These people are the worst kind of low life criminals. They will take your money and run.

Do Not Go To Them!!!! It’s all good at first and then he will rip you off. I put a lot of money down on a mobile home and when it didn’t go tru they would not give me my money back because it was already used. I put thousands down to be cheated out of it and the home. He is a smooth talker and fixes things the cheapest and sloppiest possibly. I have tried numerous times to get even some of my money back n they don’t answer my calls. Crooked and should pay for all the people who have been cheated by this worthless man. Should not be allowed to be in business to rip off anyone.

Predators looking to make an easy profit off people who dont know what their homes are worth. Mr. Sharp didnt seem thrilled to be dealing primarily with my wife, seemingly because she was a woman, and didnt think he could get half of what its worth. Stay away.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. They are sneaky, Paul is racist, and they act like they care and they dont. They will sell you a piece of crap in a bow. If you decide to deal with them, dont deal with Paul he is the worst. Be careful, go somewhere else, just dont deal with these people. I dont even believe these other comments are from real people. BEWARE!!

I love Paul (Pauly) :-) Hes the man The very first time I walked into the Sharp Homes office, I was impressed with the warm down home feeling. Not fancy by any means but this said to me that Mr. Sharp is not out to rip me off. I get a little nervous when I enter a fancy office with high end decor for anything except high end decor lol. Paul helped me into his truck and drove me right to a home in a great park that just went on the market. He treated me with respect that his elder deserved.( He assured me that he was going to be up front with me just as if I were his aunt) I told him what I wanted and we looked but not for long! Why, he almost broke his finger for me (inside joke lol) After the deal was done, I was still treated like part of the Sharp family and am sure I always will be...

They seemed really great at first, they definetly know how to earn someones trust. I am going through a divcorce and sold them my renovated single wide trailer for $5,000 and I made sure to get all of trash I could out of the space. They said they would take care of anything remaining and pro-rate me my lot rent. They even said that they sent the check, I call them 2 months later when I ask they why I havent gotten the check. Paul said that it was sent already, then he hands over the phone to Mr.Sharp and he proceeds to tell me that it costed him over $700 worth of trash removal. When my friends and I spent over 12 hours moving and cleaning to make sure it was in good condition for them. They said they were buying it as is. I had spent over 9,000 renovating and updating the mobile home. I could have gotten way more for my place but they acted like they were doing me a favor. They lied and took advantage of me when I could have sold it for way more. Do not sign their contract before you get your FULL check. Do not trust these guys they are just in it for the money. They are going to turn around and sell my mobile home for $15,000 they said when they made me pay an extra $630 of lot rent so they could shingle the roof and work on my home at the current location and work on it before they moved it to another lot. They do not care about their customers :(

Just go elsewhere!!! Save your energy these people are horrible to deal with... Still waiting for them to finish up their work on my place. Its been over six months. And Paul their sales guy screamed and yelled at me when I asked when they were going to finish the work.. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

If youre looking to get cheated and ripped off then this is your company. We bought a home that was loaded with issues after being promised that the problems would be fixed. Problems such as roof leaks, black mold and soft spots.Id look elsewhere.
