tactics of the finance department at Yark is beyond ridiculous. Even after saying no and still being pressured and having numbers shuffled around I should have walked out. I will not shop Yark again and will not recommend them to others.

This was my first experience at a dealership and it was everything I could hope for and more. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Our salesman, Grant, was incredibly helpful in assisting us to find the car that fits our needs and budget without applying any pressure whatsoever. I really got the sense he cared about us and wanted to find what was best for us. The financial guy, Chris, went above and beyond to get us the best financing possible and was patient in answering all of our questions. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

Will be my last time having my vehicle serviced here! Scheduled an appointment dropped it off and got a rental from them out of pocket. It took 9 days for the techs to even look at it, 3 to diagnose it. And another 7 to fix totaling 19 days paying for a rental! I was quoted $5,200 to fix, and when I go to pick it up they tell me its $6,444! This is not the first time, but I promise it will be my last visit to Yark Jeep Dodge on Central service department.

Anyone looking for certified used car, I recommend going Yark Automotive Group. Ask for David Angel, he was extremely informative. He never once was pushy or trying to get me to buy anything. Being a women its very easy to be target for sales person to take advantage of. Especially not really knowing anything about cars. The finance department was very easy and fast process. I am definitely returning for future purchases and looking forward doing business with David Angel again!!

My fiancé and I purchased a car from Yark on May 12. They sent us home with it and told us everything was good to go, and that we would get paperwork in the mail about how to make payments. We got a letter in the mail from the bank saying they needed our proof of residency (no big deal) we got that figured out quickly. The finance manager at the dealership gave us a number to call to make our first payment, since the paperwork in the mail would not get here before our payment is due. We called and the bank said we didn’t have loan with them, and that we needed to talk to the dealership again. I’ve called the past 3 days about it and nobody will give me a straight answer on how to get everything situated. We are supposed to make our first payment tomorrow (6/11) and haven’t received anymore information about it. Every time I call the dealership I get put on hold and then sent to a finance managers voicemail. Needless to say, I am very disappointed with how things are turning out. Poor customer service, and poor problem solving. It shouldn’t be this difficult to make a payment on a car.

Got a great price and excellent service with our used Nissan SUV. However there was some delay getting the 2nd set of keys from the previous owner. Outside of Yarks control. Yark made it right and got us a new set cut and programed. If you want great customer service and a good price on a Nissan see Chris at Yark!!

Was told we were approved for a loan for a vehicle and went back the next day and then was told we were NOT approved. They kept us waiting around for a good hour before the salesman even came back and told us that. The next day they were still pulling my credit after we said no to trading my car in. These car dealers are all alike. They get you in, tell you what you want to hear, get you liking a car, then pull the rug out from under you. IF SOMEONE CANNOT GET APPROVED TELL THEM UP FRONT! Nothing as irritating as waiting around for HOURS only to be told we dont qualify. The salesman Corey was rude and dismissive. Id give -5 stars if I could.
