I think my friend is very fortunate living here. Its an immaculate park.
Can’t wait to see how the place turns out they have great plans to maintain this beautiful estate
Nice place for seniors 55 and up quiet place, the grounds are keep clean this need more activities things to do here like the clubhouse to play pool or stuff to do outside by the clubhouse like horsepits and things for the grandkids with they come to visit there grandparents.
Cozy and friendly glad my mother is here and I hope its her forever spot.
Thornton estates is a well kept community. Each time I go there...its always nice!!
55 and older, quite neighbors good neighbors.
Its a nice trailer park community...quiet and clean. But I would not buy a home there....the corporate owners are like many....price gouging lot rents...which go up mostly every year. Originally trailer parks are meant to be a more affordable place to live...have a home of your own, and be happy... But the lot rents are not affordable for lower income people.. especially if you are single....the lot rents are sometimes more than the mortgage on a regular house. Yes we know about capital expenditures and market rates but that doesnt justify price gauging for profits..you can still profit wo doing that.
I do believe this mobile home park is a retirement mobile home park but its definitely one of the nicer mobile home parks Ive ever been in not that Ive been in that many but considering the location I would say its pretty top-notch..
My father lives there its an old folks trailer park
Terrible management and lot payments are way over priced
Great place to live
I have lived in Thornton Estates since 2008. I have lived here though several managers. Most of them have proven to be ignorant of citizens 55 years and up and their needs or abilities. The last 2 managers have proven to be over bearing and mean spirited. I believe this is partly due to the ownership of the property. This particular park has water and sewage problems, so the residents are constantly inconvenienced and their homes continuously damaged by lack of water or too much sewage. Yards and streets are constantly being dug up and never restored. While the park updates the club house to hold management and show curb appeal its infrastructure continues to deterate. The citizen base has changed as as this portion of Thornton has. However this park boasts of 55 and up community, continues to struggle with many folks living here under 55 and even under 18. Theft in the area will continue to rise as the park not only moves thieves inside but as the area deteriorates from outside as it offers no perimeter fencing or security. The park continues to raise lot rents yearly but the residents neglect to see and or feel benefits from these increases, but instead are hounded by management to maintain appearances while many will struggle to put food on their table or buy needed medications.
Love the park looks well maintained trailer is beautiful will buy it exited to move there
Its an okay retirement place if you like to live on the east side of Thornton
They were friendly and helpful help me find what I needed to find quicker than what I would have otherwise
Clean an quiet
Love my home.
Its perfect for the age democratics.... clean, quiet and warm community atmosphere
Its OK small place 1.75 for 12 oz draft . The food special looked good . Good portion size
Every holiday I find good cooking there.
Havent lived there for over 4 years and just found out that my name is still on the lease, never received my security deposit of $599. Dollars. Going to go to small claims court I guess to get any response from them.
Nice place for living except not a senior park. Lot rent very pricey.
Just another mobile home park, but very nice. Caters only to seniors.
A bunch of old folks live here....very peaceful!
The only amenetiy here is the pool..offers no activities outside such as picnics park gathrings cant use gazebo per mgmnt tables dirty BBQs full off cobwebs. Wonder why its there when u cant use for family functions.
They still owe me my $599.00 security deposit. Been waiting over 2 years. The management sucks
Very bad management. Manager thinks shes better than God
The rules there are ridiculous. They charge way to much for lot rent.
Tried to visit multiple times- office always closed and never got a call back. Park looked clean though.
Didnt like manager rude and arrogant

Not bad, it looks peaceful, people drive carefully but they lack more public attention from the administration.
