Tyler, sales associate hopefully manager, is absolutely amazing! Somehow I got him both times I called and he was an absolute doll. So helpful, so patient, and he answered all my questions. Being from the south, people around Colorado have forgotten common decency and manners, to have that from a young man was just refreshing 😊 highly recommend this location and also the outlets!

Really helpful staff. Very knowledgeable about the products. Socks and logo workout gear. Mens and womens styles for runners, trail shoes,casual wear, and trainers. Selection is always changing.

Wonderful helpful staff. They have a wide variety of shoes as well. As someone who cant find shoes easily they were very accommodating. Finally found 3 pairs I liked!

Unmasked sales associate fake coughed in our faces, sweetly apologized, then did it again. We put down our intended purchases and left the store. If associates have a problem with people wearing masks in the store, they need to work that out with the store manager.

Meh. I visited this store thinking it was an outlet store that may have a variety of discounted/clearance models of new balance shoes. I found a store that carries full price current model shoes, often more expensive than other retailers. I just could not find any reason to actually shop here.

The staff is knowledgeable of the products they sell. They are helpful and work hard to get the right shoe for you. The store is clean and kept organized. Easy to find the shoes on display. I really enjoyed the professionalism of the staff.

I really felt uncomfortable in the store. Salesguys came every 20seconds asking if everything is alright, what am I looking for… It was really bad experience.Anyways the store has great selection of shoes.

I was a little disappointed that they dont carry specific model numbers. However there is an incredible clearance section. I walked away with two pair of great shoes for under the prize of one. Staff was very helpful and store was immaculately clean. Highly recommended!!!

They have a good inventory. The young man that helped me today (7/27/2020) was really helpful and friendly! I wish I could remember his name. He helped me find shoes that “hadn’t been attacked by a highlighter” and he also taught me about a runners lace. I was actually about to put a pair of shoes back because they didn’t feel quite right. I re-laced them with the runners lace, and I ended up buying them.

Came in looking for a wide enough shoe for my AFO. The clerks were so so kind. Helped me find the right fit and cheered me on as we found the first real shoes Ive had in over a year! Thanks guys for all the help!

Its a small store. People whom work there seems that they dont want to help or even work. one of them were nice no helping though. If you leave the store and come back the manager will ask you on the door why you are coming back. You will definitely feel the pressure to buy not like other shoe store. I dont know if you change your mind about the shoes you buy???

No hook and loop Velcro inventory at all. Absolute waste of an hour and a half to drive there and back. I would expect the factory outlet store to have at least some in stock.

Had a great buy 2 get 1 free sale and took advantage. My wife and I specifically asked if I could try the shoe and bring it back if we didnt like one of them. He said yes, try them for 30 days. No, I did not read the receipt where it said that you have to wear them inside on your carpet. I took them back within a week, with SLIGHT coloring on the bottom. The salesman that day said they were damaged and you cannot wear them outside. He said there was damage on the bottom of the shoe, from wearing them outside for a total of 20 minutes and that they could not be cleaned. The second pair of shoe I hadnt even work outside. Bottom line, they said what they had to in order to sell me a shoe even thought I was very specific about having weird feet and wanting to make sure I liked them. I have worn New Balance since I was in the Army almost 20 years ago. I literally have one of the same pair from 2000. 11 Bravo. So yes, they have miles on them. I have always liked the wide New Balance shoe, but when I am told something I expect the company to honor it. I dont want new shoes, I dont want a credit, I dont want anything, I am just warning you to read the fine print and that my experience was poor. The other two pair have been donated to the clothing bank, so I guess some good use will come of them. If they last more than a week.

Not many options and they only carry low end new balance shoes. Kids shoe options werent great.

We didn’t end up buying anything but after stopping in many stores here this place had wonderful customer service. The cashier greeted us, told us about the sale all while still ringing out another customer. It was nice to feel welcome, when many other stores ignored us. Selection is good and the sales were good too, just not what we were looking for today!

Miranda was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the product. A happy customer here and if I need more sneakers I will definitely go there and look for her.
