April is amazing and I really would love to get in here and move my daughters to a place they actually like

I have many friends that lived in there and I dont think theyre that bad

Been living here 7 plus years have been constantly intimidated by Pam by being flat out racis slamming doors when I go to the office and constantly trying to snatch the house from me I have many Mexican people say the same thing shes a flat out Karen and needs to be in a mental home

Have many homes listed for sale on website but when called to schedule tour was told they only had 2 homes for sale. Dont waste your time on these jokers.

This is a Texas size trailer park has both single and double trailers has a swimming pool basketball court soccer field big club house might have a gym inside not sure but if you are looking for a community of trailers this is the right place for you

Horrible place to live im glad I dont live here anymore cuz you cant do nothing and cant have anything in your back yard for the kids to do so stay away from this place not a good place to live

Tried going to the pools with my nieces and Pam was very rude about it and didn’t let us stay even though I am an ADULT she wouldn’t let us stay.

My brother lives here, and it’s a pain. Like someone mentioned, they want to take advantage of you whenever you use their clubhouse, they tried to do it to us, but we didn’t let them. We read the contract to them and she manager had no choice, she had to give the money back, but told my sister-in-law that she was not allowed to use the place again! I’ve heard from so many people that she doesn’t give deposits back and threaten’s them. Really rude manager, not helpful at all.Also, their rent keeps going up, however they take forever to take care of maintenance issues! Stay away from them.

This place is so terrible. Very mean lady with snippy and rude emails. Ive called 3 times and no answer. Its so terrible Im trying to sell my trailer and leave but they also make that hard. Think twice before coming here!!!

Was looking for a home. Isis was the person I talk to. Never got a clear answer from her if we should schedule a tour or not because there were several applications already in place for the mobile home. Until she got frustrated because she wasnt being clear, then she went off on me and was finally honest to not schedule a tour. She also seemed very confused to my questions and put me on hold several times. Very rude and unprofessional, just be up front and honest on what you recommend for the situation. I was really disappointed that she treated me so poorly. Definitely will not recommend my family and friends to go there. Go with their competitors. Also she gave inaccurate information, financing is available and private lenders to buy a home.

Have lived in Redwood Estates for almost 16 years. Staff is bilingual, maintenance of park property is good.

This is a nicely kept mobile home park. It has a clubhouse with a pool and its located across the street from an elementary school. Two RTD buses stop just a few feet from the park entrance. Close to shopping and very near Water World!! The park and the neighborhoods nearby are perfect for raising young children.

Staff is horrible. I do not recommend living here or renting the hall they have. Worst experience left it clean have a video dont want to return my deposit back. I dont even care about the deposit but had a date in April already reserved and wont refund me the whole money. Pam is very rude Anahi is very un professional when it comes to buying a home.

The pool here has been the cleanest and easiest want to use that Ive ever been to the staff here is friendly and quick to help you into the pool its maintained daily and even somebody comes in early to check the chlorine levels it is always cleaned out by staff and looks very clean and pristine.

Would like to know a few things about the property’s maybe someone can help me out. How much is lot rent if I buy a house and are we aloud to have a fence built for my privacy and for my puppy

Nice staff. Clean park, for the most part. Not many homes for sale.

Seems like a nice enough place. Most of the trailers are in good condition. Maintenance crew keeps the park clean and mowed. It even has a public pool for residents (3-10 ft.) that is open regularly.

Love the young girl in the office so nice and sweet. Great with kids too!

This is an awful place to live. The manager is Petty Pam. They have so many rules. The are lots of other mobile home parks in the area that are a lot nicer

This place unless you work for the park or know someone who does nothing gets taken care of. Our road never gets cleaned when it snows. Although one of the guys lives on the other side his road gets done right away all the time. All Im saying is if your gonna do one do all. We all pay rent here which keeps going up!!!

Our lot rent goes up every year yet they dont provide any service for the increase. They are constantly making threats about extra fees or locking us out of the pool. The maintenance men are always speeding around the neighborhood carelessly. For what we pay we deserve more services.

