HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I scheduled my appointment on July 5th with appliance factory’s warranty company. They couldn’t get me in until AUGUST 9th. Several other companies I told could have gotten me in within a week. Unfortunately I have a warranty with them.So I call left 5 voicemails for the manager (David). He NEVER called me back. I finally got a hold of him. Told him with a family of 5 this is unacceptable. He pretty much told me I was lying about the number of voicemails I left. So I told him to train his receptionists better then.After threatening to go to the BBB David got my appt moved up the August 2nd…. Lol. Then I get a call yesterday that they have an opening for today. An HOUR before my tech is supposed to arrive he calls in sick. There’s no other tech! Hey Brand Source hire more people or get someone else to my area. So the receptionist tried to schedule me for august 3rd not even for my original day. Pretty much had to lay into her to get my august 2nd appt back. Hopefully I’ll get my tech out her on the 2nd. DO NOT USE THEM AND DO NOT GET THE EXTEND WARRANTY FROM APPLIANCE FACTORY WITH THEM.ON TO THE BBB I GO.

Went to purchase a queen mattress for a guest room. Saleman was knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy. I was asked pertenant questions and when the salesman quickly realized that it was for a guest room he recommended a medium mattress which made perfect sense.
