4 Years I bought a really nice dryer from them and it recently stopped working because of a mistake I made. I called Front Range and the tech Russell came and everything went smoothly. Thanks guys

Got a good deal on a used garage fridge. Staff was helpful and courteous. This is not a big box store. The appliances here are used - some working and in decent condition others not so much. The 90 warranty seems good since these are used appliances.

Avoid like the plague. Bought a fridge that within the 90 day warranty period started to intermittently (once every couple weeks or so) cut out for 8-12 hrs at a stretch. Long enough to completely defrost the freezer. They came and replaced a cheap part but that didnt fix it. Now its past the 90 days and they say its out of warranty. Stuck with a $350 boat anchor.

This was one of the only places that had a fridge that would fit into my place. I called about an affordable, older, used fridge that arrived as described. Delivery was fast, free, and right to my door. Delivery guy and sales person on the phone were both very nice.It was fairly dirty like some people have mentioned but I would expect to have to clean a used fridge anyway, so not a problem & as described. Overall very satisfied after about 2 months of use with no problems.

They were awesome when we first started this process. Back in December of 2020 our washer needed service. They came out and replaced a pump. It still wouldnt work so they said they had to replace the control board and would order the part. I have called in to get updates and everyone has been great in letting us know the part was still on backorder. No biggie. About two weeks ago I called in and spoke with an Eric. He was absolutely rude, couldnt locate me in the system and got an attitude. He then started texting me telling me the part was never ordered and it was going to be about $500 to replace. He said he would call back. He never called back. I have left multiple voicemails and continue to call in. I wouldnt recommend this place. If you can fix your own appliances or have a friend that can then I guess for the price they would still be the best choice but their customer service is terrible. Very unfortunate because the first part of the experience was great and then we met Eric.

On May 4 our credit card was charged $657.50 for a washer dryer set. When the set was brought to our home we declined it due to extensive damage to the set. 10 days later We have yet to receive the credit to our account as promised. We have left a phone message and have had no response. The salesman was very rude when I declined the damaged set that had been presented as “no damage”. Rating would be no stars!

Bought a Kenmore washer and dryer in July in that time frame they had to come out once for dryer. Then washer gives code so pay 75.00 for service guy come out dont know what going on. So I call schedual another service call. Then they call me to reshedual cuz there service guy tore rotor cup. So another apt goes buy so call no show x 2. So I call AGAIN they guy gets mad and tells me he is gonna refund my money !! Lol. Back to square one. I dont recommend this place at all. Shop else where!

I saw a nice looking refrigerator on marketplace via Facebook. We needed one for our garage as we just moved. I inquired about it, purchased it on their website, and they do offer free delivery which is amazing. That’s the good.The bad? The fridge was FILTHY! I’m flabbergasted that they do not clean their appliances before selling them. We spent several hours removing all of the shelves, drawers, soaking them and even running some of them through the dishwasher, they were so disgusting.I implore this company to show some sort of cleanly standards when retailing appliances that cost people hundreds of dollars.

Bought refrigerator with ice maker where ice maker does not work. They promised this machine would have a 90 day warranty but are claiming now that it doesnt cover faulty ice makers. WOW! Why would I buy a refrigerator with ice maker that doesnt work???? Horrible. Rookie guy that does not have any customer service decided to argue with me about what is covered! TERRIBLE COMPANY! Look else where.

I had a great experience with Front Range Appliance. I waited 4 months before posting this because I wanted to see how the washer and dryer held up. The appliances were delivered on time, and the folks that installed it were professional and quick. I had one issue with the appliance a few days in, and they sent a technician out to fix the issue and I have been fine ever since. The process to get the technician out was easy and Id use this company again.

I ordered and bought over the phone, the process was simple and quick. Delivery was two days later and what arrived wasn’t quite what I expected. One phone call later and they immediately rectified the miscommunication. Delivery for the new unit was set for tomorrow but they were able to come by tonight and swap it out. 5/5 stars and will absolutely be referring them to my friends and family! Thank you

Bought a washer and dryer in June. They scratched my wood floor when they put it in. Called to speak with a manager he wasnt in and they said theyd have him call me back NEVER DID. Dryer just stopped working after three month!!! I do not recommend them at all!!!!!!!

