John helped us with our mattress when we went in an hour before the store closed. He was polite, knowledgeable and direct with his salesmanship! We appreciated that he was not trying to over sell us, and helped us get an amazing mattress at a great price. Won’t be going back to sleep number again (unless John goes to sleep number)

Went into the Thornton store and the hero at the front desk, Juan, went out of his way to make sure we got our bed on time for our new apartment after dealing with troubles from my bank and almost running out of time to get it. Completely prevented a floor night while also helping us figure out the right one for us. Absolutely wonderful store. They guys was totally unprofessional.. cussing, bouncing on the bed, laying down and watching tv… we payed for a bed and then at the END of the transaction when I’m supposed to sign, he THEN tells us the mattress that we will be getting was preowned. We came for a NEW mattress not a used mattress so we ended up canceling the transaction, yet our cards were still charged. He even told us he would take off another 30.00 off the transaction if we bought him a start bucks.. like really?? So disappointed. Never going there again.

On 7/25/20 I purchased a Sealy Briar Rose Cushion Firm Euro top mattress and a Ease adjustable base and the gold delivery. I seen the items on the Mattress Firm Web site shopping at the Thornton store #003019. I went to the store and spoke with Colin Sullivan he honored the on line price of $604.99 (full price $1099.00) and honored the email coupon for $100.00 off that I received for registering online.The delivery was set for Friday 7/31/20. I received a call from B.J. at the store advising me that the truck with the mattress was delayed and we rescheduled the delivery for 8/7/20. On 8/6/20 I received a call from B.J. Advising me that the mattress was not on the truck and he had no idea when it will arrive. But that he could send the Briar Rose firm standard mattress and as soon as the Euro top was back in stock he would exchange the Mattresses at No charge to me Now Thats Great Customer service. I call the store todays and spoke with Colin Sullivan he advised me that the mattress was in and he setup delivery for the exchange for a day that worked best for me at No charge. Now Thats Great Customer Service Again I must say this Mattress Firm is Great and Collin, B.J. and all the team at Mattress Firm are Very customer service oriented and made the purchase a pleasure to do business with AAA service I will recommend this store to every one I know. 😁 P.S. When I went to go view the mattress, it had been sold since we talked. So, he called Parker at the Thornton store to check if they had it and referred me to him. Normally, it would be a pain to have to go to another store, but the way Sterling and Parker communicated and worked together was awesome. I drove to the Thornton store where Parker was ready and waiting and had full knowledge of what I was looking for and the situation. From their, Parker’s amazing customer service and knowledge kicked in as we talked about the various options I had and which may be the best fit. I cannot speak highly enough of both of their customer service and product knowledge. Just an easy and outstanding experience overall. HIGHLY recommend going to see either of these gentlemen.

We recently purchased a bed online which has been an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. Our order had an incorrect address, that doesnt even exist,but trying to contact anyone to inform them of the error, was nothing but jumping through hoops. We were told we would be receiving a phone call to set up a delivery date and time but was never contacted again (by email or by phone). I contacted the store in hopes of SOMEBODY being able to help find where our order was going to be delivered, only to be referred back to an online virtual assistant (at this point it had been over a week with no contact from Mattress Firm). I contacted this store instead and Shawn B. has been an absolute LIFE SAVER. He couldve easily turned us away, but he went out of his way to track down our package, and he had even called me back multiple times to update me with new information. Had Shawn not helped us, who knows if we wouldve ever received our bed. Fed Ex didnt reach out to us either to let us know they werent able to locate an address, but just let the package sit there for over a week. Shawn was the only person to help. This is by far the best customer service Ive experienced in a long time and I cannot thank him enough for being so understanding. His willingness to help us out with someone elses error, just says what kind of person he is! THANK YOU SHAWN B. !! YOU ARE AMAZING!!!

My husband and I were just looking around because we eventually would need a bigger bed. My husband has been complaining with his back hurting all the time so we were looking at a need that would help him ease the back pain. We walked into the Thornton location and Dillan Bilson helped us. He did such a great job that we ended up buying the mattress that we need and want, even though we didnt have any intention of buying at that moment.