Seems this rat hole is worse than holiday hills where i resid??why does management. Take seniors for a ride...there greedy sons a bitchs... The owners who probably reside in a nursing home in Florida dont care they cant even wipe there own Ass....they will meet each other in Hell!!!!!!!

Office staff makes it feel home as soon. As you walk in the office. Maintenance is always working to improve the community.

10 years here and never had a problem parking my vehicle i need for work.most ridiculous reason for a violation.They dont leave you in peace with parking. Not even in your driveway. They threatend to tow my car because it was on jack stands! WAS a good community, not anymore stay away.

5 years ago i collected the trash there riding on the back of a trash truck. It was so dirty and horrible and just a bad vibe. I recentally helped the new management company as a temporary worker and the place has turned 180 degrees! Kudos to all the management and maintence staff there!!! Their dedication and geniune pride and respect for the property speaks leaps and bounds. They never expect even a simple thank you but will shine every day to make the neighborhood a better place. New residents see and appriecate it and long time tenants are flabbergasted and overjoyed. Its definitely someplace i would thoroughly enjoy working and or living at. Again to all the staff thank you so so much for what you do with out even a thought about it. And hats off to all the residents also. You have changed some very very hard thoughts that i had about this area just a few years ago.

Very disrespectful neighbors. Cats and dogs running loose all hours of the day and night. Its really gone down hill. Fireworks every night for the last month. No one cares. 433 has nothing better to do than set off fireworks.

I applied for a home at the end of February heard excuse after excuse. when the homes where supposed to come in they didnt. I also was supposedly on the waiting list for one of the first people turns out they received homes and I just wasnt there priority. Waste of my time. Also no one else to talk to besides erica who hasnt returned my call.

Was going 15 in a damn 15 when a management truck pulled in front of me super slowly and told me to go slow....my car is a little like but doesnt mean Im going fast. Has poor poor lack of management, you are not higher ups. Dirty water, trash almost everywhere. Pets are lo e as well. Stay far away from here.

Not only is this place horrible due to the lack of respect from the community, but it is haunted beyond belief. If you have kids, stay far, far away!

This like every other Mobile Home Park is in it to make as much money as possible and have no empathy for people, so when it comes to their tenants they are not high on the priority list. With such high demand to live in Colorado I cannot say this is a great alternative to high rent prices. In the past a mobile home was a great stepping stone to your first real home, not anymore. If you want to live in a tiny-mansion instead of a tiny-house you can find one here! They have so many rules you might as well move in with your parents or covenant controlled H O A with alcoholic board members. When trying to qualify to live on the property (a separate issue from buying the home) they ask you all names SS#, DOB whos going to be at your mobile home for more than 3 days they do background checks on everyone and have the right to refuse anyone on their property to keep out the riff raff and if one of the many rules are violated a three day notice to quit and your told to move your mobile home to another park where it can be difficult to find a space or one that will accept your unit. Depending on the year it was manufactured this could be very problematic. I think mobile home parks are in the category with tow companies, health clubs, collection agencies, Microsoft, E-bay and other corporations that dont have a moral compass! I guess thats every corporation now-a-days, anyway in the big scheme of things its not the worst mobile home park but its certainly not the best, if it rolls its not a house, be cautious my friends.

Mother in law lives there. Its a trailer park nothing fancy.

The manager that’s in the office she’s mean to everyone, as well as the other girl who works there.

Horrible customer service manager and front desk staff don`t have the attitude to be where they are, they don`t show any respect, manners or even follow the community rules is very unpleasant to know that staff including managers take advantage of there position and even more unpleasant is not to have a good understanding staff to talk too.

If you want to live where the management doesnt care about you and your lot rent is always going up well this is a must have.

The communication is hindered when in the office Spanish is spoken between office attendants the two were Hispanic and the clients were caucasian we knew nothing of what was said