They dont give refunds for any reason. They want me to carry the set up my basement stairs and then carry the new set down the stairs. Theyre rude. Theyre shady.Bottom line, dont trust them, ever, for anything.

We bought a LG washer / dryer combo - washer doesnt work even with extravagant warranty claims on the website - wont refund, wont replace - blame everything from plumbing to electrical etc - after going back and forth and wasting on money on a plumber and electrician their washer still doesnt work and they will not rectify the situation. They knowingly sold us a LEMON of a washer. Calling better business bureau tomorrow, reviewing on yelp also - and hoping that others will avoid this company. Youd think that a family owned business would be more mindful and service oriented toward their customers.

This place was disgusting. Most of the appliances looked like they were from the 80s or 90s and were caked in dust. The store smelled like old sauna water, and the appliances were most likely taken from foreclosed homes.

The worst customer service ever!!! I specifically told the salesman, Pete, that i need the refrigerator delivered in the basement and the the old one taken out. He said it will cost $65!!! Which i paid.When the delivery truck arrived the guy (who was very rude from the start) said that they are short handed and he is not going to take out the old refrigerator alone and that his back hurts. Why would you send a 1 person with a back problem to deliver a refrigerator??? I asked what am i suppose to do with it, and he said that its not his problem and he doesnt care that i wasted my time and money waiting for him. Then i suggested that they return at least part of my money that i paid for delivery and he said he is not going to do that either.I called the company and while i was talking to the manager the driver just drove away. The manager said that Pete, who sold me the refrigerator will call me back to issue a refund. I waited for 1.5 hours, then started calling him. He wouldnt pick up the phone. Then i called from a different number and he answered right away...He never apologized for any inconveniences and was very rude. He finally said he will issue a refund, but when i asked him to text me a picture of the receipt, he said that his phone is dead...What a horrible experience!!!

Bought a washer and dryer from this place. The washer goes out a month later. No problem they gave me a repair or replace warranty. Two weeks later they finally tell me they cant find the replacement part to fix it but they have another machine the same as the broken one. Cool. Turns out the replacement one is at least ten years old, dirty and haphazardly put together. Do yourself a favor and spend the money on new ones. This place is a scam!

The first refrigerator had a knock they sent a tech right away and of course no noise, this happened again and tech came but again no noise finally on the 3rd time the noise was constant and the tech was able to determine the compressor was going out. They called me and made arrangements to send another refrigerator out. As with the other is was or is very clean and a better model. This is a used appliance store and they do offer a 1 yr warranty, I am very satisfied with their service

We were in a jam. Oven broke and we dont eat out. Not having much money we got to pick from 6 different stoves from 100-120. They even helped me load it. They have great prices and selection. Thank you for helping my family during a hard time. Even came with a decent warnetee that exceeds what they really should have to do.

Avoid this place at all costs. All communication shuts down once they get your business. Warranty is a joke and they don’t back up their own work. Spend the extra few bucks and go to a reputable dealer with competent people.

I purchase a used refrigerator for my garage after my other one stopped working. They were very pleasant to deal with and I completed entire purchase over the phone. Item showed up just as described and worked great for about 2 months. Fan went out but when we called to tell them it wasn’t working, they immediately scheduled a repair tech to come look at it. Frank the technician showed up on time, gave me a 30 min heads up he was on his way and did a super job fixing the issue which was 100% covered by their 90 day warranty. Couldn’t be happier with all of their professionalism from the purchase to the covered warranty repair. Thank you guys! Will definitely do business with again.

