My wife and I had purchased a mattress a few years back at this local business and had a great experience. It was time to purchase a new mattress for a different bed so we went back. It was do nice because the owner new every answer to any questions and took as much time as needed to help us make the right choice. We decided to buy a hybrid mattress and it is a great mattress. My wife and I rest better than ever on this mattress. We are an older couple so getting up and down isnt too easy. This bed is much easier to get up from. And the mattress protector they gave us is wonderful as well. It stays in place. We need to make another purchase in January and well be going here. Thank you again for being so caring of my wife and I.
This has been one of the best experiences ever. Eva was so helpful and treated us like family. She was so sweet and you can tell this business puts family first. They even accommodated our tight schedule when moving an elderly relative from out of state. I would definitely return here.

After a while of dabbling around with the idea of purchasing a mattress for another as a gift .. I made my way down to Mattresses on Weekends where I was warmly greeted by Eva... Eva is calm, she knows her stuff.. you can tell she’s dedicated to her company... so much in fact she won’t force you into anything... confident enough to know you’ll make the best decision..Needless to say, Eva was right ... I couldn’t find better value without extreme compromises in quality... so I decided to purchase a mattress box spring set from them .. and couldn’t be more pleased.. Thank you Eva ... it was a pleasure to meet you...if anyone ask... I’m definitely referring them to you..
BE CAUTIOUS when buying from these!!! Very friendly staff when you first walk in and show interest in wanting to buy a mattress. They really make you feel like you are supporting a family owned business and that they are going to do everything they can to keep you satisfied. There was no hesitation that you have a no worries comfort exchange policy that you can return your mattress any time between 21 and 45 days if you are not happy with your purchase.WARNING STARTS HERE...So first delivery, was scheduled for Friday, I take the day off work, and get a call that their truck did not show up so it would be Monday. Next we are not satisfied with our mattress, we wait the 21 days and head back into the store to choose a new one. The staff are all the sudden the most unfriendly people to work with and are laying down all sorts of rules that were never mentioned once during the buying process. So make sure you read the fine print, and by fine print I mean the very small letter size paper that is hiding behind a box of tissue and a huge bottle of hand sanitizer on their counter. So they were not going to honor any discounts that were originally given, your given one comfort exchange only (understandable but still would have liked to know before purchasing) and honestly they are down right rude about exchanging!!!So after being told that I had an attitude for no reason to them, I was given the same discount as our original mattress, charged an additional delivery fee, took a day off work for it to be delivered when they promised, and guess what... Their truck is broke down in Texas and the mattress will be two days late again.!! WTF?!?!?! Oh and, they are not going to return the delivery fee for us.I so wanted to support a smaller business but this has been an AWFUL experience.
You cant beat small business customer service. After leaving the large competitor across the street I stopped in at Matrresses on Weekends and the staff here practically rolled the red carpet out for me. It was a reverse sticker shock to see prices so low on the same items. The staff was friendly, was not pushy, and they were efficient. It was so awesome not to be pressured and followed around. (Granted there is not much space to walk in there for them to follow you).Keeping the building small and the hours low is how they keep prices so low. Remember that when your paying a larger company 40% more for the same things. Your paying for them to waste more natural resources. Be smart, shop small.Go get pressured across the street, talked over and generally treated like wallet cattle. Then go over to MOW, see the cheaper prices, and see how much better small businesses do it.
Highly recommend getting your mattress here! Staff is great, very friendly, and knows there stuff. I felt like I didn’t get ripped off like most mattress places. Which is a plus! Will definitely be going back in the future to get another mattress!
Its been about 5 years since we got our last bed from here, and about 2 years prior that we bought our first bed from them. Both times have been wonderful experiences. The best prices, friendly helpful people! We ALWAYS recommend this store!
Highly recommend Sleep Solutions. I am a mattress newbie and had many many questions. Tom was very helpful and informative with all the questions I had. On top of that their customer service was great and prices are very competitive and unbeatable.
Everything started off great. Went in store & was helped by Eva the manager. My husband and I purchased a mattress, box spring and a mattress protector to be delivered in two weeks. The delivery guys came on time & were friendly, but then it went downhill quickly. The delivery men brought their two dogs with them, not on leashes, which struck me as a bit odd. I am a dog lover and have two myself. My front door was open because they were coming in and out, and next thing I know, one of the dogs was IN MY HOUSE.Next, I notice the mattress protector was missing. The delivery guy confirms it was on my order, so he calls Eva. She tells me they are actually out of stock, and the truck will be in tomorrow morning. She asks if I will pick it up. I tell her no, I live in aurora (the shop is in Thornton) and that’s why we paid the delivery fee. She tells me she will throw in two memory foam pillows for the inconvenience. I say ok, what time can I come, because I’m in the middle of moving. She tells me 10 am, which is when they open. I say ok.Fast forward to this morning. I drive all the way up from aurora, and arrive at 9:58 am. I wait patiently in my car until about 10:05. Other customers have been pulling on the door. One of the open signs was on, and one was off. I call the store, no one answers. Eva finally arrives at 10:25, 25 minutes after the store is a supposed to open. 6 customers arrived and left while I was waiting. She pulls up acting like nothing happened. Doesn’t apologize for not only the wait, but the utter inconvenience of this whole situation. I confirm that they were supposed to open at 10. She said “traffic was bad”. I tell her I am the district manager of two stores and I understand things happen, I truly do, but it is extremely frustrating that her and her team seemingly didn’t take ANY responsibility for this. If you’re out of stock of an item that a customer already paid for, you should let them know BEFORE the scheduled delivery, and the customer certainly shouldn’t have to be the one who notices an item is missing when it’s clearly on the order. I rarely ever give one star reviews, but this place was horrible. Two $50 pillows is not satisfactory when I paid $50 for delivery in the first place, then had to drive 20+ miles and wait for 30 minutes. Again, as a manager myself, I know the importance of people’s’ time, and not arriving until 30 minutes after you’re supposed to be open is unacceptable. Either get another employee or be more careful in the first place.

Ryan was a great help getting me into our king bed. I have had neck and back pain and Ryan got us into the perfect fit. I haven’t had any issues with the pain since purchasing from Mattresses on weekends. I’ve referred my parents and a couple friends. Thanks Ryan for all your help

Paid for delivery but they had me written down for pickup. Then I had paid for the boxspring that had more support as in wood slats and they deliver a boxspring that is supported by cardboard instead!!!! Tried to call them but no answer!! Ill be stopping by to have them deliver the right one or a refund. Dont recommend this place!! I should have went to American furniture as initially planned!!!
I came to look for a new mattress, grease was on the display that I tried and I got grease all over a new outfit. The lady working was nice but the owner needs to do a better job of cleaning.
Very disappointed in the owner Tom. After employee ordered incorrect size he told me i couldnt exchange OR get my $1300.00 back. After disputing charges with my bank and several not so nice calls Im finally getting my money back. What OWNER tells you Karma will get you for sticking it to the small business

Planned on buying 2 mattresses today and well that didnt happen. We show up about 10mins before the store opens to waiting for them set up and open (which today they open at noon) 12:15pm comes around the employee is still sitting in her vehicle and the store is still closed. so then we decided that enough time has been wasted at this place so we leave as we are pulling out the employee starts to reverse and leave too. How pathetic we didnt even get a chance to walk in to the store and look around and already had a bad experiences. I will be taking my service some where else with people who know how to work.
