Super great service. Honest prices and Honest employees. Clean and nice place go to get repairs on your vehicle. Ive been going there for years and I wont go any place else. I trust them with my car. I even have my daughter taking her vehicle there. Its a great bunch of guys. Best part is they are HONEST AND REASONABLE.

My son recommended this shop to me because of the excellent work they did for him. I took one our cars there and they repaired it on time for a very reasonable price. The mechanics were friendly and explained everything. Weve been back with other cars and recommended them to others too!

Mike & his crew take great care of our cars....they go over & beyond for us. Mike squeezed me in when they were packed to fix my car so we could travel 3-hours for a family emergency. Mike & his crew are the best.

Very poor experience and customer service. I brought my car in and received stares from one of the mechanics from the moment I walked up to the building. The person at the desk looked at my diagnostic paper and told me he would not be able to service my vehicle for at least a week. I believe he did not want to service my car because I am a minority. How rude and inconsiderate. Would not recommend!

The issue I brought my car in for was fixed quickly, affordably, and correctly. I appreciated that I was also given a status on different parts of my car that I should keep an eye on going forward.

Its so hard to find a trust worthy place that does good work without over charging you. I felt the company was professional, honest, up front and performed a great job on a very short notice. I do as much of my own repairs as I can, but with how complex vehicles are getting now you need pro’s who know what they doing.Mike is very easy to work with and he doesn’t take advantage of his customers like many other places do. I stopped in today and met Dan. I explained to him an issue I am having with my van. Dan was remarkable! I am not a mechanic by any stretch of the imagination and Dan walked me thru the anatomy of the engine area (timing) where I am having the issue. He took his time out to provide superior customer service. If I cant fix the issue I am definitely going to these guys! Thank you Dan for not making me feel like an idiot!

By far the best place in Toledo, Ive moved away from the area but any time Im back in town I always take my vehicles in because I cant find a better garage anywhere in the states. Very honest and professional work. They have saved me a lot of time, money and hassle over the years.

The guys at Heatherdowns automotive are as good as I am. Anyone can turn a wrench but not every one has the diagnostic abilities as they do. Without that ability, all you are is a parts changer. Over the years Ive had people bring me their cars and I could see that someone had replaced one part after another because they didnt know what they were doing. I am out of the business now for health reasons, but I still retain my 40 yrs of knowledge. Heatherdowns Automotive would be a good choice for anyone.

Great service, honest people, fair pricing.I normally do most of my own auto work, but I had a problem I could not figure out. I was referred to Heatherdowns Automotive by a friend and took my car in. They were able to quickly and accurately diagnose the issue for a reasonable fee. They even gave me a ride home while they worked on it. Because of this, I had them do several other things I normally would have done myself. To make a long story short, I had a part wear out several months later, when I brought it back in, Mike could have easily told me it was the other side or another part or no longer under warrantee or something else, but he didnt. He was honest and forthright and covered the repair under warranty. With all the horror stories out there, its nice to know that you can find honest, good people to care for your car.Thank you Mike and Heatherdowns Auto!