Shop @ BECKERS APPLIANCES INSTEAD!! We had bought a whirlpool washer/dryer set from front Range appliance and had nothing but problems from the gate. Long story short, three replacement dryers later and a huge headache Along the way we were left washer and dryerless for six months just dealing with these people trying to make it right. Ended up going to Becker appliances and getting a great deal and a working washer and dryer the first time.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I Purchased the stackable washer and dryer from them eight months ago and the washer is not working. There is supposed to be a year warranty for parts and when I contacted them they told me that they changed their policy, contrary to what it says on my receipt. After calling them a bunch of times trying to speak with the owner and never getting a call back I finally got a hold of them again and they made it sound like it was gonna cost a lot of money to fix, quoting me hundreds of dollars to fix the motor, which is more than what I paid… I just felt like they were giving me a run around and I don’t trust them and decided to have another more affordable and reputable company repair it for me because I think it will be cheaper in the end plus this company has terrible reviews and they don’t stick to their word, don’t buy from them!

Bought a washer and I never had it delivered. So it never left the store. I went back 2 days later for a refund.... Was told all sales are final.... If the thing was even in my house for 1 day I would understand..... But it never was and they wont refund my money.... DO not buy anything from this place!!!!! The owner is a joke.... FRONT RANGE APPLIANCE IS HORRIBLE. I went in on Friday 8/24/18 and ordered a washer/dryer set. It was to be delivered Monday 8/27/18 from 1-5. My daughter called me at 11am and said that they were there. I told them that they couldnt drop it off as I wasnt home until 1. So they unloaded it at my apartment and left. I called and then they told me that wasnt even the set that I ordered and they sent a different set because someone had bought my set on Sunday. And they didnt want to do anything. I told the guy on the phone that they left it outside my apartments and Im not there and someone could take them. All he said was he could send someone later in the day to bring them inside my house Watch where you shop.

Bought a washer that failed after four months. Tried to schedule an inspection during a three hour window and recieved no indication as the inspector missed the time frame. When I called in to see what was the issue I was given mealy mouthed half excuses. No effort to rectify the mistake. No acknowledgment of the inconvienience they put me under by me having to take off work to be at my house for an appointment they missed. I canceled are services with them and they have permanently lost me as customer! Was thoroughly disappointed with every aspect if this experience. Save yourself some headache and shop somewhere else.

Bought a refrigerator from them and plainly expressed that the ice maker had to work for the purchase to happen. got it home, paid delivery for it, and it didnt work. had a plumber come in and he couldnt fix it either. emailed and called mattress and appliance center about it and they promised to replace the ice maker with another unit. have voice mail from them telling me they would take care of the problem. they sent the wrong one despite photos i sent them showing the specific plug required. they called to tell me they had the unit and to stop by. i did and there was no unit. they took the original ice maker to match the plug and now have not returned any of my calls or emails. this has been going on since May 2014. it is now December 2014.STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUYS!

Dont believe everything you read, just because its on the internet doesnt mean its true.. They sell used appliances theres a chance it wont last forever.. Its used duh! Want a lifetime warranty then go buy a new one and pay thousands. Wanna save money and take a slight gamble then this is a good place to shop. Got a stackable washer and dryer and the dryer was filthy. The back was covered in a sticky film and the door was completely packed with lint. Im very unhappy. The washer also makes a clunking sound when it washes. Horrible company

Im an employee so I cant really give an unbiased opinion. I do know reading these reviews the manager in most of the complaints is no longer there. aside from that I know how we repair them and I know how others do, because I worked there. It isnt the same process.

The guys that run this place are friendly and helpful! Only downfall is they dont give you all of the details on the appliance, unless you ask the specific question. And the items are always sold as is. So, if your looking for an appliance to me cleaned out, then youll be disappointed. But they work with you and answer questions if you ask them, and deliver!

