Pretty much the worst staff works at this place. 8 people waiting in line and they call up an extra cashier who helps one person and then just leaves and goes in the back along with another cashier. Still 6 people in line and 2 of 3 cashiers disappear. AWFUL service!

Clean store. I dont prefer how they organize their clothes or books tho. Small game section. Good prices. I still miss when they had their 99 cent sales. I wish theyd do what ARC does at least and have multiple color sales.

I was here today for the first time and was super disappointed... though if I’ve learned anything from going to a ton of goodwill’s in the Boulder/Denver area, if you have an uneventful trip to a Goodwill one day, you’ll certainly have a fruitful trip by at least within the next couple times you’re there! I was just bummed how the home decor section was sooo small compared to the rest of the store, but at least I was able to bring home one item- this beautiful bottle I found!

This store alway have ONLY ONE CASHIER while they have over 15-20 people waiting in line.Goodwill went down hill after Colorado Springs Goodwill took over.Expensive.Less cashier.More wait.Horrible.

Decent goodwill but just like all the others so hard to shop for clothes when they on the round racks. So confusing.The prices on some stuff can be extreme and on others too cheap.

Extremely limited selection. only had two pairs of pants in my size and both were so ugly I wouldve thrown them away in the 80s when they went out of style back then.

This store is very clean and they are continuously stocking new product.Unfortunately the checkout line can be very long. We waited about 15 minutes today to buy just a couple of things. The manager could see the line was long but took his time to assist anyone. They may sell used goods, but customer service should still matter.

Ive been here a few times and found some really fun stuff. Staff is friendly, place is clean enough. Clothing being on little rounders instead of long racks looks nice but makes it a bit tough to find stuff.

I wasnt real excited to go in. Hubby idea. Clean and nice inside. Not like others they look at like a tasmanian devil went through. And their really a clean animal so use your imagination. Lucked out bought a box of 204 diapers for $10.00. Now thats a deal and keeps me from having to Swiffer wet jet every half hour because of my older 7lb poodle. Hubby thinks funny. Told him hes not far from depends so hush.

The new store layout is terrible. The circular clothes racks make it virtually impossible to find anything. You have to wander around the whole store looking at piles of shoes on top of the racks not knowing what size they are. You walk around a rack of clothes only to find out that your size is not on the rack, and when you do find your size, you dont know if there is another rack someplace else. Do they still have a 50% off tag? I never found out. Ive seen several Goodwills updating their layout, probably because they think it looks better, but it makes it harder to find the things youre looking for it, harder to find the size and price of the items, just harder in general.

Good place to bargain shop, when you dont want to spend to much money and get more stuff.

Very clean but expect that being new. Not crowded at all comared to thrift at wash and com cntr drive. Plenty if staff.

Place is great, prices are decent, selection is great and the people are very helpful.

I went to the drop off box by the line and the work was rude and said I had to get in line and waited 20 mins for him to put stuff on his trailer instead of helping people

I love this goodwill location. My only complaint is that they don’t seem to have enough staff on Saturdays. I was there and waited at least 20 minutes to check out. They only had 2 cashiers and had lines going to the back of the store. Fingers crossed they figure staffing out so they can have enough people on Saturdays.They have 50% off the store every Saturday in October then the first and third Saturday in November/December.

Overly priced for items that are donated. Merchandise broken, torn or missing parts, they still price outrageously!Might as well go to department stores to buy brand new .

Got short changed. The lady rang it up and said they were short on change. Fine figured I would get it a few cents off. Wrong she just kept the change ! She scammed me good !

They took all my old furniture

It gets pretty busy here which can be frustrating but it also means they have a lot of good stuff with new things all the time. Great spot for work pants.

Great selection but awful customer service. I had an $8 return with tags on but no receipt. The cashier went to ask her supervisor, 5 feet away from me and the supervisor wouldnt even come over to talk to me. The cashier just kept saying, we cant do a return without a receipt. More customer service training is needed and exceptions for $8 should be allowed. So frustrating!!!

Bought a T.V, asked the employee that if it didnt work, if I could return it for my money back. She stated sure, within 2 weeks. T.V did not work, went to return in within 24 hours and they refused to give my money back and just gave me store credit. They even admitted that what the employee said was wrong and even guessed who was the one who did it.

