Great selection of boots of all kinds (cowboy to work boots). From kids to adults, variety of price ranges and styles. Bought my son his first pair of boots here + some gifts for family back east. If you have some time, check out all the other Western wear and accessories. Nice shop.

I ordered a pair of boots online from boot barn. The employee in the store actually ordered them for me. I never received a tracking number or email confirmation, I’m assuming he put my information in wrong. I tried to exchange them today, and the store employee basically told me that I was lying about ordering them in the store. Where else would I have even ordered them from? Upon googling “corral boots” after leaving the store, I realized I could have just order them directly through corral… For cheaper. Boot barn raises their prices and you can get their boots cheaper elsewhere. Had I known this before, I would’ve done that. Between the rude employees and the higher prices, I would never go to the store again and I surely won’t be spending any money there.

Good selection of boots but staff was didnt know how to use a gift card. Ended up paying normal. Got home and checked the balance on the gift card and it was full.

Just showed up at 7pm to get my son some boots. I dont live near a boot barn and this is the closest one. Drove almost an hour to get here being that Google says they close at 8pm to find out they close at 7pm!!!! Furious!!!!

Came in looking for a real leather belt for my son. He was actually at another clothing store being outfitted for business casual wear, but the only real leather belt they had at that store was over $70, which was crazy. Boot Barn had a large selection of belts of much higher quality at around half that price. My son was really impressed with the quality and value. I had fun shopping there too, I had a good time joking around with the employees, and they were all well versed in their stores inventory. I almost bought a Stetson. I probably will WHEN I go back.

I met with a cute sales associate named Maria. She was very honest and helpful... If youre a Guy going to this Boot Barn ask for her(Maria) she has great taste on style and will be straight up if that Boot doesnt look good on you... Anyways, after we found the right boots (Ariat), we couldnt find the other half... Keep in mind it was closing time, doors were locking. After looking ourselves she went to her co-workers and everyone in that store stopped what they were doing and went looking. After a half hour of everyone looking we eventually found it. It was way past closing by this point. I give 5 stars for Honesty and Determination to please there customer!!! Below are a pic of the Boots we picked out!!!

Once we decided to just buy mens clothes we were fine, but we googled clothes for horse riding and there were no practical clothes for a woman to work in a barn and ride in a practical way. Very misleading advertising!

Lots of variety and selection for all things Cowboy related. They will try to sign you up for their discount program. Which might be a good deal if you do a lot of that type of shopping. Prices may be a little high but that kind of made up for in the great selection and helpful service.

Boot Barn is about the best thing going in the Denver area for western attire.

Went looking for a nice womens cowboy hat. Unfortunately they didnt have the best selection today. Could have been due to huge sale going on! They found what I wanted at a different location.

Has exactly what you think... Boots and western wear. All blogs are out and sorted by size. Selection is okay, but prices can be a little steep.

We went in yesterday and Dave helped us and he was amazing he is probably the only helpful nice person in the store. Today we went in to return some clothes that were to big and we were told there was a stain on pants that had been on clearance. The lady said she would return them just this once and charged a $50 return fee on the pants. We exchanged the pants for another pair of same amount and were charged for the pants. She then tried arguing that one dress was free when we paid $50. She gave us only $9 for stuff we should have got about $90 for. I called to ask about all of this and got the response of you need to come in or I cant help you bye. The store is great as well as Dave but the women arent nice and seem to hate there job.

Got some boots and pants from here as Bday gifts. Pants too large and boots too small. Exchanged both for ones in my size no problems. Boots was harder due to they were the largest they carried in Ariat, so got some Doc Matress instead. Great, helpful service. Plus it was women staff that helped me.

Every bad thing you would expect from a chain. Crap selection, high prices, overly busy staff for holiday shopping. Store size is far too small and considering its called the Boot Barn... Youd think the boot selection would take up more than 1/6th of the floor space. They had only 2 options for pointed ( they called rounded) black cowboy boots in my size. And 2 more options for black with a square toe or biker boot. Extremely pathetic.

The staff could only be bothered if you came in wearing a thousand dollars worth of bling that was purchased at the stock show. Not once did a staff memberber ask if needed help. They followed the make believe cowgirls around hoping for a hand out. The crowd they were trying to please LEFT without a single purchase. Then they asked me if i need anything!I just left. No will not ever go back in.