I had a great experience the manager that was working was awesome and he helped us load it up, they offer a year warranty for everything, and they will work with you on prices. I will definitely be going back

Went this weekend to look at a fridge at this store that was advertised online but apparently was sold and not removed from their website. No big deal - we looked at another fridge that might have worked for us even though I was starting to feel a bit uneasy in this store. All the appliances were filthy inside & out, as was the store itself (and we went to several used appliance stores that day - this was by far the worst). Youd think when youre selling something that your looking to get the most money out of youd put your best foot forward as they say & invest in some elbow grease, right?! Could have sold us a fridge but they let a buyer walk away over $10 bucks (in hindsight Im glad they didnt accept our offer). I wish we would have read the online reviews prior to driving up north & not wasted the gas! We did end up buying a refrigerator for our garage that day at a competitors - same amount of money & were so happy with the transaction!

The business delivered the refrigerator dirty even after I was told it would be cleaned thoroughly. The refrigerator is continuously loud and the refrigerated section does not cool - AT ALL. How does one consciously do business like this? How!?Update: The repair person confirmed the refrigerator was not in working condition. Shame on the business! Shame! Shame! Shame!It has been a couple of days since I demanded, from one of their humans, to give me back my money. And articulated that I did not want to continue doing business with them.The manager has yet to return my call. It has been 3 days.

Great prices and good selection. I bought a Fridgedair dishwasher there and got a fair price, plus they honored their 5% off for cash discount listed in the Craiglsit ad. Russ was very personable and helpful and even called their sister store in Longmont for me to check on a refrigerator they had. I installed the dishwasher last night and ran it and it works great!

Installer dropped fridge on my car and damaged vehicle and fridge, and after contacting the manager about repair quotes he initially said he would take care of, he stops answering phone calls and emails and has made no effort to resolve the issue a month and a half later. Dont bother trying to buy from this company just read the reviews and stay away not worth it.

Bought a washer in October 2015 for $162.00, 5 months later it would not spin. Called the business, they said bring it in, we will look at it. After several days did not hear from them so called to check on the progress, the manager told me that it would cost $480.00 to fix. Really? What school did he go to? This place is a rip off!!! Delivered a washer with a broken door & I notified the manager immediately after delivery. Was told to bring it into my home to plug it in to see if the door would close, it wouldn’t. He told me he’ll schedule it for repair next day 4 hr window. (Originally waited 4hrs for it to be delivered also) I’d rather return everything & shop elsewhere. William (I think it’s his name. The MANAGER) tells me it’s all non refundable which was NEVER disclosed in store but at the bottom of your receipt AFTER payment (which is what you think you’re signing for.) William is a liar. Talked to the owner the next day who tried to debate me with Williams lies at first (I possibly broke it) but agreed to refund and pick up the non working equipment. Which is why this has 2 stars.

I got a great deal on a Samsung stainless steel French door refrigerator. I brought it home and it works and looked amazing. the next day I noticed the ice maker didnt work (says it may take 24 hours) I called the guy he told me to come in and he would give me a new one.. so I came in a few days later and talked to anther gentleman (he might have been having a bad day) after talking back and forth about how they dont guarantee the water lines or ice makers. I was told if something doesnt work they will fix it... so he called the guy who sold me the fridge (great guy) he said okay and I uninstalled the icemaker myself with one they had in the back. it was the wrong one. no big deal I ordered one online $60.00. works great.... when I moved my fridge I noticed water on the floor. oh no! it was the bladder in the back of the fridge it had a pin hole leak. so me being a handy guy I fixed it and is now working great. I am not the type of person to give a bad review over something so small I got a great deal on a beautiful fridge, and besides a few small things I am overall very happy with my purchase

Purchasing a Fridge from Mattress and Appliance Center has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. I bought my first fridge before just before Thanksgiving 2015 which did not cool to the temperature presets and so they sent a technician out to look at the fridge and determined it needed a new computer board which took over three weeks get it in because the owner had to pick it up from will call but did not for over a week. After being without a fridge for about a month, the part was installed which did not fix the problem. At this point I told them I just wanted my money back and was told that was not an option and that I needed to come pick out a different fridge. So having no choice I picked out a fridge and asked if my 90 day warranty would start over. Of course it would not start over it would still be from the time of purchase on the fridge that never worked. After receiving the new fridge and replacing all of the food that went bad due to the first fridge, we are back to square one with a fridge that does not work. It is now March 2016 and my fridge is not cooling again.I would highly suggest anyone considering to purchase a used appliance to take your business elsewhere. The whole experience has been has been horrible and am still without a working appliance.

