Almost all of the workers were rude. the manager, responded with attitude and impatience when my friend and i asked two simple questions. very unhelpful and a strong resistance to wanting to help any customers. almost all the workers were distracted by talking or their phones. the only pleasant workers were the cashiers. i would simply state, just go to another forever 21

Very cute store, but I feel the need to review because I was there at 11:26 and I had several outfits in my hand. I asked for a fitting room and the lady working there said it isnt open untill 12PM. Huh? So I have to wait around wasting time to try something on in a clothing store thats open? 🙄

I was there this morning enjoyed my one and only day off of work and I had a very unpleasant experience with their staff.. EXTREMELY RUDE.. specifically a guy working there, didn’t get his name but had a lot of tattoos..after finishing paying they continued talking behind my back not knowing I could understand them and I could hear them still. Worst store I have ever been too. Made my day go from a 10 to at least a 4.

The worst F21 there is. They are not helpful. They are rude. If you have a return you better have a receipt or they will demand an in store purchase the day of with the return credit.