The new location has fine merchandise at mostly reasonable prices, but oh my god, the layout is the worst. Seriously, I can’t think of one way to make the customer experience WORSE. The round racks make zero sense - corporate has been doing this at more and more stores, it’s getting ridiculous.

Organized & easy to find sizes. Clothing prices are really reasonable. Always seem to find great items at this one!

Nice new small store on 104th. The circular racks of clothes make it quite different in appearance. Requires a little more searching, but very nice looking.Nicely aranged shelves of house wear.Very small book area and not much room for furniture. Very clean.

I worked here and in the beginning it was okay but then I realized how terribly I was treated by coworkers. I was always yelled at for not working fast enough or for something else in front of customers. The bathrooms always had something wrong with them also we always had to clean them. The atmosphere is always tense and unfriendly. I told management many times about my issues with a certain coworker multiple times and there was no disciplinary action towards them. I was in college and asked them for more hours since I was the only one working 10 hours a week. Also they constantly berated you if you got sick in the middle of a shift saying it is up to you. Just overall it was terrible working there. Dont know how many times I went home crying because of how I was treated. Also I first started as a minor and was still there at 10 or 11 oclock at night helping clean up. And the fitting rooms are terrible we didnt even have keys to them. Havent been there since I returned my work shirts. Only thing that made it bearable was a few coworkers and customers that were always friendly to me.

Very organized, nice, clean and great prices. The cashier was very nice. Half off purple tags and .99 yellow tags. Clothes are clean and smell nice.

This is my absolute favorite Goodwill. The way that they have their clothes displayed makes it so easy to get through the massive quantities that are available. To make things even better, their prices are as they should be for a Goodwill. Their prices are not accelerated like many other second hand stores..like their trying to show an upper status and prove that theyre better than the rest of the other Goodwill stores. The customer service is also commendable and arent haters while trying to close. Theres also plenty of diamonds in the rough to find as well.

They have lots of great things, designer clothing and brand new items brought from Target to be honest I drive out of the way to come to this Goodwill. It is clean and organized. 6 stars!

Wonderful people & lots of good stuff. They even test some of their appliances and right testedon the sticker. First time at that one. Extremely impressed. 5 stars! Ill let you know if the big pressure cooker/rice cooker w/ matching rice spoon didnt work. If their is no post by tomorrow, January 3rd 2018 then hey! Great news! 😆

I really like this goodwill! I have noticed lately that they are not putting out a lot of new inventory. I over heard some employees chatting about selling some of the nicer pieces of furniture to their friends for “dirt chap” which is a little frustrating. Overall a good store.

I really really like the variety of clothing at this location. Was able to spend less than $80 and got 12+ pairs of pants/shorts for my son, and preggo pants, shorts, and a cpl dresses for me when I needed them. Plus some really cute, nice baby clothes and thin wrap blankets.

The people that work there are friendly and helpful. The prices are superb, excellent value. You never know what you will find. Treasures galore!!!

Ive purchased some great deals here. They also give military and senior discounts. Today was a management special with seniors getting a 50% discount on almost everything. Throughout the year theyll have 50% discounts on most of their merchandise floor the general public as well. Great prices on furniture.

Its very responsible in price and sometimes just new items available.

The prices are good on most items...but if there are two stickers the cashiers will only honor the highest price! Extremely rude about it as well! Im not sure that I would even come back here! The Arc may be more expensive on some items... but they have great customer service!

Since when did they start refusing donations?! Tried to donate a couch which was in good condition and was really comfortable but had a couple teeny tiny tears on the side from where it rubbed on the wall and they refused it. But not to long ago I bought an oversized chair from them that had a busted leg!

Price of camera in hot or cold here. They do at least carry some board games but not very many as I suspect they probably throw most of them away. You can sometimes get a good deal on furniture here and the staff is usually pretty pleasant.

For great designer finds, this is my number one store. The location may not support the quality of goods, but believe me; Armani, Burberry, Polo, Michael Kors, Calvin Klein..I have a closet full of labels to prove it. Im here 2 to 3 times a month. It is truly a hunters paradise. Come out and see what you can find!