Dont waste your time or money with this business its just a scam. They get old appliances and supposedly fix them and give you a half ass one year warranty. That requires an additional 70 dollar fee just for a service tech that couldnt fix it the first time to come out again. Save your money and troubles and stay away from these low lifes.

Whatever you do, do not buy from this store. We bought a refrigerator and 2 months later the refrigerator is not working. We have contacted them stating that the refrigerator isnt working however they need the sales number before they can do anything. We cannot find the receipt with the sales number.......they claim that they cant look the refrigerator warranty up without it. Worst store ever! Poor selection for gas stoves. Did not check that it worked before selling and delivering it. Front burners did not light. Called immediately after delivery, was told they would call back. They did not and did not respond to messages on the phone. Had to go in person to even get a tech to come look at it. The tech broke it worse than it was. Was promised a replacement, no call back, had to call them myself. Nothing to replace it. NO pick up or refund for a week. And refund will be done after pick up and by check, not on the card that was used! This store is a scam! Do NOT trust them.

I was right- Pete helped me find the appliances I needed. Our new house came with a subpar set up and to replace them all I couldnt afford brand new. Yea its was a little dirty but they sell used appliances so what?! These appliances have been looked over, cleaned up and work. They even have a warranty to cover you in case something happens they didnt know about. I found what I wanted and had it delivered. Hercules & Heman (not their real names) installed all the appliances with professionalism and at an amazing pace. They even took away the ones I no longer wanted. Support this local small shop it wont break your budget, they really have a good thing going here!

Price was good so thats the plus. Also honestly people were friendly. However, the dryer has a mechanical issue and we called 2-3 times within the warranty period and they blew us off. Also, they did not hook up the hot and cold water correctly on the washer. Delivery was $40 but they also do not hook up the dryer. Would not buy there again and would advise someone to look elsewhere. Too bad, was ready to give a great review initially based on the staff and price... blowing me and my Wife off ignoring our calls on warranty is a sign of poor service.

Dont buy anything from this place. I bought a dryer. It took three cycles before it dried my clothes. I took it back. The rude sales person refused to get it fixed or exchanged. I got stuck with a bad dryer. I video taped him.

Bought a reconditioned fridge on 4.21.14, that broke down almost immediately, lost $200 worth of food, got another that broke and lost more food. Found an add of his on Craigslist for refrigerators, said All has been tested by our master technician and comes with our free reliable warranty. I went to their store, Rich, the owner said, some are marked that the ice/water doesnt work and some are not. I picked one out for $375 that wasnt marked defective. setup delivery for that afternoon from 2-4, no call no show until 5:30pm same day. Delivery crew was unprofessional and showed no respect for my hardwood floors and cracked and scratched them. I hooked up the water feed and it none of the water/ice dispensing systems worked. Called they said they dont cover it and that it was never checked, thats why it wasnt marked defective even though it was. Then after we restocked the fridge a few days after delivery it quit working and we lost about $200 worth of items. They came out for a service call and said both of its circuit boards broke and instead of fixing it they want me to pick out another unit to swap for. Went back in, picked out another unit. Delivery crew was still dissappointingly unprofessional. This one the water/ice dispenser works, but had an old/bad filter. After restocking the fridge again, it stopped working and I lost another $200 of items. Came out for service call, said cold controls went bad, then he came back with the wrong replacement parts, then he came back and replaced the right ones. Then it stopped working again. Sent out a different technician who said it was the fan and replaced that. Now the fridge is working but the fan must not be on right because it runs all the time and it vibrates loud enough to hear over my tv in the other room and even in our bedroom, Rich, the owner didnt want to fix it because it was just loud, he said it is working. Regardless I got him to agree it was not working properly and setup another service call for him. Setup for yesterday 6/27/14 and told him I will be working but my wife will be there. He called me while I was working, I couldnt answer, so he left without doing the service call. I called him back and he said he left the area because I didnt answer and said he would not be coming today and we will have to reschedule. I have spent over $800 in total since April, countless hours of frustration, scheduling, and having to eat out for more money because we cant trust the products/services he sells. I have spent enough to buy brand new fridge, yet what I do have is an appliance that seems to be running but with issues.

BUYER BEWARE Complain Filed with BBB. They told me I would get a new used washer if it broke and instead they repaired it, kept it a week and claimed they put in a new transmission. When it broke again in less than 30 days they did not come to look at it to see if the repair they did was the cause of the break down. They claimed they dont have to stand behind their repair because now I am past the warranty date from the original purchase date. Crazy. Repairs are usually guaranteed for 30 days and since the washer didnt even work for the full 30 days after the repair and it didn’t even work for the full 90 days how can they claim the warranty was any good. I think a refund for the price of the washer is fair given it had more issues when they took it in to be repaired then they wanted to address. They had plenty of opportunity to address this issue and have chosen to stand behind a lame warranty and poor repair service. I believe I have given them an opportunity to correct the situation and since they don’t want to address it. I think it is important to have a complaint about their poor service and poor quality products documented to warn other customers.

This is a horrible company I would recommend you go else where for your needs. The sell bad and defected equipment and will not honor their warranty promises. All in all they are bad business and should be put out of business.

Never buy from this business! We bought a washer/dryer three months ago, and a day after the 3 month warranty expired, the dryer stopped working. Instead of working with us, the owner gave us a ton of BS and wanted us to take the dryer back to them to be repaired. HORRIBLE customer service, and overall BAD BUSINESS. Any company owner knows that you should stand behind your product, however Keith from Appliance Center has no regard for this. We will make sure everyone we know NEVER sets foot in this store.

They are only getting 1 Star because 0 stars is not an option. Stay away, these people do not run an honest business. Possibly the worst purchase I have ever made and the worst people you will ever deal with.I purchased a refrigerator and it stopped working after 2 weeks. We attempted to set up a repair, pre-paid the $69.00, and the repairman called (I missed the call because my phone has bad service at the location) but he never attempted to find someone that could help, so he left. I called the office and was told that we need to pay $69.00 again to have the technician out or we could bring the refrigerator in for repairs. Who does business like this. Drive out, not do the work, and recharge again???? Now I am stuck with a refrigerator that doesnt work, paid money for a repair that never happened.....I should have just bought a cabinet.

BEWARE: Consumer FraudI should have know better than to buy a used appliance. Anyway,...Had an older Kenmoore black, stackable front loader washer and dryer. The dryer broke and I figured before I pay a few hundred dollars for repair, I might just peek on Craigslist. Low and behold found EXACTLY the identical one for $200 used from this company: Mattress and Appliance Centerin Thornton, CO. Perfect!Had appliance delivered, installed it myself and... unit was not working. Ok... happens, called back, was told I had to put it back out curbside, theyd pick it up and repair it. That took almost another two weeks. Brought it back, worked one day and same thing. This time the owner Rich comes to my house, we lift the unit back onto the floor. He replaces the motor AGAIN.Next day, unit not working again. They want me to pull it back out for pick up and repair. I said ABSOLUTELY not! I suggested to replace it with a different unit, no matter what color and brand that WORKS.Several days later they bring me a dryer that is not stackable and hence completely useless for the space I have. Since the owner Rich was at my house he knew there is no way to install a non-stackable unit.At this point I am losing my cool and send the driver back, call the store and voice my opinion in possibly not the friendliest tone.Now nearly two months without a dryer and going to a laundromat . I gave them the opportunity to refund my money for a unit they clearly are incapable of making work. Heck, I would have even accepted a brand new unit with and extra charge had they had the business sense to suggest it.All in all, its a used appliance. Things can go wrong. HOWEVER, the complete lack and disrespect to customer service and the timeline involved in this process is unacceptable.In the end I was told they would no longer deal with me.