Tried ro drop off a bag of clothes. 2 employees outside. One told me that Im not allowed to drop anything after hours. Never offered to take the clothes inside because they werent open yet. never coming back here again. What a disservice to people in need of those clothes.

They have tons of cute clothes, a large selection of miscellaneous items, and good furniture. Their prices are great compared to arc thrift stores!

The visit itself wasnt bad. Pretty much a run of the mill Goodwill, except for inclusion of cheap dollar store items for sale that were obviously not donated by persons of the community, my guess is to simply raise profits. So, do the proceeds of the items not donated still go to the community?

On saturdays they have 50% off almost everything in the store. Worth it just to go in and check out what they have. Its a medium sized good will i have seen bigger and smaller ones.

Enjoy shopping at this Goodwill & always find great lil odds & ends that you wont find anywhere else. I drive a lil further and past numerous other second hand stores to shop here because I enjoy the fact that its clean and organized to the point of even color organizing shirts in the ladies & mens sections!! I have found numerous things that I cant find even on line. Plus the staff is very helpful and always ask if you need help or are you finding everything you might need?? 😀

This thrift store has a great donation drop off on the side of the building. They ahead have a wind variety of just about everything. They try to keep it as organized as possible.

Lots of memories and good things to get old and new. Friendly staff. I go there often. I support Good Will.

This is about the only Goodwill store that has really good bargains they are not so hard up for cash as the others are sorry but thats the truth

This Goodwill is very filthy. Unorganized. The workers are rude. Weve been in many times and the credit card machine is down so cash only, which is a pain to deal with. If the bottom tag is now missing they wont sell the items. Half the bottom tags are missing anyways. They have long lines and only two cashiers at most. They close and lock the fitting rooms at 8pm. Need better policies in place.

Store is ok. Problem is the donation guys outside. They like to watch you struggle and just mock you. They dont offer help whatsoever.

Selection is kind of paltry and the housewares are really picked over. The cashier we ended up with was basically polite but didnt offer to wrap the breakable items. Probably wont return to this store.

Will never donate or shop at this location again. I had quite a bit of clothes to donate. The man who took them said why do you people always have to come on Fridays? Ummmm does it matter? If he must know thats my only day off work. Thats not the way you talk to people that donates items that keeps you employed. I will take my shopping/donations elsewhere. So sorry i bothered you & you had to do your job! Wont happen again.

I worked there for about 2 and a half years. They were friendly and way more accepting then my new job. I couldnt handle working in the customer service industry because of the mental strain it had on me. If you want to work somewhere that treats their employees with respect then put your application in. They were supportive of my schooling and made sure that my work and school sceduals never overlapped. My teacher works thru the outreach programs and invites them over to a job fair. I was hired on the spot.

Came in to make an exchange less then 48 hours after purchase with a receipt and all tags attached and was given the hardest time. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced!

I collect lithographs from Maxfield Parrish. My favorite work of his, is Daybreak. This store believe it or not had two of them. I immediately bought one, and glad to post that this store is my favorite Goodwill store.

Dont do community service here for court . They make you do minimum of 4hrs a time. Theres lots of places to do community service even for court. Its voluntary time how can u make me stay at least 4 hrs . I changed to a different non profit organization.

Pretty good thrift store lots of odds and ends. Decent clothing selection.

Waited at the cash register for 15 minutes-not an exaggeration. People in line were getting extremely agitated. Partly the cashiers fault-she seemed to be in slow motion.

Nice but there was no door in mens changing room and i have to return since i couldnt try any thing.

Hated it, first off this is a very dirty store, bathrooms are never stocked with toilet paper or paper towels, never go there on a 50 percent sale day there is no room to walk. parents just let their kids run wild around the store playing with the stuff they can get their hand on. last time i was in this store i was rudely spoken to by a cashier, she said i have cut in front of someone else in the line, but there was no one standing behind me at the time she said that to me and i was told to move out of her line and to get into another line so i left my cart of items and just walked out of the store and have never been back sense.

Friendly staff, great options, good sales that benefit the community, but there arent enough womens dressing rooms and check out tends to take forever
